Everything was very romantic. Loving it all right again. The Hotel staff is very friendly. Breakfast is very good. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Pity only that no German television. Otherwise everything really good. We would Book the Hotel again.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Very friendly staff. Daniel and Cat were lovely. Clean and comfortable rooms. Relaxing spa. Welcoming reception with friendly musical bar area. Our daughter had a little play on the piano and then another couple also played. Spontaneous entertainment.
Trams into centre of Prague so easy to use and cheap. Number 14 and 18 to Charles. Bridge. Definitely recommend Swan Lake at the Hibernia and Karlstein castle via train 45 mins. Something a little different to all the usual beautiful sights of Prague.

The hotel is by and large very good for the price. The breakfast is lovingly prepared and very tasty.

The rooms are well equipped, clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages.

Super tram connection. (5min walk)

The only drawback is the trains that run back and forth at the front door.

Staff are struggling, but lack experience.
In our case — check in only 30 minutes later and written assured courtyard parking not available.
On departure you have to wait until the room has been checked, we did not know until then.

All in all first and last stay at this hotel.

We had a small but very welcoming room. The cleanliness is impeccable. Breakfast plentiful. Try homemade sweets and organic jams. Despite the hotel being in front of the railway the noise of the trains did not bother us at all. The staff is very welcoming and efficient, especially Sara, a girl who works at the reception, speaks a very good Italian and is very helpful, helped us a lot with advice and directions relevant to our stay.

Stayed at this hotel from 8th June to 11th june 2018, group of 7 friends celebrating a special birthday. A very warm welcome was given by Daniel who looked after us very well and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Really enjoyed our stay only draw back was no air conditioning in the rooms which meant the windows had to be left open and the railway was very noisy; would stay again if air conditioing sorted and the bar was replenished on a regular basis. To much noice, bad carpent in rom and bed was terrible. Train at all hours just 20 meteres from the hotell. Almost lost our flight home due to bad service about time we had to go and not finding out that we already had paid. And I absolute hate IT when straff day, its OK we have good time and all in controle, Even when taxi was 25 min late. Will not recomand it to anyone. Also poor neighborhood.

Very nice place with freandly staff. Delicious breakfast! Good place to stay for family with children. 4 minutes by tramp to Prague Center, 20 minutes by car to Prague Aquapark. Private swimingpool and sauna. We recommend cordial for family and for buisness.

Very Nice quirky hotel. It takes 10 min to get to the old city by team. The prices in the neighbourhood restaurants are 1/3 compered to in the old town. And they are nicer.

Everyone is kind, ready to help you. Breakfast (even for vegans as I am) just perfect. Hm… the bathroom is strange, is nice and big, but they have a problem with humudity and it smells. Ok, its near railway, but actually I didnt hear anything, but I am not sensitive on noises :) )

A small hotel with good tram connection. The hotel is suitable for a few nights. At breakfast there was a sufficient choice of food. Unfortunately, the staff did not speak English, so communication was more cumbersome. The room was clean but lacking little touches like a clothes hook. There was no big closet in room 24, where you could have stowed your things.
Due to a mistake in booking we had to pay for it, but we had indicated everything correctly.

In a winter time, only thin or summer blankets for a sleep in 10°C hotel room (apparently 4th floor only as we have been explained later), not able to provide an extra but what I appreciate, we have been at least given the extra heater. Otherwise cannot complain about anything else… breakfast delicious, staff helpful.

Very nice Hotel and the good attention are very friendly in general, the only one but is that the 4 stars are too many, it would be a 2 or three how much.

The room was clean and tidy. What I found very curious about the departure was that it was only allowed to go after the room was checked. That's not going to happen. I didn't think that was good at all. Then I was asked if I had smoked in the room, I am not a smoker. Breakfast was fine except for the buns, which must have been dated the previous day. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The receptionist told us a lot and there was also a map.

