Best Boutique Hotel of Cyprus!

It's a great hotel. Polite and responsive staff. Because I took only breakfasts, lunch and dinner I can not say anything, and breakfasts are more than acceptable for such a hotel. It's beautiful. Everything looks great at night. A few minutes to the beach.

Great location, good pools and rooms. Food is so-so, not bad, but not very tasty.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. How anyone cannot give it a 5* review is beyond me. Me and my partner are currently staying in a duluxe private pool suite and it is perfect. There are 2 large smart TVs in our suite so we don't miss any of the world cup. The cleaners come in daily to give us fresh towels and bedsheets, and they always mop the floor and empty the bins, doing a thorough job. Our toilet appeared to be blocked on our first day, and the friendly receptionist sent a maintenance man within 30 mins who fixed it. The food is delicious — lots of choice and the restaurant staff always come over to check the meals are okay and they will go and get our drinks for us and quickly remove any empty plates. The large pools are clean, and our own pool is clean. The pool maintenance twam came in today to fix the pool bubbles in the pool and changed the pool filters. The bar staff are really friendly — they also play the football in the beach bar and the staff celebrate with the football fans, regardless of the team. There is one particular barman who speaks great English and has a great sense of humour. The bar also has live singers to keep everyone entertained. At Atlantica so white, the staff are always going out their way to ensure guests have a wonderful day. The reception staff are amazing. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely man who saw us getting off the bus after our flight, and immediately took our suitcases and took them to reception.

I hope this review will help with the choice of hotel, not to spoil the rest and after arriving in Cyprus, did not seem that the money was wasted! This hotel we chose, as well as many of the beautiful pictures and reviews, as a tour operator, which we picked up the tour, and the positive reviews, sorry that the negative reviews we found later, after having bought vouchers a day before departure… We rested from 25-30 may 2018 on the all inclusive system. About the hotel in general, I can say that it is a 2 star, but not like 5, as in service, cleaning and food quality! I will start with housekeeping: washed only floors, in all corners where there were lamps, bins, there and did not think to wash, and why? There apparently think that you can not see… We had a room in bright colors (the curtains were not white at the bottom, and gray, apparently they have not been washed for a long time), so as not to spoil the rest and mood we tried to not pay attention… For 5 days of arriving, we have never changed bed linen, the bed was only refilled, changed towels (for 2 people, was issued two large towels, 1 small, 1 for hands) — apparently they consider this norm for 5 stars.

The room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the food was excellent. From the pluses good grounds, Super Beach and the overall atmosphere and design of the hotel.

Very stylish hotel in white style with large grounds. Nice pool, friendly staff. Direct access to a very clean beach with bright sand. There is a small pool bar and a spacious bar by the beach itself.

Just watched Nick on Thursday night at the beach bar — he was so good! Had such a fun night.

Vacation in 2011! Lovely left the rest) the truth in the evenings was boring, there were no cafes and clubs, and so wanted to hang! Dinner at the hotel is normal, but the drinks are paid, sometimes came the musicians and boring annoying singer!
The sea and the beach is wonderful, but the sunbeds and umbrellas are paid.
The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The rest was good, though not cheap!

The staff is polite, caring, except the maids. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, there are Russian channels, hot water, air conditioner, Wi-Fi, socket adapter, safe, iron, hair dryer. Some rooms have their own private pool. But here cleaned bad sometimes just for the view. Food is tasty. Little Russian.

Bad food, I guess they just trying kill us with that. I called chef to ask him to try the food that he is making but he refused. I asked why they serve food from yesterday evening for lunch, his answer was that they have the storage machine (fridge) and what's actually the question?! (Dump idiot! ) Bad staff, I put 0 for the housekeeping as these bustards never cleaned properly. When we arrived, we arrived in a dirty room, which was changed for another dirty room. The best thing they can do is to shut down this madhouse. Guests should be paid for staying here! Don't be idiots! This hotel — NEVER!

Bad food. Bad service. No entertainment. Good pool. Pay extra for beach.

The most awful hotel I've ever seen anywhere. Overbooked in high season, dirty rooms, very simple and not so tasty food, old and dirty chairs by the pool, old untidy towels, always changing staff. And bloody high price. Design is cool, when it was new, and it looks very fine on the pictures. You can come here if you want to waste money and screw up holiday.

Amazing hotel and service! The staff couldn't do enough for us. The Guest relations manager Georgia made our anniversary so special and organised lots of surprises for us. We had our wedding there few years ago and was amazing to go back. Can't wait for our next visit! Gorgeous hotel and food xx.

Very Unpleasant experience. I booked a room 3 months in advance for a friend's wedding on July and me along with half of the wedding guest were redistributed to nearby hotels as these guys were unable to accommodate us due to bad management. The environment in the reception was chaotic, the staff who managed the reservations were impolite (others were ok), those unlucky ones who managed to get a room there were disappointed because the rooms were dirty and service was bad.

Room was double booked. Manager was so rude and aggressive. Staff were not welcoming at all. We were left with no where to stay and nobody seemed to care or try and organise an alternative. This did not just happen to out party it happened to a few other people. It is nearly 15 mins away from Ayia Napa. It is definitely not a 5 star resort would struggle for 3 stars if I am honest. Went for a week holiday and because of so nice I ended up in a total of 4 hotels. My strong advice is don't book with these people unless you want nothing but a holiday of hassle!

So White Boutiques was a sensational getaway. The rapport with the staff was superb, and without doubt we are going back there every year. Facilities and food were amazing. after just 1 week we were part of the "So White, So Nice" family. infact I've found a week this summer to take the family away, and so white will be my first choice, everytime.

Excellent apartments hotel… went there with family… very nice experience.
