Horrible Hotel. It is not deserve the 5 stars. We booked pool view with sea side view room and the gave us parking view without any information and they couldnt make a change because they was fully booked. Not enough sunbeds in the pool. Very small parking space, not enough for all customers. Noisy rooms.

Wonderful hotel. Staff very friendly, pleasant and helpful. Adamos made us very welcome on our first evening in the restaurant and was eager to please. The bar staff were just great and happy. Lovely experience.

We took 5 rooms in the hotel and we paid a lot of money and were very disappointed, not recommended!

We had bugs on the bed and we got a baby bag only at 12 pm, the waiters were not nice and received a nice tip from us but do not agree to give plastic cups, ice fee, not recommended! There are better hotels in Nap.

Superb experience! The hotel is really clean and nice, the stuff is extremly kind and friendly, the location is great (next to Pantachou beach and at 10mins walking distance from city centre). Breakfast is amazing with wide variety of food. For me, it would be really hard to find something negative.

My husband and I stayed at the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites five years ago, and returned for another stay last year. We were absolutely blown away by the service and amenities that this hotel had to offer. We had heard good things about this place, and we were very excited to experience the service first hand. I must say, that our expectations were not only met, but we’re far exceeded. When we arrived, the hotel concierge saw to it that we were comfortable and well taken care of. When we arrived at our room, we were taken aback by the beauty of the space, and the attention to detail taken to offer a sense of welcome and comfort. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff was constantly available to meet our needs and offer any extra attention needed to make our stay a pleasant experience. We loved this place so much, that we have decided to return this September. We are sure that our next stay will be just as exquisite as the last, and we are recommending to all our family and friends to take any opportunity to experience this Wonderful Hotel for themselves.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the village on a busy road. Is stocked with very modern furniture and loungers by the pool. Via the road you come to a beautiful bay, the sea is crystal clear, although it is a sandy beach here. The standard rooms are unfortunately very light of hearing and narrow. The much praised food was, in my opinion, often bland and little to barely seasoned. There's a lot more to it than that …

Was many years ago now but the place was super chic, very clean and the staff were great. Little expensive at the time but it does feel more up market.

Very good hotel. The rooms are not very large, but all amenities are available. Everything is very clean.
Throughout the hotel the personam is very frundl and helpful.
The buffets in the morning and in the evening are plentiful, appetizing and fresh.
All in all recommended.

Nicely redecorated rooms with friendly efficient service. Food served is good as well. It's not located on the beach and perhaps it's the only drawback. However it's not a big issue as it's merely few minutes walk for the nearest beach.

Great Hotel I go with my wife for several years, great professionalism friendly and helpful staff, great kitchen and very relaxing environment. Rooms and great cleanliness. It has no direct access to the sea (you have to cross the street) but with the availability around many beaches is not an inconvenience. Important The Hotel is close to downtown but away from the din of the city consequently remains very comfortable.

Bigger hotel but not uncomfortable. Prices within the hotel are M. E. At the upper limit. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are tidy and clean. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Good middle class We stayed at the hotel at the end of February. The hotel was not booked by far, but all offers such as Spa and Fitnissbereich were in operation. The outdoor complex could also be used. We would book the hotel again at any time. Also the rooms were in good condition and large enough. The facilities were also good.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, so walking will have to walk 20 minutes to the center or take a car or other transport. Good breakfast. I recommend to take half board, as the food is very good both at lunch and for dinner. Drinks are paid and not cheap. You can walk to the beach from the hotel pool, because the beach is so so and lying on it may not be very pleasant.

Napa Mermaid Hotel and Suites Simply GREAT! I would highly recommend this hotel for vacation, relaxing holidays in summer but also in winter time! Very warm atmosphere, excellent deco, very clean, awsome suites, cool bar, delicious and richly presentable food, and amazing value for money! One of the best hotels in Cyprus and the best in Ayia Napa by far! We love our stay here every single time we stay here; whether for a weekend or long vaccation! Well done to all the staff and especially management for making our stay always memorable!

Lovely hotel and wonderful location near sculpture park and beautiful headland. Buffet is impressive.

