Lovely adults only hotel. Service is great and staff cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend.

Service is top, always funny, always friendly, always helpful!
Cocktails at the poolable are also so good in taste that you don't have to demand it anywhere else!
The Restaurant is also very good, even if we didn't use it very often, and preferred to eat in the Main House.
We'll definitely be back!
Addendum: On our penultimate evening there was a "Dinner around the Pool. " Very very romantic Atmosphere and unforgettable beautiful!

Very friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms well appointed and clean. The hotel could do with restaurant in the evenings although they did trial a poolside meal there which was very good food wise but poor on wine list. Rooms due an upgrade in 2018. Main Lagoon resort is well run but a bit like an upmarket Butlins. Would recommend the Olympic Bay.

Great food and facilities, a lot of weddings on show.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to. From the moment we arrived we had nothing but smiles and good service. We recommend rooms 610-620. These are the best rooms. They all have private gardens, some have private pools, and they have 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet and sink and another one with just a toilet and sink. These rooms are also right next to the bar, the kiosk, the playground and most importantly, the main pool. We recommend room 615. The food quality was amazing. If you want to book for the Cypriot restaurant or the Japanese restaurant then do it the second you arrive as they get booked up quickly. The main restaurant was what we are in every day. The food was so nice — especially the meat. Every night they had a different theme of food. All the staff were really nice and friendly. The entertainment was absolutely amazing. There was entertainment for adults and kids all day every day including water sports and dry games. There was a mini disco twice a day for kids where they danced to various songs. In the evening there was a different show every night. The hotel is in a great place too. It is a minute away from a supermarket, across the road from Landa Beach, and a fifteen minute walk away from Nissi Beach. There was lots of food and drink during the day too — all part of the all inclusive. A big hello to all the entertainment team — Warren, Beth, Kyle, Lauren, Louis, Freya, Ryan, Joe and Charlotte!

Booked in for Easter 2016 with a family of 4. We booked into a bungalow with a private garden. Check-in was fast and efficient and we were taken by a porter with the cases to our room which was at the opposite end of the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with the room as it had a modern light feel to it. There were 2 separate sleeping areas separated by a sliding door. The main bedroom had a king size bed and the lounge/2nd bedroom had a bunk bed and sofa. There was a bathroom with a toilet, sink and bath/shower in and a separate wc with a toilet and sink. I personally would have preferred a larger bathroom with a separate shower but I'm sure other people would prefer 2 toilets. However upon further inspection we found a used towel underneath the bunk bed and chocolates in the wardrobe left over from the previous guests. Not the best full clean I've ever seen. During the course of the week I did notice the cleaning wasn't up to scratch — there was plenty of dust underneath the beds and the behind the pedestal in the bathroom was a mess (no I don't usually look at these areas I just happened to see it as I was looking at something else). Other than that the room was ok, however I have to mention the lack of plug sockets. There was 1 spare socket in the whole room and that was inside a cupboard. Now for 4 people who have to charge their tablets and phones most nights this is unacceptable.

Absolutely amazing, got married here, 20 people on a 2 week holiday and not one of them had a bad word to say. From the beautiful rooms to the stunning setting and facilities available to the delicious and varied food I would not be able to find fault if I tried. Thank you so much to everyone who made our holiday and wedding as incredible as they were! Looking forward to coming back some time soon!

Stop telling people it's so good it's hard enough to book up as it is.

The best holiday I have ever had by far… amazing food, luxury rooms, excellent service, all the facilities you could ever need, great kids club… can't fault any part of my stay at Olympic Lagoon Hotel.

This is a really nice hotel, from the moment you arrive and throughout your stay the staff try really hard. I stayed in the fisherman's village, the apartment was extremely well equipped and kept spotless during the stay. There are several pools on this complex including "lazy river" which loops through the different areas. All are cleaned daily and a great relief from the hot weather. The food is plentiful and a wide variety is on offer, however eat it fast as it is never hot. The best thing is the continual delighter's that are brought as you relax in the sun, from cold face towels to pieces of fruit and drink, a really incredible experience.

I had the most amazing time and great service, they made my birthday great with a cake and cards I have told every one to go to this hotel. Thank you for a great holiday and we will be back.