I am Spanish and this hotel here would not have 4 stars or joking. Room service and cleanliness is nice, the breakfast great but the dinner… Let what you want, the chef is Italian and apparently he thinks he knows how to cook, it was all a bit bad, all hard, including macaroni and rice that we were stuck to the molars. Victoria, a girl who works there, is the only decent, super Maja and sympathetic, is great. The boss forced him to make us pay 40e for the noise we caused and the poor man did not know how to do it, besides, 40e what? Where'd you put that? Overall the workers are nice but I don't know, I was expecting something more.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is shuttle service to the airport run by a very helpful Italian who from helpful tips on how to get around and where to eat. The rooms are big and clean. It is not a 4 star as we mean in Italy but it is still pleasant. The breakfast is good: international but also with excellent croissants and various sweets. I recommend it especially if you do not speak very well English since some employees speak Italian.

Good value for the price. Baked goods for breakfast partly old. Rooms, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are above average good for this price. Recommended for short trips and weekend stays. Recommended for longer stays with smears.

No 4 * Hotel — Reality on site does not fit with the images on the Internet.
Hotel Location is O. K. Close to tram. The surrounding area at the hotel is not really appealing/inviting.
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel.
Our 4-person room (No. 16) had very unpleasant smells, worked very well, the continuous slat grate was bent strongly downwards in the middle. Parking in the courtyard against €10/day, supposedly guarded, in our car was a tyre flat due to wanton damage. Around the parked vehicles abundant dog droppings on the ground. Fitness room outdated, devices are not really usable, looks more like a storage room.
Breakfast is really pure taste thing: The offered crepes were generally cold. Ingredients such as jam, Nutella etc. Only in large jars with long spoons. Coffee and cocoa from the vending machine.
Staff very friendly and helpful but not in German language. Use of spa area (small sauna and hot tub (jacuzzi) for a fee.

No 4stars hotel room very old by located better.

The location and the price of the hotel have appealed to us. With the tram, the beautiful old town of Prague was quickly and easily reachable. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite and immediately gave us all the necessary information in good English on arrival (breakfast times, extras in the hotel such as savings area/massages, street tram, restaurant tips,. ) We have a parking space for €10 per day booked, which also worked well. We also used the spa area, which consisted only of a small sauna and a whirlpool, which should be cleaned again!
The breakfast buffet was plentiful and if you can't find anything, you can order some cheap extras.
We were very pleased with the room. It was very new and had a small balcony. Besides, it was really markellos cleaned — great praise! The bed was very comfortable. My only drawback in the room was that there were only Czech TV channels (one or two in English or German would be great).
All in all a good city hotel — good location, very friendly/helpful staff, good breakfast and top cleaned (except for the whirlpool).

This hotel is a great location, breakfast choices are good and there's a piano in the reception! I must say, however what makes it are the staff, super friendly and helpful and if it wasn't for them I don't think we would of done half of the stuff we done! Thank you all for making our time amazing, specially Daniel in reception! Absolute stars sending love to you all!

Read before choosing this hotel. DO NOT BOOK! Nightmare from start to the very end. I must say I've never ever experienced the things we had to go through anywhere in the world. I'll try to make it brief. 1. If for some reason you decide to visit this place, don't book the hotel through their webpage. They don't have any secure connection or measurements implemented which will prevent someone from stealing your credit card details. I've notified them about this issue, I doubt they are going to do something about it because they don't understand the root of the problem. 2. We booked the hotel for a "Final price" as described on their webpage and on the confirmation email I got. The sum was proclaimed to include taxes, local tax etc. However we were charged roughly 10% more for no apparent reason. The director of the hotel claimed some exchange rate but that is ridiculous — no mention of any additional rate, the sum was in Euros etc. Pure fraud. 3. Hotel is next to a railway and has thin walls. It's a bit noisy. 4. The interior of the hotel is far away from 4 stars. I would say 2-3 max. 5. The breakfast was dissapointing; coffee was cold, so were eggs, sausages and the variety was lacking. 6. Before booking, we called the reception and asked whether parking is included in the price and if the hotel is animal friendly. Answer was positive so we proceeded to book the hotel.

