We spent one night in this hotel which I would call grandiose, the size of the room the quality of the services offered is at the rendezvous!
We were conquered by its spacious room, we will return to Prague and this is the hotel that we choose.

Highly recommended, we were already there 2x. Very good location, Metro and tram almost next door. Pedestrian zone and shopping mall in the immediate vicinity. Hotel is not new but in good condition.

I booked through Booking finding an outstanding offer. The rooms are spacious and have inside of everything: table, fridge, flat screen TV, bidet, kettle, soaps, hairdryer, slippers, safe… The rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast buffet is very rich.

This is definitely not five star hotel. The suite was filthy, some signs of cigarettes burned into sofa. Service lazy and chaotic. For Prague accomodation reputation is a big shame.

Good Hotel… 4 * High but not 5 * in my opinion. But without any complaint, as its price, to be in an unbeatable location in the center of Prague, is what you can order for a 3 * in the center or a 4 * several kilometers from the center.
Good breakfast. Spanish staff for non-English speaking people, both at reception and at breakfast.
The only bad thing, the parking, not suitable for people who have bigger car than a A4, Series 3… and that still, are very good parking and maneuvering in small places.

We were initially booked in for Eurostar David and following the tragic fire, they called us and confirmed our stay at the Thalia branch. I have to say they handled the situation very well. The staff were extremely friendly and they gave us one of the top rooms with a great interior. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was of great quality. The location of the hotel is very ideal and all the attractions are within 10 mins walking distance. Highly recommended.

Of the same string as the Exe Star. We only saw it on the outside and it looks like a good city Hotel. We are from the Canary Islands and we are accustomed to another style.

Very nice hotel. Lime and also mould in many corners of the bathroom, partly lacking wall tiles that have fallen off and have not been replaced. The room door from our first room 410 had broken out on the hinge and was glued to the front. The window seals are leaking so that it inflicts to the windows. There are no soundproof windows on the side of the road… so you won't miss a tram.
The staff is only in some places helpful, at least the female part I had to deal with was rather uncommunicative and not very accommodating.
The breakfast room is in the basement, with no view and daylight.
Breakfast is normal, rather below average. Bread and buns are not fresh, that fruit lay at 09.30 o'clock even longer cut up around…
Conclusion: You don't have to have one again!

Not a 5 star. But the location is good and the rooms are acceptable. Service on solid 3 stars. The room was clean and tidy. The room is very cold, floors-shabby parquet and from the Windows siphon. No towels. Although there is an iron. But only two steps and a quiet area, in spite of the center.

Location was perfect. You can reach out to many spots for 10minutes by walk. Room was big and clean. Staffs were very kindly. Breakfast was good.

This is a fantastic hotel! From check-in to check-in out it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was very comfortable and extremely clean, breakfast is amazing so to are the staff. Rooms are awesome, we had top floor corner room with a huge bath in the floor, amazing. Awesome value, beat place we've stayed in our many visits to prague and will be our only choice from here on. Can't rate it enough Stay here.

Nice hotel n location is good too… Bout 7min walk into old town square. It was a free upgrade as I booked the other Eurostars hotel but there were some problem.

Great little hotel. Breakfast was good, although the decor a bit dated. Top tip — the curtains are behind the nets in the windows!

Lovely decor. Large rooms. Beautiful, clean bathrooms. Nice staff. Very central. Exactly as in the pictures. The entrance is not fancy but they were welcoming.

The perfect hotel to visit Prague. It is a walk to the centre and other places of interest. Bus Stop 22 (they call it the tourist) which takes you to many places to visit, including the castle. In addition to very spacious rooms, clean, a buffet for breakfast that does not lack detail, very friendly attention and speak Spanish. They provide you with currency exchange, transport tickets, information to move around Prague… I said it and I reiterate… perfect! 200% recommended.

Spotless: Nice, modern, clean and in the center. Staff very friendly and price adjusted to the quality, quite a success to spend a few days in Prague.

