Bonvolon Hostel

Very good and simple essentials all there is accommodation in the center.

Old interiors and smells like in old Soviet-era dormitories, creak floors and doors.

In principle it is normal, under the new Year in the center of Prague for 18 tr. For two nights for two nothing found, there was a price tag below but Get to the center of minutes 20. And This is right next to the famous Vodickova 20. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean. But nothing was better anyway. In principle, I recommend, in the summer price tag probably humane.

It's nice because it is not too crowded but employees need to learn more English. I had difficoulties in ordering just two teas.

The reception lady was friendly. The rooms very clean and for 8€ a day, we got a very cheap deal. Very happy.

Very friendly staff. The Hostel is located in a residential building, there is a parking place. Booked double Room, it was a room in a four-room apartment. Clean and repair leaves much to be desired, doors in rooms with glass.

The shared room is very old and the check in /check out times are very strict. However the location of the place is quite convenient. If you get one of the private rooms is way better, in another building that is no that old.

Horrible, horrible place! Very dirty bathrooms and horrible kitchen, but unfortunately that's not the worst thing about this hostel… One of the "long-term guests" (as I was told) is a local guy who is every day drunk (or on drugs) and he sleeps in the reception room (which is meant to be used as an area shared by all) every single night! He is practically terrorizing all other guests and nobody can have a good night sleep because of him… Constant shouting, swearing, burping and doing many other rude and disgusting things which I will not mention here… Why the owner of the hostel is not throwing him out is beyond me!? None of the other guests dares to confront him because he is very aggressive, so after a couple of days I simply decided to leave and find some normal accommodation… Luckily that wasn't so hard, since Prague has many better places to offer. The only positive thing I can say about this hostel is that location is ok. Unfortunately without a good night sleep, being close to the center is really meaningless… You just constantly feel tired and exhausted… To conclude, I really can not recommended Bonvolon — especially for GIRLS TRAVELING ALONE!

Good Location in the City centre, but noisy. Beds were okay for a few nights. Small facilities, not recommended for fat people.

Affordable and especially good for travellers with early morning departure at the airport!

Good position and not too bad for an hostel. But remember that is only an hostel and ambience and rooms are in generally quite ugly as the staff.
