Very good location, very friendly and well-groomed and beautiful famous Café, in the historic house, the art Nouveau style!

Stayed at this fantastic hotel last week 1/12/19 for 3 nights. Can not find 1 fault at all. Location is spot on and very close to main sight seeing locations. The staff at the hotel are very polite and professional. Breakfast was the best with so much choice. The room we had was spacious, very clean with everything you would need. We had the chauffeur, I believe Michael collect and return us to the airport. He was brilliant and the merc he drove was very posh. I would highly recommend the hotel and I will be visiting again

Beautiful hotel, courteous staff, super clean room. Imperial cafe is a must try, good food, elegant setting.
Hotel is closed to shopping mall and public transportations.

We love this hotel, everything was clean, staff were very friendly. The Art Deco was just well you just got to see it. Everything walking distance.

I loved my stay here. Staff was very professional, polite. The rooms were clean and cozy. My treatment felt like I was their only guest. Miki and Ralitsa are wonderful to talk to.

A beautiful hotel at the center of Prague downtown. It is full of history and kept in very good condition. The rooms are large, bright and clean. The bed is one of the most comfortable bed I slept on in all my travels. The buffet breakfast has a very good selection of hot and cold breakfast. Its perfect place to stay for Prague.

A beautiful art-deco feel at this hotel, but it could do with a bit of refreshing. Rooms are spacey and comfortable. Breakfast is also pretty good with a wide selection available. The staff are friendly and obliging, but the overall feel is closer to 3 stars in my view. Having said that, I’d stay again except for the fact a brand new sister hotel has opened across the road.

Septemper 2015 Gorgeous classic comfortable art deco room. Bathroom updated and very clean. Bath products of l’occitane. Excellent breakfast at Imperial Cafe. Actually it was more than excellent. Nice location to stroll through the town. But this hotel might make you not want to go out:)

A warm and friendly welcome on arrival: in r conversation at reception I said it was my husband’s birthday today and our first visit to Prague. Before we left booking in at the Reception desk my husband was presented w a smart Art Deco bag containing a bottle of Champagne and a box of Prague chocolates! Wow that was a wonderful birthday treat. The hotel decor was attractive and v clean throughout. Our room was excellent, v comfortable including bed and very well serviced w bath robes slippers etc plus green & fruit teas! The staff were excellent and last but not least a really great choice for breakfast and the best omelettes! The Etherton’s.

Wonderful Art Deco Hotel in walking distance to the old town. The staff at the Hotel are very polite and helpful. A buffet breakfast is served in the Café Imperial, which has very interesting decorative tiles. Recommended for any lover of Art Deco.

Wonderful hotel, beautiful art deco design. Our room was clean and well appointed. Location is great, central to everything you want to see. Some great restaurants in walking distance. Don't miss the Imperial Cafe. Loved the l'occtiane bath products. The rooms are a bit dark, lighting could be better.

Gorgeous and classic hotel. Attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast well worth the money, one of the best I’ve had around the world. Room is large and comfortable, as is the bed. Only slight complaint was that being in room 104 it was a little noisy in the morning due to the service entrance being underneath, this was a small detail and as a light sleeper only affected me. Peter working the bar was hugely accommodating. He went out of his way to book a table at the sister restaurant next door and recommend other places to visit. It’s not my first visit to Prague so having some local knowledge was very helpful. Will definitely return next time I’m visiting.

Fantastic Art Deco hotel, refined, with very kind staff, spacious, bright and quiet rooms. Amazing breakfast. A perfect location for exploring the old Town and the ghetto, the chateau is a 15-minute walk away. Perfect.

The hotel is very nice the rooms are very spacious with a marble bathroom breakfast is very good because varied we will be when we book in Prague The hotel again the highlight is the location right next to the center.

Absolutely loved this place, husband and I stayed here for 3 nights, September 2017, great breakfast choices to choose from, very good service, our room was huge, good size TV for those that need one, mini bar/fridge, little coffee machine is a bonus, clean room, bed good size and super comfy, bathroom with a separate shower and bath and bonus 2nd separate toilet! Quality towels. This hotel has a lift, quite small but acceptable for the age of this building, we used the staircase anyways as it was gorgeous! Conveniently placed shoe/boot cleaners on every floor, restaurant decore to die for, art deco style. Hotel within walking distance from train station, although the uneven sidewalks are a pain if you've got suitcases, but hey this is Europe! History and culture! Hotel within walking distance from main attractions, lots of restaurants and convenient stores on the street. Would stay here in a heart beat!

Absolutely Amazing. Nothing too much for the staff — even running across the road to see if an exchange unit was open. Breakfast had a great selection of continental foods and the rooms were very cosy. The complimentary toiletries were very useful and the heated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. All in all an brilliant experience had.

We have stayed at the Art Deco Imperial 4 times and we are currently here at the time of writing this review. Very friendly staff, the rooms are to the highest standard and the food is very nice. The concierge is very helpful and will go out of his way to help. You. All in all I recommend this hotel 100%.

Hotel in itself very good, reception staff rather rude.

Great place! Nice not old-fashioned but classical hotel interior. Retro music which comes out at lobby and cafe also gives good mood. Fancy room and quite compact but still nice bathroom. Sauna and fitness facility available for free. Breakfast was great, quite various things to eat.