The rooms are okay. Quite sufficient. Man doesn't spend his vacation in the room ☺. The dinner is a bit uneventful every 3 day repetition you can almost tell up on a two small changes. Staff is friendly. The sandy beach is a two minute walk from the road. For the sport divers — at the end of November it is difficult to find a good dive centre here, because it is very quiet and then a holiday. I had 6 nice dives here and then I had to look for a dive center in Larnaca (half an hour by car) and have made 7 dives. Being down to the Zenobia wreck I found the dives in Agia Napa from the reef's better and fishier. Q Divers in Agia Napa and Viking divers at Larnaca I can recommend.

Wow what a find, best place I have stayed in at Ayia Napa it's so clean and food is perfect. But the staff is unbelievable nothing is not any trouble and so friendly worth 10 stars if I could!

It's a great hotel! It meets the price-quality criterion.

It will always be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We upgraded to a suite and the room was spacious with a view. It has a bath and a seperate toilet. Very clean and comfy. Varierty of choices for breakfast and very fulfilling. In terms of location it's perfect. There was always something going on atvthe hotel in terms of entertainment. The pool is clean and not crowded. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Napa mermaid in June and loved it, and although we are staying in paphos this time we decided to visit Ayia nappa for a night. (for a special occasion) we had no hesitation in contacting the Mermaid to book a room. When we arrived we were welcomed back like old friend s, told we had a room upgrade (much to our delight) we spent a lovely afternoon at the pool on returning to our room we found champagne and fruit had been left for us. Can't praise the hotel and staff highly enough. And the breakfast selection is the best I've ever seen, and we've stayed in some 5 star establishments but can't wait to visit here again.!

Great Hotel, staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. All rooms have either side sea or full sea views. A huge selection at the buffet breakfast. Good size pool with plenty of sun loungers. Entertainment every night worth watching. Will definitely go back hopefully next year.

I've stayed here many times — the service is without compare. So, they don't offer all-night room-service … it's the only reason this hotel is not five star rated. Superb and I'll be returning soon.

Excellent, clean facilities that are a 5 minute taxi ride to the city center. Food could have been better, especially breakfast. Most of the staff was really polite and friendly. TIP: avoid the old receptionist (chara) she is really grumpy.

Perfect location to allow you to choose when / if you want the 'buzz' of Ayia Napa centre. Amazing beach across the road. Fab buffet — go half board. Double rooms with sea view or junior suites with sea view are best.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. Quiet, clean, really nice sea views. Location is great: Loads of restaurants and bars only short walk. So close enough to enjoy the nightlife without being surrounded by all the party people :-)

I have just had an amazing Elemis Nurturing Mother to be Massage at the Napa Mermaid spa. As an Elemis therapist myself I can tell you that the treatment was performed perfectly (as to Elemis training standards) with just the right amount of pressure. The brochure does state that the treatment is performed on a bean bag, but don't be put off by the fact that it isn't as in my personal and professional opinion it is a much more comfortable experience on a bed! The spa itself is very comfortable and professional with lovely welcoming staff. I would definitely recommend you visit and treat yourself to a treatment with ones of these highly trained therapist… thank you for a wonderful experience.

Perfect hotel, great sauna (wet and dry) and the staff is friendly.

The service at the counter is very good and friendly. The rooms are too small for a long stay. Every room have a nice view to the sea. The breakfest is not so tasty. The warm food is not fresh. The scrabbel eggs looks like water. Every morning the same food on the buffet. The chedar cheese is orange and the other cheese is from Kraft Food. It is only instand coffee availbale. The buffet in the evening is also. You have every day a new theme, but the food is the same like yesterday. For the price of 25€ you will find in Agia Napa very good tavernas. They offer for 17€ a fresh authentic cyprus meze with 10-12 courses.

Best Hotel in the whole region! If you like children, you're in the wrong place, if you don't, you're in heaven :)

Stayed here 2004 — fabulous. One of the best I've ever stayed in. Entertainment food room staff all top dollar. Not far from town or beach. Would definitively come back.

Good hotel for price/quality. The main contingent of 40 + pairs from Central Europe. Cons-breakfasts, there are gaps among staff, but overall it's worth it.

Very good modern (building come in the years) with absolutely relaxing atmosphere (lounge character) and very friendly staff.
Just a few minutes from the beach away (once via a road, then one is there already). Magnificent view of the pool or lounge area on the sea.
Wi-Fi in the lobby area free of charge (but also a very faint line).
