Just spent 5 wonderful day's at this amazing Hotel.
The scene was set from the minute we stepped out of our taxi being greeted by a very freindly and helpful porter to our leaving with luggage being loaded into the boot and car doors held open, literally felt like royalty.
Our suite 205 was HUGE & spacious with so many little special touches. Magic curtains! sofa, fluffy bathrobes & slippers, pillow menu, loctaine toiletries, colour changing jaccuzzi tub bath, rain shower hair dryer & straighteners! teas, coffees, mini bar. Etc etc etc.
Breakfast is out of this world and probably the biggest selection of everything you could possibly imagine is available. We chose to eat in the outside heated area every morning with great views across the square.
We also opted for the executive package with daily access to the Spa and complimentary self service wine, shorts, juice hot drinks, Prossecco & hot/cold snacks in the Lounge Bar. Absolutely well worth it and extremely generous.
Its only a short walk to the Old Town Charles Bridge and all the main attractions, I would highly recommend this stunning hotel to anyone & everyone.
Thank you to all the staff at Kings Court, the proffessionalism, friendliness, hospitality and overall customer service was 5 star and we'd love to come back one day in the future.

The Hotel Kings Court in Prague was one of our favorite hotels. They have a fantastic bar with fantastic bar tenders and exquisite drinks. They had live entertainment almost every night. The hotel is centrally located in historic downtown where you can walk or rent a scooter to get to almost everything you want to see in Prague.

Absolute luxury, excellent location, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. We visited for our wedding anniversary and received a beautiful little note in our room and a complimentary sweet treat. A bit difficult to get to driving though. Can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent large size modern room that was recently renovated with a 2 person jacuzzi tub and a rainfall shower, very comfortable KING size bed, excellent closet and drawer space and beautiful views of Republic Square. (THE EXECUTIVE ROOM CLASS) Only criticism is they need to change the AC filter in our room as it really didn't work very well and that truly needs to be addressed. Exceptional customer care and kindness given to us by all the people that work there! Special shout out goes to Julian and Bradley at Concierge! Really adored both of them! They both went above and beyond for us during our stay! Also… big shout out to both Valerie and Nicole that worked in The Executive lounge! Both women were exceptional and really kind to us! Excellent food at restaurant! Great breakfasts, lunch, drinks and desserts in the executive lounge! Excellent restaurant for dinner! Really liked our server for dinner, Martin! Overall… this is an exceptional hotel, excellent customer service and care, luxurious rooms and amenities, excellent location in Republic Square right near EVERYTHING! A++++.

Prague was our last leg of our 2 week honeymoon. We couldn't have been any happier with King's Court in the center of Old Town Prague. The breakfast (which was included) was the most amazing spread we've ever seen. Sushi to pizza, to any type of bread, meats, salads, desserts — you name it-it was available to you. The wait staff were so kind and willing to help us in a lot of different situations, even though we don't speak Czech. The staff (from the bartenders and waitresses to the check in staff and chambermaids) were superb! The King's Court Hotel truly made Prague a city where we will bring our family to in the future.

Excellent location set right in the centre of Prague. The room was spacious and meticulously cleaned, very nice beds and air conditioning also! The staff is polite and personal but not in a stiff cold way. All in all a great stay! P. S. Don't expect much from the casino, those people are just plain rude (different staff)

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, best breakfast in town very generous, like the executive lounge when you book executive room, you get all day complementary drinks and food from 11 to 6 p. M with a high quality. Like the hotel and would like to visit it again in the future.

Wonderful hotel. Lovely personnel. One of the most delicious with full variety of food I've ever tasted. Perfect location in the city centre close to "The clock". Comfy beds. The spa is lovely. I love their Jacuzzi. The gym is little bit small. Highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had — and I have stayed at a LOT of hotels. First, the staff were OUTSTANDING. Alina at the front desk should be the manager at a Four Seasons — they are lucky to have her. Also, as this is an extended trip for us, I needed to do laundry. One of the guys helped me find a local "wash and fold" place to do my 4 tons of socks and underwear. The breakfast was the best buffet I have EVER had in ANY hotel or restaurant (I am only sad we got up once in our 5 days to enjoy it). The room was perfect. Large… free water… min-bar… amazing water pressure in the shower. The location was PERFECT. I don't think you can find another hotel in a better spot. Overall, hands down the best place in Prague for value.

Great location, amazing breakfast, has all the facilities you look for, great restaurant/bar, warm and friendly hotel’s staff all around the hotel and restaurant, well equipped rooms (although little small and without street view).

