Very well placed, close to the old town, delicious breakfast and very hearty. Home pleasant.

Beds and temperature were okay, but we had to sleep with open windows because there was no air conditionig… the bathroom however was realy dirty… Black long hair everywhere even though we were two blondes staying here… The hair problem was even worse after the cleaning lady came by, as she literally just spread all the hair around the bathroom and the room… Also, we found some bugs in our beds (also in our friends beds) maybe because we had our windows open but still… the staff however was realy friendly and we heard there are free snacks in the hotel from 2-7pm! So, probably not worth the price, but if your expectations aren't too high probably good enough…

It was quite hot and dirty. Everywhere where black hairs and we were two blondes staying. We had bugs in our bed and it smelled terrible from the toilett.

Beautiful and clean place. The position of the hotel is perfect for those who want to go shopping to Palladium or to Wenceslav square since it's only about 5-10 minutes to both places. Our room was cozy and looked very welcoming. The staff was very friendly. Also there was an elevator, which was very comfortable since we were on the 4th floor. We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Staff were great and helpful! And location is excellent. Breakfast was good, wide range of everything and anything, but when 10.30am comes and breakfast finishes the lights are turned off and you're asked the leave… So get down nice and early. The free cake and sandwich offering between 2pm and 7pm is a brilliant idea! The room was basic and what you'd expect, clean and comfortable. Strangely no mirror in our room. Bathroom was OK, but a few past leaks could be seen on the ceiling and down the wall, and a waste water pipe ran inside the bedroom wall so when someone above used the toilet or had a shower it sounded like a waterfall was in our room. The issue we had was that our room looked out onto the inner courtyard. Bins were getting filled late at night and emptied early in the morning between 6am-7am. The cleaners also start cleaning empty rooms at 7am and the sound echos down the corridors.

Stayed with her husband and children in this hotel for 2 nights — Weekend in June 2018. Very convenient location, everywhere walked. A beautiful courtyard where it is pleasant to drink coffee and drinks. The staff are very polite and pleasant workers, especially Catalina also Christina and Lyudmila. The room and furnishings in the room are super comfortable, very clean, for me it is very important. There are very nice girls at the reception. The price/quality ratio is more than pleasant. We have only the most pleasant impressions of both the city and the hotel. Breakfasts are very tasty, varied, the children were satisfied. I recommend the Adler Hotel in Prague for visiting and staying.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The rooms were great, the food was great and especially the staff were the nicest people ever. I stood 4 days there and it was amazing. Thank you for everything.

Don't be discouraged by reviews bad on tripadvisor, we stayed here for 3 nights and everything was perfect! Everything very clean, staff polite and welcoming staff always available 24 hours a day. Very appreciated also the free buffet that they offer from 14 to 19.

Very clean and tidy, the staff is very friendly and even some of them speak Spanish. They're always pretty neat. The breakfast, although it is paid apart, is very complete and fresh.

Very good location, the tram and the Metro are very close and facilitate the despazamientos around the city. The rooms are not air-conditioned. Otherwise it is a hotel that is pretty good.

For the money perfectly OK, however one should not have too high demands on the rooms. Whether you get a good or rather bad room is like playing Russian roulette. The lounge is very cozy and the hotel generally has a nice ambiance. The food is different every day and very rich in choice. For guests who eat vegetarian, there is also a nice and tasty variance. The receptionists speak excellent English and are incredibly friendly and helpful. The other employees, however, unfortunately do not understand until no English. But that's fine as the receptionist will help where you can.
From the hotel you can easily and quickly reach all the important things in Prague. In addition, the hotel is located in such a way that the ambient noise is not disturbing.

Great location near Charles Bridge, breakfast both sweet and savory but nothing of that, poor dinner with a very limited choice and the waitress a little too pushy and harassing, spacious room and clean clean bathroom but unfortunately insistent safe.

Good value for money The whole team is very friendly. The breakfast buffet does not vary but it is very full. From 16 to 19 you can have a free aperitif in the lounge. Rooms with furniture and refurbished bathrooms. Excellent cleaning.

Nice three star hotel, conveniently Rasprlozhennyj in the city center, near metro station and tram stop. 10 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, 17 minutes from Old Square. Very good variety of rich breakfast for every taste (5 types of cheese) ) ) daily change of towels and showers fantastic. In part of the rooms a new renovation, in part old Poskripyvajushhie floors. From 14 to 19 in the hotel lobby, mini snacks and hot warming drinks are compliments from the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice Wi-Fi in the rooms. On the top floor of the rooms and corridors, the wooden beams add their historical charm. We stayed here for a long time.

Reception impeccable, good breakfast, the waitresses on the floors a little rumorore, already from the early hours of the morning. Our room was a tad small without furniture so uncomfortable to store clothes (pretty much on the floor), for the rest strategic location to visit Prague on foot.

Hotel in the center of Prague, close to everything. A very good welcome with a breakfast and snack from 2pm to 7pm every day free. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I stay here for 2 nights ; Martina, Diana and Joself form reception was so kind, nice and really helpful, room was clean, tidy and the breakfast was more than enough. Close to the city (old town 5 min walking), tube station, shoping centre. I really recomand this hotel for sure.

