Very good and comfortable apartments. The location was great. The friendly staff. A bit noisy (prospect)

Great location and a very clean hostel, but we had some problems with the hosts.

I am completely satisfied with Hostel Kaiser particularly with its excellent neatness, willingness of the personnel to give you every assistance you may be in need of at anytime of the day, its wonderful location at the heart of Prague, particularly to the beautiful Vltava river, the natonal theatre with its breathtaking architecture and other historical sights to name the few. In addition to that you find a supermarket just five minutes by walk where you can buy whatever you want for a reasonably good price: — food, beer etc. And its closeness to the fast & efficient Prague metro station "Narodní Třída". I highly recommend this hostel.

The place itself was really nice and clean, but I wouldn't stay there again, because it is all ruined by the really rude staff. Shouting on a person because "they were the third person to ask some question" is not acceptable. Or cursing around them for that matter. It is also not acceptable how they enter the room when people are still sleeping, acting like they were alone. Warnings and rules are all around the hostel and everything (and I do mean everything) is punishable with a fine. And despite them being really strict about that the main lady of the staff was smoking on the balcony that had a non-smoking sticker on it all the time.

It was a fantastic experience to stay in Kaiser Hostel — the receptionist helped us a lot and told us about the places to visit in Prague. After my checkout — they let me stay around for some time. Really nice people work there!

Glorious place. Quiet, calm and incredibly clean. Staff is very friendly and ready to help. Loved it, will come back!

It is a very nice hostel, well kept, friendly staff.

Very clean, lots of showers, hair dryers, bathrooms etc… Comfy beds and clean sheets. Very good location short waking distance to all the attractions/sites.

It's really nice and clean hostel.

To be completely honest, wasnt very impressed on arrival, but really liked the place, staff are really friendly, even those that dont speak english, but they try to help as they can and I really like that, I dont expect them to speak the same language as I but expect them to try to help :). The location couldnt be better, everything is really just there, really good. Have two down things, the first is not serving breakfast, even paying, the second is the noise on the street all night long, we had to keep the windows open cause was too hot inside. But I would recommend it to friends.

If you're looking for a hostel where you can meet people and hangout I would say look for a different hostel to stay at. Basically, it's just a place to sleep and shower. There's a lot of noise from the street especially because you have to leave the window open so it doesn't get stuffy. There isn't always someone at the front desk and if there is, they don't always know English. With that said, the hostel is super clean, the beds are comfy, and there are big lockers to keep your things safe. Overall my stay was good.

Excellent apartment, very close to the centre and very close to the shopping center Tesco. The friendly owner, speaks good English, has organized a Shuttle from the airport. The price is not big in comparison with apartments near lying. Not big stuff, like a dripping tap and the lack of salt sugar tea and coffee, on the first day, not much worsened impressions about the apartment.