Great breakfast and perfect location. Slight minus for cold aircon in the rooms but still easily the best hotel I've stayed at in Prague.

The pina colada is delicious and the staff adorable and very professional! All on a very nice place… a little happiness.

We did not sleep at the hotel but we just have a breakfast at will and it is really the top of the top.
There is everything you want for about 15 euros per person.
Nothing was missing from the salty to the sweet with all the drinks possible.

My partner and me stayed at this hotel for a late anniversary celebration in March 2015, and since the beginning we were amazed by the polite, friendly and helpful staff.
Our room, located in the Executive floor (3rd floor), was very nice, had a ginormous bed and more importantly, fantastic views to the Republic square. In the room, the bathroom was really nice, clean and had a nice bathtub (that I used our last night, amazing! ). The pillows were like a pair of fluffy pieces of cloud, the mattress was really comfortable and the duvet was really soft.
The breakfasts, provided by the hotel in their restaurant, were full of options and tasty food. The scrambled eggs were really good, the same as the little sausages and pastries.
The food in the Executive Lounge was delicious too, and the place was quiet and nice.
We ate 1 lunch and 1 dinner in the restaurant and all the food was really good and delicious.
The staff, as I said, was polite and very welcoming, always happy to help.
We will definitely repeat in our next trip to Prague!

Matrimonial a very good location and * * * * * STAR value, if: it would not have happened to me two evenings in a row, that I came shortly after 10pm and the lady there gave me the 2nd times a rejection, in my question: can I order another cream Brüllet, next to my drink? Both times came the very: unfriendly answer from her: no, kitchen closed.
The waiter, however, also conn from the neighbouring table. Was asked, answered promptly friendly: yes, very much.
And so at least I was allowed to give him my small order, which he gladly accepted.
So, either the kitchen is closed… or is it not and not at one yes at the other guest not. Otherwise I would have given 5 * instead of 4 because the cream was delicious.

Fantastic food lovely staff we popped in for lunch and it was so good we went back for dinner highly recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only problems to leave the car, although they have a parking lot but to 25 euros a day.

Not really kind service in the restaurant. Heat turned off needed to ask switch on in the middle of our staying. Impolite respond, when asked for Wi-Fi.

Brilliant hotel, one of the best I've stayed at. Worth upgrading to the executive package that includes spa and gym access. It wasn't used by other guests that much when we were there but the pool, sauna and steam room were great. Breakfast had loads of options, from sweet treats, to traditional cooked breakfast to cereal and fruit. Staff were polite and attentive and the location is ideal. Would definitely recommend.

A cosy place, well soundproofed, very clean, with impeccable decoration and nicely 80 years revisited. Take the Executive Lounge option, giving the right to a buffet all day, and to the spa. Convenient, between two visits to the nearby city centre. Public transport at the foot of the hotel. Delicious breakfast, with two pantagrueliques buffets.

Great staff make great places. Our birthday weekend was made fantastic by yes, a beautiful place to stay but especially by the brilliant staff who were friendly, eager to help and assist and totally professional throughout from our arrival through to departure.
Even the ‘turndown service’ girl going out of her way to ensure we had our bath towels! Will definitely be back!

Dreadful service! The staff could not be more displeasing. I come here everyday to have a coffee and with spec of hope I pray that the waiters will get some sense of decency. This wish has yet to come true and I leave disappointed everytime. The bald one is driven by hatred which is reflected upon his poor work. Ignorant and rude!

I am shocked, at this point in time and in our current century this has gone too far. I could not be more displeased. The service is alarming. The waiter that has not been blessed with the gift of hair (he was very bald) is nauseating. He could be unpleased this is a recurring issue considering I am a regular customer. I would wish for the service to be improved. Thankyou Yours sincerely.

Central Hotel, large rooms furniture to renovate. Gluten-free foods to be required and of poor quality.

Price to experience value definitely left me feeling underwhelmed. At 400 Euro per night, we were stuffed in a small room, with a tiny bathroom, where the shower wouldn't reach anything above my shoulders and I am 5'5. (165 cm) I am short, the shower is even shorter. Breakfast was chaotic, the hostess dressed like she just finished her shift at a brothel. We did not enjoy any of the food offered for breakfast at all. The lobby is cramped… I did not like this hotel and will not recommend it.

Super stay, very good restaurant. Rooms are slightly older but clean. Everything is comfortable.

Central location A few steps from the center from the main streets. The Staff were very good Very good breakfast and very varied. Excellent service. A flaw in the spa, the relaxation area and too close to the reception point or info for the spa you often hear noise of people passing by and asking for information. The cold and water temperature not congenial for a total peace with the world as well as the relaxation area. If you step wet from the whirlpool to the rest area get too cold.