Location, rooms and atmosphere is just fantastic. As name says, all in Art Deco style. Only negative comment is a crowded breakfast room as it is open also for non hotel guests. And being a 5 star hotel was a bit disappointed with the food and crowd.

A mix of 100 years of Prague in one fantastic hotel. You can experience the stratigraphy of the different political and cultural movements that the Art Deco Imperial Hotel endured and enjoy staying in a hotel rooted in the soul of Prague. Vibrant, chilled not one for snobby people but the time I spent here I truly relished. 5 days and nights was absolutely no issue.

Slow Wi-Fi and our room was a little bit small. That's the only things I find less good with our visit. Interior is beautiful, staff are super friendly and included breakfast was great.

The hotel has a great location and good access. Service is very good and the Deluxe room best. 1 star deduction for expensive parking fee and at breakfast at Cafe Imperial Little space and very noisy. We then switched to room service with extra charge.

If you you are going to Prague, pick this Hotel — really. One of the pearl of Art Deco in the centre, super friendly staff, amazing rooms and top restaurant in Prague. One of the best choice you can do.

Old Hotel but very well preserved.

Everything is on high level. Very comfortable bed, and included breakfast left good impression.

Showers to hard to get in and out of if its in the bath. Some staff were a bit rude. Front facing rooms noisy because of trams and traffic.

Great place, location (near the Paladiom mall) with a great restorant, the stuff is very helpful quit and service oriented, the room (and the rest of the hotel) is very clean.

Great location, helpful staff, wonderful breakfast & "the" spot to have dinner, room was nice, but, don't take room 108! The bathroom was smaller than aboard ship. No separate shower, floor space was 24" X 32". Door opens into the bathroom & I had to stratal the toilet to open or close the door. Otherwise a great place to stay. We were so worn out by the time we got our room I didn't complain… but I should have.

Our suite on the top floor was large and pleasant despite a very kitschy décor. However there were no curtains sufficiently obscuring.

The hotel is very nice but is starting to feel very dated. The staff were nice but very intent about getting their cut out of everything you pay for externally.

Just back from Prague having stayed at the Imperial for 4 days. Great location just a short walk from the Old Town. The hotel is a superb art nouveau building which has been very well restored. The rooms are very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff are also excellent, very helpful, polite and welcoming. Overall a very nice experience.

The beauty and style of this magnificent early 1900's building still captures the eyes and hearts of many. Think ahead and book ahead as this place is a must to stay for those who enjoy art, luxury, and excellent service. The cafe is a tourist destination and a must see on any visit to Prague. Stay in the plush rooms and enjoy the comfort and style… just a short walk from the Old Town Center.

Excellent hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast very good and served in the beautiful Art Deco restaurant. Hotel very near Metro and trams just outside. Walking distance to the Old Town and very near shopping mall. Bedrooms on the front of the hotel a little noisy at night from the trams. Try the restaurant for a meal! Very good! We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel location is very good, near Palladium shops, within walking distance of the old town and the central square, how can you go wrong. The Empire Hotel has a lot of wooden door leading to the beautifully decorated large rooms and bathroom, Breakfast includes a variety of food, snacks and fried egg. Things did very well and the service is great. Only drawback is the bed a bit hard, but there is still a great place.

We stayed two nights. Beautiful hotel indeed. The rooms are also very quiet, the hotel's restaurant is delicious and with reasonable prices. The only thing I regret a litle is the price to park a car in the hotel's parking (27 euros/24Hrs in early 2016). I recommand the sauna, and the breakfasts buffets (around 13 euros/pers. Not included).

The cafe is a stunning Art Deco interior, and the food is delicious (especially the mashed potatoes). Service is wonderful. Great food, any meal!

A place emblematico art deco in style, the inside is decorated with ceramic traditional Czech, the service is excellent, also in English. The kitchen is also great.

We simply had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Art Deco place! Can't beat the ambiance. We encountered friendly staff and had a good breakfast buffet. Calm rooms. Next metro just 5 minutes away, trams nearby.

What a great hotel — amazing to look at, really comfortable and run by the most charming, attentive staff. A most convenient location. What more can you ask for? We stayed a full week at The Imperial and hope to return. Lavish breakfast in a beautiful deco-tiled dining room. Tea, hot chocolate, cocktails… you name it! Fitness center and massage (excellent! ) on the premises. Smiling, helpful concierge and barman and, in fact, all staff. Very reasonable prices for a five star hotel. My husband says one of the best hotels he's ever stayed at. Yes, we loved it!

We stayed here last week for 3 nights. The hotel is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, friendly and in a terrific location. The concierge was very helpful. Breakfasts were delicious. Recommend most highly.

Came here a couple of years before, had an unforgettable experience. We come back here again to find the still wonderful food and quality ingredients, beautiful presentation! I never understand how they are able to keep the price so reasonable while maintaining such high quality of culinary standard! Under chef's specials, you cannot go wrong!

In the restaurant of the Hotel Imperial the service and the quality of the dishes is truly remarkable. Good meat and tender attentive staff and excellent sweets. To try.
