A tiny hotel in the middle of Prague's old town. The room is very nicely decorated, but also small. We didn't disturb this, it was all there. There was nothing wrong with the chaos in front of the hotel.
The breakfast was delicious and adequate.

Americans looking for an American style hotel will not like this place. But if you are looking for a more European experience in a historic setting with a great location, you should consider this hotel. Located on a quiet street steps away from the noisy main drag, and short walks away from the Charles bridge and the Central square, this hotel has friendly staff, clean, well maintained rooms, and a pretty good breakfast. Rooms are small but functional. The property looks impossibly narrow from the street, but widens a little in the back, and they make the space work. The lobby is almost non-existent, so plan on meeting your party on the street outside. The lobby also doubles as a currency exchange office, but smart travelers use ATMs to access local currency. There is an elevator but we choose to use the stairs.

I was there the day it reopened after a renovation. Very friendly staff and very well maintained hotel.

Lovely and comfy rooms, a little noisy but not too bad. Good value for money and lovely breakfast.

This hotel was splendid. Very comfortable and clean. Very close to everything in town. The staff is helpful and polite. The breakfast spread was great with a lot of variety. This little tiny hotel has a modern interior and an old world charm. I recommend this hotel to all my friends. There is a wonderful working towel warmer in the bathroom. The water pressure and temperature are perfect. I also quite liked the complimentary soaps. The desk staff is very helpful and I feel well cared for. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Warm and friendly welcome. Easy to find and in a great location. Room good size, very comfortable and clean with nice little touches, including tea and coffee, a fridge and a little chocolate. Good powerful shower with nice toiletries. Breakfast was a good selection with good coffee and a summary of news and weather etc each day on the table was helpful. Staff very helpful and the transfer they arranged was good value and stress free. Definitely would stay again and would recommend to friends and family.

Ideally located there is no better room top service good breakfast very rich staff friendly and bilingual English.

I don't believe there's a better location in Prague than this hotel. The hotel is situated between Old Town and Charles Bridge, close enough to walk to the castle and Saint Vitus, and in the most picturesque part of the city. The hotel itself is wonderful — charming, but renovated with surprisingly large rooms considering it's the most narrow hotel in Prague. The reception desk — I can say her name, but don't know how to spell it (Ramana? ) was extremely pleasant and very helpful — couldn't ask for more. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast room worker was especially hard working — cleaning up every crumb as soon as someone left a table. I would stay here again without a doubt — wouldn't consider staying anywhere else in Prague.

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel in mid-October 2016. Here are the strengths of this property: 1. Outstanding location very close to the Charles Bridge and to Old Town Square. In spite of its great location, it was still reasonably quiet. 2. Free breakfast that had a nice variety of items to choose from. 3. Free Wi-Fi that actually worked unlike some hotel Wi-Fi's that did not. 4. While we did not use it, the staff offered to change foreign exchange at rates that were reasonable. 5. Historic building originally built in the 14th century added a bit of an extra charm. My peeves about this property: 1. The room itself was tiny so much so that even with just a few pieces of luggage it became very hard to move around. 2. This is a small hotel with few rooms and while that makes a 24X7 reception unlikely, we should have been informed of that by the hotel. The night we came into Prague at 11 p. M. We had a shock when we found the property door closed before realizing how we would have to let ourselves in. 3. It was hard to find this place from the nearest subway stop. For one, it was very difficult dragging luggage over cobblestones but we were swayed by the description that this was a 5-minute walk. It is NOT. Also there were no signs which denoted this property clearly and we walked past the hotel twice without even noticing it.

Was a nice rather small room with a terrible view into a backyard. During night time it wasn't possible to keep windows open since the fans of the air conditions from the other houses where too loud. It was also necessary to store our bikes in our room. Hence we needed carry them over tiny stairs into the 2nd floor.

Didn't stay at the hotel but they have a nice place outside to enjoy some drinks.

Cozy little hotel in the heart of the city center. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and nice. Top position!

Enjoyable atmosphere and good food.

Luv that place. Location is perfect, room 101 is clean, bright and feel like at my bedroom. Receptionists are welcome.

Didn't stay but the bar restaurant outside is ok for a drink but don't even try the food.

I was taking something on the terrace of the hotel. Very good location, somewhat expensive, but it is normal for the area in which it is, and more in the middle of Karlova. I took a Virgin Pina Colada Smoothie, and it was pretty good, although the price was already could be it. The waiter was pleasant but dry.