This hotel was fabulous. We stayed in a Junior Suite — room 206, and we were not disappointed by anything. The room was large and beautifully decorated, and the prosecco and chocolates were a lovely touch. As was the pillow menu!
The executive lounge we had access to was lovely — food throughout the day and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks provided free of charge.
The restaurant food was delicious and the menu varied. The service was very good.
The breakfast was second to none and I have literally never seen such an extensive array of tastes and dietary requirements catered for. The food was excellent.

The Spa was lovely and relaxing — if you want treatments though, book early as the appointments go quickly.
I will most definitely return to the Kings Court again.

Great location. Nice service staff. Though I didn't really liked the given room as it has side windows which is actually the balcony of the next door suite. Meaning privacy is a concern as I don't know if the next door guest would just peek over into our room. So I kept the windows closed most of the time.

Reviewing the cafe and food only. We arrived in Prague super early and this was the only place we could find open at 7am. The staff are lovely, the outside table area is heated well and they provide blankets. The breakfast buffet is standard, affordable, and will get you through the day just fine. The coffee's decent and you can grab some whole fruits on you way out (if you have the brekky buffet). Nice place to sit and watch the city wake up.

Good location, excellent service and value for money very interesting. The bedding is very comfortable. Beware, the spa and pool are not included in the stay and access to pay €10 day.

Booked the executive room and I have to say we were delighted! The hotel lobby itself is quite basic for a 5* BUT what makes this place 5* is the service and the included amenities. The staff was fantasticly nice to us (Ritz level of service) and the (included) food in the executive lounge was just perfect. The rooms have everything you would expect from this kind of hotel and the (also included) spa is nice too. The location is very central and safe.

I would like to let you know that I got a feeling after each visits the quality of the service is going down. But the situation of the hotel is the best. After five years of the visiting these hotel we still love it. Please try to come back where you were three years ago! Thank you so much!

What price in king cout hotal room 1st night and day.

Great location perfect for the old city, but it's sadly the hotel that's lacking. While billed as a 5 star it's more of a very good 3 star or entry level 4. The rooms are small, we paid for a deluxe and it was a normal size at best, that said its city centre so can be forgiven. When we arrived the window was open and there was strong smells from the kitchen in the room (5th floor) which took a long time to vacate. The bed was comfortable though and the shower good which was plus. The downfall was the breakfast. It's nice to get the terrace but be prepared to wait a lot, not only are there guests but also they take patrons from the street and this would be fine apart from its quite small for the size of hotel. Also for a 5 star it's a buffet with little to no service. Was there anything major wrong with out stay, no, but we felt at all stages that we didn't get what was promised. It didn't help that we had just come from a very nice hotel the previous week. The staff try their best and are helpful and polite but all in all this hotel is trying to be something it's not quite attaining. There will be other hotels I'm sure in the city that don't have the 5 star price tag and offer as good as or even better a service.

Hotel is well located in a beautiful city of Prague. About 5 star hotel, it makes me smile. This is an exaggeration, and is not a palace! A dusty hotel, with the all time comfortable rooms. Noted that they lack the powers not slippers are, as well as a pen and note blocks. For a 5 star, you agree. It should be noted that the staff is exclusively English-speaking, difficult to communicate if they do not speak English.

On a recent trip to Prague we ate at this restaurant 2 nights. Both were excellent experiences with good food, great wine and helpful staff. The lamb shank is particularly good and we loved the menu presented on IPads.

Pros: in terms of tourist-location, 10 metres from the hotel entrance there is Metro station. Near the largest Palladium shopping centre and another mass of all sorts of different shops, special attention to presence near hypermarket in which you can always buy affordable products water beer etc. (the value that it is difficult to find in the Centre of this shop).
Cons: there were no in-room bathrobes and slippers, monotonous breakfast (à la carte). Can't say that the 5 star trained maids, coffee is not put, sugar, etc.

Great hotel — excellent situated in Praha. Very nice rooms — I recommend booking the executive room with spa entrance. The rooms are very nice and specious. Very relaxing bar and a very good restaurant. Service is very good.

Hotel cosy is placed right in centre of Prague, 3 not the main monuments. It is our 2 ° passage within this building, and it is always a pleasure! Really deserves its TRAVELLERS CHOICE WINNER for 2013. Breakfast was amazing! Airport transfer > hotel at about € 54 in Mercedes S-class (on reservation). WI — FI free high speed broadband in the rooms.