The Hotel is located in a residential area, the city is within walking distance. But it's gotten on in years and there are many construction sites in the Hotel, the rooms and the "Spa" area of what would need to be revised. The staff is insufficiently trained, you want in the Spa area, where none of it mentioned what it will cost it because the colleague is taught again and when you check out the expensive Surprise. Especially the Spa area is under all Sow. The whole room stinks of Schlimmel as well as the Jacuzzi in the bath. Even the Bikini after that smells moldy. The smell is not feel adequately comfortable, and the Hotel has no View what to. The Breakfast was okay, eggs were cold such as the pancakes, but otherwise it was okay.

Neglected Hotel… need renovation. Very nice staff, good breakfast. In the room wet stain on the ceiling. Bad smelled of drain. Far away but good access to local transport.

Spotless hotel. Beautiful rooms. Nice staff and omg the doggies so cute! Also the breakfast was really big. So many choices. Only nothing gluten free apart from the rice crackers. The location is not nice but its only few mins away from city centre by tram and subway. I defo come back in November :-) thank u guys!

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was also good.

We stayed there for 6 nights. Service was amazing and the hotel is very clean and beautifully decorated. Breakfast is good and with a wide selection of food and really good service.
It IS right next to the railway but with windows closed it is not a big deal. Besides from the trains, it is dead quiet.
There are two tram stops within few minutes walk with ticket machines on both. If you have not been to Prague before you will be surprised how well it works.
Uber som city centre is 100-200ckr depending on time.

Amazing place! Design is Perfect, room was really nice, big and comfortable. In the morning breakfast was really tasty! And staff soo helpful. Will come again ;)

Too much expensive and too much stars. Very clean A nice place. An excellent reception… with the tram the center is close. Too bad the Wi-Fi is low and the parking too expensive. The bathrooms are to put to the taste of the day. But I would recommend this hotel despite the near railroad which decorates our nights. It deserves one or two stars maxi. If you like the night trains C is the top.

You feel at home… all wonderful great food and amenities. The staff Run by Italians.

Room was dirty and very uncomfortable. Wireless LAN is very very slow and there is not German or English TV. Knowledge of German is available only in moderation on the part of an employee. Employees not very carefully. Breakfast is adequate.

A wonderful stay in Prague 4! I recommend waking up early for the buffet breakfasts. ☕

Not a 4 star hotel, I would say. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location not too happy because of the proximity to the station of Vrsovice. Interesting neighborhood and not too far from the Centre. Rich international breakfast varied and plentiful. For a family with children, I'd say ok.

I visited Hotel Nabucco in June 2015. The rooms are very nice and the breakfast was very good. The Service and the possibility to stay in the Lobby late in the evening was supported by the personnel. But my best experience with Hotel Nabucco was afterwards. I lost a Pullover and they found it. It was no problem for the team to send it to me home. Best regards and many thanks, Stefan.

This is not a 4 star hotel as it claims. Very nice interior design, creepy hallways with great artwork, but the hotel is cheaply made. We had the one room with a balcony, and the door was off the hinges. This could have been terribly dangerous if we had not caught it before crashing down on us. The room, bathroom, sink, everything is made cheaply with the bare minimum holding it together. Staff was great, though — top notch service. Location was in a back corner, a bit far from any real attractions for tourists.

Really good hotel, people are very polite, nice breakfast.

Great price and great service. The Lady at the front desk will have lost half an hour to explain the road needed to reach the Conference venue which should I take part; the next morning the doorman at the hotel offered me an umbrella to protect me from the rain because I didn't have one! Also the breakfast fantastic allowing you to eat yogurt and cereal and not just the typical breakfast in Central Europe.
