Nicely renovated cosy hotel. My room wasn't very big but still a decent sized room. The hotel is close enough from Prague's old town centre — 15 min walk — but if you feel tired a Uber ride usually costs around 4€.

I have just returned from a lovely stay at the Salvator Boutique Hotel. 3 of us stayed in a 2 bed suite which was perfect. The hotel is modern, clean, well located and is equipped with all the things you would need when staying in Prague. Although situated on a busy street, we were never disturbed by noise and the hotel is mainly very quiet. The hotel is situated within walking distance of most attractions apart from over the other side of river (castle, petrin hill etc) but you can easily get the tram to these places with no problems. I was slightly apprehensive about the reviews claiming that the staff were unfriendly however I found them to be very friendly and helpful. Overall I really enjoyed my stay at Salvator Boutique Hotel and I would definitely return if I was staying in Prague again. Negatives: — The breakfast is advertised as a hot and cold buffet. We asked at reception what this included (if it included mushrooms, beans, eggs, etc) and they said it did. However, upon arrival at breakfast we found it only had a very small selection of hot food (3 different forms of egg, bacon and sausages). — The pillows provided are a bit soft and thin. They are large and square rather than rectangular. I think having both options in the room could be a good idea. The hotel did rectify this and provide us with more pillows when we asked. — The shower is a bit small and for the two bed suite I would have thought there would be a bath.

Close to center (charles square or wenceslav square). Very nice room, little bit rumor from the street but ok. Wifi worked great. Clean, staff little bit cold, staff for breakfast friendly. Breakfast = amazing, lot of choices.

Very small Hotel Comfortable room and well-heated spacious bathroom and new facilities. But the price of the double, if added to the breakfast not included (€10 x 2) looks very overrated compared to other even more centrally-level with breakfast included.
A bit of a decentralized location.
Unnecessary subway because the nearest stop is halfway from the center. At the end for a single Metro stop go on foot. Attention to book with holes the option "erasable": I do not know how or why but I found myself with the non-refundable… Visited in December.

Good location, clean, kind reception. Although doesn't correspond to four star hotel as advertised. The price we paid through Expedia is 30% more than the one annonced in hotel.

Clean and fresh. Recently renovated. Breakfast was good, nice selection. Shower was small but hot and good water pressure (essential! ) Good location, easily within walking distance of the old town. The milk in the fridge for tea and coffee in my room was out of date, not a big deal, but doesn't that milk take like 5 years to go out of date?

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Flexible on time of check out and offer a transportation service Hotel-Airport (and vice versa) at the same price of a Taxi ride.

A cozy hotel near Old Town square.

Great price/quality ratio, well kept and clean, good choice for breakfast, close to the town centre. Definitely my first choice for my next visit to Prague!

Elegant Hotel 2 steps from the metro station Muzeum. Modern and essential furnishings. Definitely renovated for a short time. It could have been perfect if some details had been more cared for: in the room lacked the classic slippers of courtesy as well as toothbrushes and toothpaste. The shower was a little cramped. CMQ to recommend.

Nice hotel, located in the middle of the city centre. Room rather small and on 6th floor. Roof Windows therefore unfortunately little view. Has been newly renovated. Bathroom very nice. Elevator right next to the room therefore also heard at night. The breakfast buffet was very good. Compared to other hotels much cheaper. Reception staff friendly.

The hotel itself was wonderful and had a great location. One member of reception staff was rude but everyone else was lovely.

What a fantastic hotel! Very modern and conveniently located just a few minutes from the extremely efficient metro. This hotel is the ideal choice if you want to visit Prague. The area is very quite in spite of the fact that you will find a lot of different restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. Our room was very very nice and clean. The air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly and we found Azzaro toiletries in the bathroom. The staff were nice as well.

Friendly desk staff 24 hours. We stayed on the top floor in a 2 bedroom suite which was ideal. Breakfast was cramped for space yet satisfactory for local breakfast standards.

The rooms were cozy and well designed. Nice chairs and fittings, very new and stylish. No fuss staff.

Beautiful Hotel, comfortable rooms, furnished in modern style, comfortable, super clean and warm. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location to turn Prague, both on foot and having all the monuments, museums and attractions within a radius of 1.5 km and well connected with transport, having a station of the metro, tram and air stop Uber in two steps. Recommend staying in this property if you want to visit Prague.

The staff were generally nice and the hotel is gleaming new, but a couple bad experiences tanked my stay. The place operates on an electronic card system with no back up, so when the door to my room wouldn't open when I returned from dinner around 10pm, the sole staff member on duty had to close the reception area to come up and try it himself. After he was unable to open it, we tried calling management but the electrician wouldn't come until the next morning. Telling them I had some medication I needed to get to in my bags isn't seem to change their outlook. I spent the night in another room in my clothes from the evening. In the morning, they were able to access my. Room and retrieve my gear, but the whole exchange smacked of suspicious contempt. There was little concern for my belongings or well being. And no attempt to make things right, aside from setting me up in another room for the night. The friend I was traveling with ended up also having to switch rooms after the heating stopped functioning in her room (in January).

Beautiful, modern and new hotel! Rooms are clean and comfortable with free Wi-Fi. It is very close to the metro Muzeum on Wenceslas Square (3 minutes by foot)

We decided to take a punt and stay in a new hotel with almost no reviews, and it was a great idea! The room had skylight windows and it was very modern and clean. Everything was very new and the staff was lovely. Location was very good, too! Very convenient for the train station, and 10min away from the centre. I'd happily recommend this boutique hotel without a doubt!