It might look nice and comfortable but in terms of service and availability it is no shadow of a doubt equal to zero. I had problems in the departure for serious atmospheric causes but although booking has tried to help us to move the dates, since in all the facilities you can do so, the Hotel has shown in all response the utmost rudeness and lack of tact. For these reasons it is highly discouraged.

With regard to this hotel I have different opinions, remarkable thing, the kindness of the reception staff, especially Candela and Candelaria, Spanish girls very nice and always attentive to help you in everything you need. Breakfast varied and plentiful except for the coffee that was never good. The room I found small, the tub with shower is dangerous as it is very high and there is Q go out with utmost care. Cleaning staff Error and forgot several days to replace the toilet paper and I had to go to reception Q to ask, in the same way with the bar of soap that only put me the first and last day, went out to buy one and Q I did not support the situation.
Connection to Wi-Fi very good, excellent location and q is close to many attractions. And public transport. I think the price doesn't fit with what they offer, by no means a 5 star hotel.

The hotel in the city center very nice.

First time in Prague. Went to this hotel by recommendation. It was my birthday and they upgraded our room to this wonderfully room on the 4th floor with roof windows. There was complimentary wine and chocolates waiting for us, too. The breakfast buffet is very good and plentiful, and by request I got a plate with gluten-free bread and pastry (see pic). The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is amazing — very close to all the tourist attractions and to entertainment like Black Theater and Reduta Jazz club.

Very clean and welcoming. The staff is very professional even if they do not speak the Italian. Then it is in the center and it is easy to reach many places to visit. Great.

Had a mix up with my original booking so ended up here with my family. This is a 5 star hotel, compared with an Irish 5 star I would rate it as 4 star. Lobby is small, and there is a nice bar and seating area to the left. The room we had no decent views, all back streets. The staff where very friendly and the room was kept clean. Very central with Charles Bridge and The Old Town Square only a ten minute walk away.

Central location, spacious room, big comfrtable bed. I loved the tea during breakfast. Take milk from the esspresso machine and put 1 or 2 black tea bags in it. You are going to love it. Staffing was not according to 5 star hotel. Not much help from there.

Excellent hotel in the Centre of Prague.

Central hotel that is close to everything! Stayed on the top floor with a view of the cathedral. Clean, great turnover service, and good Wi-Fi.

Just another average centrally located hotel — can't be compared with other Eurostars hotels I visited before, which were much better. Do not expect something special, but simply nothing to complain, if you are not too picky. Reception service was remarkably fine and also the breakfast was worth a try.

Amazing rooms, Wi-Fi is also high quality.

I would have given five stars if there were not those hard beds. I have never had such a quiet room in any hotel (#102). The breakfast was great in terms of variety and freshness. But the small breads should be bought somewhere else. The staff has been nice and helpful all the time. Free Wi-Fi is available. Sitting close to the bar seems to be like being in a library.

Nice hotel, located close to the Centre, walk into any place, tram 1 min. Breakfast 8 €, you can not walk many places with omelettes, coffee and beer. The rooms are large, quiet.
No dressing gown and Slipper).

Central hotel. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Although it is not a five star hotel really, it isn't a price in this category. I'll be back.

I stayed at the hotel on 23rd December to spend a before Xmas night in Prague with my friend and I chose Eurostar Thalia as the hotel to stay. Some people might think the hotel is just for sleeping and we shouldn't invest for the comfort. I totally disagree. As it is only for sleeping, but it can make the stay and travelling much enjoyable. The Eurostar Thalia is the proof. We made check — in, at the reception there were a very nice lady called Patricia with her collegue Daniel. They both welcomed us very warmly. They both satisfied us concerning the request about some room preferences. The room was just nothing but perfect. There was a welcome gift — very delicious red wine and some chocolates (that I payed extra) and they were very well chosen. The bed was comfortable and the air-conditioner worked even the window had been opened (which is very rare in the hotels). I do not know about some other rooms but our room 407 (deluxe one) has a very beautiful view on the Prague Castle. Everything was so clean and especially what I really loved was the soap in the bathroom. A japanesse one for the hand and the others HERBS FROM IBIZA for the body and hair. Without any hesitations I must say that I have never experienced such a great and lovely parfume smell as from "HERBS FROM IBIZA" shower gel and shampoo. Very strong point for the hotel as I am still thinking of the beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and especially the best parfumed shower gel and shampoo.