The location is excellent and the Metro and tram leave you to two minutes. The room was large and comfortable. You can't ask for much more for that price.

Stayed with my partner in September 2017. Room was clean and comfortable, the staff courteous and the breakfast offered plenty of choice. Location very central to lots of sights, would definitely stay again.

Great location but my room had a sliding door which didn't feel secure at all. The toilet didn't flush either. Wasn't great. It was in a very quiet street, which was quiet but also a little too quiet if I was walking back alone late at night. I did like the location a lot though. It was really easy to get.

Excellent price €110 for two nights considering that always in the center 300 m from the exit D Metro convenient for both the arrival from the station and as far as going downtown and visit the Central city recommended.

Very nice place to stay in the center of the town. Staff super friendly. Nice breakfast and best part is free evening tea with snacks. Highly recommended.

Location is very good, close to old city, close to public transport and still not so crowded area. Lot of shops and restaurants, also huge shopping center with a Tesco. Quiet place, rooms are small but functional. Breakfast is good and from 2-7pm they serve complimentary snacks, coffee, tea and soft drinks. If you are in town for few days this is a good place to stay and value for money.

City centre hotel ina small and queit street a feew steps from National street and Wenceslas Square. Nice decor in public areas and rooms too.

While the hotel itself is beautiful, but the street next to our room was noisy at night, the noise however was much less bothersome with the windows closed. The hotel services and personnel are very good and friendly.

Great hotel for a stay in the Prague. It is located in the center so you can get anywhere fairly quickly. The staff is nice and always looking forward to help you. They have breakfast available for 6€ and it is worth it — big selection for 3* hotel. They also serve a free snacks and coffee during the afternoon. As with all the hotels, I recommend you to contact them directly instead of booking portals to receive free benefits.

Too hot in the room.

Good location in the middle of the city Rooms without air conditioning we were in the attic and we had fixed 36 degrees. The staff was very helpful.

The hotel is very well located in the centre of Prague, you arrive at nearly all the places perfectly on foot. The rooms are very small, the TV was sometimes not work, they have a mini fridge that does not cool, and it is empty, does not have a phone to call reception. The hotel staff is very edge. The breakfast is pretty good, dinner is horrible. The room service and cleanliness is terrible, not clean anything, in a room with three beds just make a and if that. Sometimes you are left without towels and leave things lying around on the ground or not pick up the bag of trash. Some doors do not close well, most may not close with key from inside and can be opened perfectly on the outside. The truth of 3 three stars has nothing.

The breakfast has everything you need. Small rooms, TV LCD, TV is, safe at the reception, two single beds pushed together. Phone in room no. Would recommend this hotel for overnight.

I booked a room on 1 December for the 31-12 at 160 €.
The 22-12 I have canceled my reservation and sent me an email telling me that the hotel was sold out.
It wasn't true, since I checked and there were vacant rooms, only that were charging more than twice!

Looks run down from the outside but great location.

Hotel in the city centre. The room was OK, the staff friendly and breakfast was self-service. Small flat, we heard a lot of noise coming from the outside of the room, but, in all cases you will be awakened early by the light of the day.

Conveniently located with a perfect location one is fast in the center and at places of interest. If I next time in Prague I would come here come back.

For the hotel in which you will only sleep and the rest of the time is on guided tours and walks around the city, very good. Clean towels every day, put a new SOAP. Breakfast simple, ham, sausages, a couple kinds of cheese, once caught sausages, bread and rolls. The hotel is very favourably located almost all tours start from Malostranska Metro station (25 minutes leisurely step along the promenade and the famous Charles Bridge), in 5 minutes My TC (Eng. ). In General, to all the major sites are within walking distance (20-30 minutes maximum) : 1) to the cable car for 10 minutes and already you are climbing the mountain to the Eiffel Tower. 2) Palladium SHOPPING CENTER 20 minutes, 20 minutes, dancing House Beer House 25-30 minutes. For all time (week) have never used public transport. On the last day of My shopping pošopilis′ and palladium and just for fun have arrived from subway Palladium (Palladium immediately set underground, through a stop going out of the subway station directly into My SHOPPING CENTER).

Nice hotel! In the room on the 4th floor had everything we needed (sorry, no fridge). A safe Deposit box at the reception, room clean, furniture, plumbing in good condition. Maid service every day. The staff is polite. Chastichno speak Russian, partly in English. Breakfast is not very varied, but all required to eat there. The main plus for me is the location of the hotel. It seems to be in a quiet zakaulki, but 3 minutes walk and you are on the main street. I recommend! Prague is beautiful.

Stayed here twice in 2008 during a study abroad trip in Prague. Perfect location — it's in an area with quite a few hostels so there's lots of students, good bars around, close to the St. Charles bridge and not a bad walk away from the city center.

The hotel is located in the centre of Prague. To the historic city centre, 10-15 minutes walk to the Charles bridge 10 minutes on foot. The hotel is a small, cosy hotel is on a quiet street. Near pizzeria and a lot of cafes. Staff speaks Russian.

The hotel is very nice, cosy, clean, rooms well as on the level. And the location in the heart of the city, in a quiet side streets — what more could you wish for a stay in Prague. Breakfast for someone it may seem very скудноваты, but for me it was enough.
