I'm not sure if this is the level of hotels in Prague, or how does the grading system works around here but this is definitely not what I've been expecting from a 4-star hotel. From the light in the hallway the need to be turned on manually to the super dated rooms and weird tiny blankets (which was pretty smelly too) and the bad Wi-Fi in reception in my room. I did ask for a room that was facing the back to avoid the noise of the busy streets the hotel is located between, but didn't imagine that the back view was so depressing. The breakfast was actually pretty good, but wasn't enough to make up for the other things.

I liked the hotel. Of the pluses the location, breakfast, a steady WI FI, a clean room.
What I didn't like:
1. The view from the window was a pipe and the opposite wall (through 5 meters) ; 2. Of the four days of our stay, the Russian-speaking staff at the reception was only once;
3. When the wife asked for boiling water, they tried to sell tea to her.

Clean and well-furnished. Slightly far from plaza center but close to tram and metro. Breakfast is very nice.

An excellent hotel on the middle of prague, literally 2 minutes away from the waslev square, the room is also excellent, big room with a big bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast is amazing and tastefull as well and included all that I had needed to start my day with a full belly :) Liked the hotel a lot and would go there again in my next trip to prague. Amazing service for the cheap cost.

The Hotel is located quite centrally in Prague. The Room was clean and the Staff very friendly. The Breakfast Buffet was appealing. Only Buns were missing Me. The Coffee was good, too. Unfortunately, the Hotel is located directly on a busy Road. Which could be heard clearly in the Room. Unfortunately, the Hotel sauna can only be used at an Additional Cost.

Great value for money. Nice room. When a child sleeps in a separate room, it is very convenient. Everything is clean, the plumbing works fine, cleaning every day.
No bathrobes, but we did not critical. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean. We returned to the hotel again. The breakfasts are also decent. There is not enough cappuccino and a variety of pastries, but it can be endured.

Four stars in the Czech Republic is already first class, everything should be perfect, only without luxury. When planning a holiday choosing consciously 4 * expect and the appropriate level. A two night stay at the hotel is enough to realize that its declared classification is clearly overpriced. Restaurant, upholstered furniture, corresponding tables, sets for tea, hygienic means, No. The room has one table, a chair and a bench, the truth is soft. No kettle, and all right, we thought and ordered immediately not a cheap service "coffee set". The staff was very helpful and helpful. And as you guessed, we never got this service. The bathrobes are not provided at once, and the change is different. We went to the reception and there with a smirk and inappropriate triads issued. And then the most important thing. The Czech Republic is associated as a hospitable country. And here is a blatant disregard. Friendly staff. But that's all. The cleaning is poor. Long women's hair was found on arrival in the bathroom. I "stored" them right there in the corner. I was hoping to be taken away on the second day. I didn't even take a picture. And the web on the ceiling still hangs. Why so, ask? Well, if the garbage for two full days did not bother to remove, already falls out! You ask, and how often change at least towels? I do not know, these days have not changed. So where's the 4 *?

The rooms are most in poor condition (dusty door frames, dirty walls are missing bulbs…), but the worst is certainly the food, there is very little variety to choose from, and let's say that within that variety the food is poorly made (hard meat, poorly boiled vegetables etc…) In short the only thing I liked is the lunch (you will love it if you are a greedy like me) and the attitude of the service staff of the hotel is quite lousy, but if you're a horny as I end up doing grace.

Cons: From the windows blowing, leaky sheets, for 120 euros per night expected much better. Good: close to the center, you can exchange currency at the hotel.

It's time to repair. The location is great. It's close.

Overall good, rooms quite clean, food not varied in the days of stay but substantially good, close to the center.

Hotel is clean and warm. The location is not in the city centre, but is very near to wenceslas Square which has plenty of shops and also had a Christmas Market. Breakfast has a large variety, from bacon and eggs to sweets and fruit. Definitely recommended for a trip to Prague!

First day. Order to room Americano but get cappuccino and that was cold. And this is 4 star hotel? 3 nights 200 euro and mini bar with 2 beers 2 coca coast 200 euro. And that information they tell you when you check out. Shame on company. This is not 4 star hotel. They are not more than 1 star.

The rooms are upgradeable, well located, next to the center, very good breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Booked directly and received complimentary bottle of wine and 1 hour for us both in wellness suite complimentary. The hotel is spotless. Staff are friendly. The buffet style breakfast is great. Something for everyone, fruits and yoghurt to sausage egg and bacon… Book the wellness day before as there are limited spaces, on the plus side you it it to yourself. The hotel is 7 minutes from square. And about 15 to old town. There are numerous shops bars and restaurants all within 1000 meters. Will definitely come back.

I am currently staying and this hotel for a couple of days more, the rooms look good but the AC does not work, called the reception siad they can not fix it, the lights went out a couple of days ago, the staff is rude and if you ask something from them they tend to make you feel that you asking a favor that they dont want to do although you are paying gor this service! Worst hotel I have ever been in. Wont recommend it for anyone.

Far from the center, very unpleasant staff in the vast majority, bad and small bedspread, broken elevator and apply extra charges and excessive changes when it comes to charging you. If you do not hurry to breakfast do not repose even the coffee even if you are inside the breakfast schedule. It is not a 4 star or joke, better look for another…

Lots of people and little to choose from in the buffet.

Good hotel. Great location. Quiet. The breakfast could be more complete. Everything else OK.

Nice hotel in city center. 10 min from central station. 5 min from main city square. 2 min sexy sauna. Many pubs and restaurants near by.

Great location with decent services.

Clean, spacious rooms, furnished with a modern style and really nice. Staff at the front desk courteous and helpful to everything but the hotel waiters really rude and keen. No one speaks Italian.

Hotel to modernize, rooms large and clean however great advantage being close to the center.

Good place to stay as a tourist rooms are small but nice and best of this hotel is near to main Railway station.

A centrally located hotel nearby several tram stops and subway stations. Quite ok overall, unfortunately we got our room on the first floor, so there was a lot of noise from the heavy traffic outside. Sometimes we felt a smell of cigarette smoking in the room. Breakfast was ok but nothing extra ordinary.

Surly staff, building years 80, double bed with two mattresses, as well as blankets and sheets, 3 days without ever changing the towels, ridiculous breakfast, 1 star just for the location near the Center, the other 3 are drowned in the Vltava River!

We had a wonderful stay in Prague. The hotel has an incredible value for money. Staff very friendly, nice, cosy and clean rooms. The spa area is not very cheap, but one has him on its own.
Super location. Breakfast not good, but ok.

Avoid rooms on street (double glazing simple but not noise). Breakfast and summary.

Good hotel, with a great deal. There is a man of reception that speaks Spanish, and tends to be monopolized by clarifying doubts.