Fantastic hotel, value for money. Situated very wel in the city center.

There is 3-4 irons for the whole hotel. We have a delegation of over 30 MBA students from the number one business school Thunderbird Global School of Business in the world. We are studying and visiting companies such as SKODA and with Cisco and we can't iron our clothes. Silly right? Seems like a simple thing, but they don't have irons in the rooms. The Internet has been down so we can't watch our class videos or download the daily cirriculum. This is un-exceptable in the year 2013 at a supossed 5 Star hotel. Especially for the quality that Eurostar's claims to be. Horrible business functions. They need to hire a T-Bird to sort our there International experience.

Very good location. First got a room that smelled like an ash tray. Asked for another room and got one. Nice hotel but not exactly 5 star compared to the 5 star hotels i've been to.

Of course this is not 5 star hotel, I would give it a good 3 star.
In the room forever cold floors, no slippers and bathrobe, and no uncomfortable bed.
Plumber in the bathroom is new and everything decently, but works poorly (not coming off the water and floor heating).
Hear what channel watching the room was huge.
Breakfast from the history of "how to go to breakfast and stay hungry. " Like everything there are cheese and sausage and scrambled eggs, but it is not very tasty.

Wonderful hotel. I felt bad that I had to leave it. The rooms are beautifully decorated. Location is great. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, quality of the food very good and plenty of choice. I will definitely come back.

All great, the location is very central. Both reception staff very friendly breakfast, you serve very well and also speak Spanish. The varied breakfast and quality of products. The cleanliness of the room also to highlight. On the other hand they had newspapers but at breakfast they had front pages with news-variety in different languages.

Positive: location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Negative: the only but was the subject of the lack of control of the breakfast, you could be 1 hour eating breakfast, since when the milk was not missing, missing the coffee, when finally had the two, there were no cups, glasses, juice, etc etc. The breakfast itself correct but the terrible organization, pity because the hotel is magnificent.

The hotel was really 5 stars doesn't pull at all. Maximum 3 stars. Shuttle service to the hotel't do it, I had to go to it on foot minutes 20. Все close, but excursions usually made from the Powder tower that go 15 minutes is not very удобно. Кондиционер actually very noisy and dries the air, some rooms it didn't work and the people are just замерзали. В the bathroom, the shower flooded the floor. Pleased with the presence in a double room one toothbrush, Slippers and towels for a fee. It seems to me that in a 5-star hotel, this should be автоматически. Единственный plus is the presence of the Russian channel. In General a lot of unpleasant drawbacks, that spoil the whole picture. Not pulls it 5 stars at all. Who was in Helsinki in hotels 3 stars, then this hotel is not different from them.

The biggest advantage of the hotel, which we appreciated very good location! In the heart! 5 minutes to the Charles bridge, 10 minutes to Вацлавки and 10 minutes to the old town square! Overall the hotel is very cute, small and friendly. Good затраки — on any taste. Staff quite friendly, speaks English. We had a standard double room is nice but small. In the bathroom, all the nice, only incomprehensible glass door in my opinion a very uncomfortable and unsafe. The only disadvantage of the hotel is the absence of Central heating. Temperature conditioning system was created, which is insane dries the air and all had the feeling that just to breathe! had to open the window, and in the winter it is not very nice. But the overall impression is quite positive, I advise you to choose it.
