We are still delighted with this beautiful hotel, the hospitality and amazing food that was offered to us every day. It was not the last time for us!

Very hospitable hotel with a touch of class. Very comfortable and unpretentious place to stay. The spa has been upgraded recently and it is great. The staff are caring and attentive.

We chose to eat at The Deck restaurant this evening to end our holiday in Cyprus. The Italian buffet was truly delicious and the views, service and live music were absolutely perfect. Next time we come to Cyprus, we'll definitely visit again. Highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely evening!

Worst customer service in my life.
I'm staying at the hotel for two days. I parked my car in the hotel parking. After checking out in 18 hours, I noticed a dent in the car. Before the hotel I was at the car wash and everything was fine, after the hotel I parked at home. There's a good chance I might have been hit at the hotel, I'm not 100% sure, but it's possible. And the situation should have been resolved very easily:
— I call the hotel
— they check the cameras
— they call me back with the results and everyone is happy. But the hotel staff have no idea about the customer service and respect for the guests. The situation has turned into a stress.
How it was:
— I called them, they told "we will check the cameras",
— they disappeared for a week,
— I called again, they promised to send a photo where my car was leaving and everything was ok,
— they disappeared again,
— I called again, they told me they can not send a photo.
And maybe the accident didn't happen at the hotel, but how can you trust these people?
— They did not inform me of the status of the investigation.
— They made promises to me and did not keep their word.
— During the conversation the manager interrupted me and lied about how my car was parked. There are some more things about the poor customer service during my stay there. I do not want to waste my time writing this.

Well what can I say about the Alion Beech Hotel they seem to have everything right, the staff are friendly but not in your face, service is fantastic, we even tried out the spa and the staff they couldn't help enough. The Gardens were lovely as we went in March the pool was very cold but the pool area is nicely set out & bar staff are lovely. The hotel manager is very attentive and as my friend was in plaster and she had broken her ankle they had arranged for us to hire a wheelchair and had it delivered to the hotel, so every experience within this hotel was fantastic and the staff I couldn't fault them. Thank you Alion Beach Hotel we will be back. Missing Cyprus already.

The small, 5 star chamber hotel, which has everything, is very conveniently located, the service corresponds to the stardom, the beautiful beach, very good breakfasts. A decent place for a great holiday.

We were advised by my friend, for which I am very grateful to her:) The hotel's convenient location on the first line, the sunbeds are located on the grass, you could choose a place where it is sunny or sunny. Good restaurant on the beach where we always had a tasty and dense dinner:) dishes, as elsewhere of large size:) beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Good room service twice a day. High-quality plumbing in the bathroom and laminate in the room, which is nice to get kicked. In the corridor, however, there were no air conditioning on the floors, there is stuffy and there is a carpet, in my opinion, not very hygienic. Very comfortable elevators. Delicious food at the hotel, we ate at three different restaurants during our stay there. From the refrigerator, however, you can not pull out the drinks that are there, otherwise they will include you in the account, no matter that you were not going to open them, and just pulled out to fit the fruit. A nice Russian-speaking woman at the front desk helped us and sorted out the problem with drinks from the fridge. In the hotel the vast majority of foreigners we were in it 14 nights, the Russians had only three families, which is undoubtedly a big plus:) when you lie on a sun lounger, they carry small compliments-fruits and towels wet to cheer up.

We arrived at hotel to a driveway with weeds leading to a very unwelcoming underground carpark with 2 flights of stairs to reception area with no internal lift to hotel. The reception is very underwhelming and the lady who greeted us was more intent on getting payment upfront than making us feel welcome! Room comfortable but no bedside plugs and alof of mosquitoes. On the positives… Views and garden area towards the beach is stunning and breakfast very good. Lady at reception on our last day was lovely and wish I'd got her name. Bell system at pool great if you could be left alone to use this and not be pestered to order something! Be aware spa steamroom and jacuzzi is not free and sauna is only free of charge after 3.30pm… not a 5 star hotel… rip off!

Stayed in this hotel 3 nights, can confidently recommend for a great stay! The rooms are great, the beach is gorgeous. A welcome compliment for all hotel guests.

The hotel is first cream! The rooms are above average for Cypriot conditions. The room service is prompt, thorough and friendly, as well as the entire staff. The breakfast (and the dinner only) is the pure dream and the general facilities in the hotel and the location of the hotels make the holiday perfect. It is to be emphasized that the beach is not so overloaded compared to Nissi beach and it is generally more quiet. Who wants to Ballermannverhältnisse directly at the hotel should switch to Nissi beach.

Nice location on the beach and only walking distance to the sea caves. And near water activities and 10 min walk to the town (along the beach). Room furniture needs improvements. Breakfast good quality of food and nice sitting area. Drinking Water is NOT FREE.

This Hôtel is really great value for money. Great location, really nice beach, great setting and attention to details. We liked our food at the breakfast and dinner and room was spacious enough. Really friendly staff.

The last afternoon I went to the hotel's hair stylist, young and talented professional Lampros and I had a very good Olaplex — treatment for my beach-dry hair. Excellent, thank you Lampros!

It's all right. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, very good breakfast and dinner. We stayed in the pre-season in mid-March. Hotel was already well booked but not yet overflowing. Intl. Guests, including many German guests from ca. Mid 50. Were (unfortunately) only a few days here. Would return at any time.

This is an amazing hotel the staff could not do more for you, the food is great and the view of the sea is calming and restful. I highly recommend coming!

One of the best Hotel experiences I have ever had, lovely staff and really amazing place tonstay in Cyprus.

The island of Peace is a reminders of the universal Madness in Aya Napa.

This hotel is extraordinary by all means — be it nicely set-up rooms (comfortable bed, nice new furniture, fully renovated bathroom and smart "Do not disturb" panel) with incredible view to the sea shore, or well organized territory with numbered sun beds standing at soft green grass, or fabulous breakfasts, but above all — perfect staff that will make your stay truly unforgettable! The only minor thing is that breakfast room is somewhat small for a period when weather is not nice enough to have breakfast outside. Highly recommend this hotel for a nice relaxing vacation!

The most exemplary star hotel is all that is necessary for wholesome recreation and healing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The hotel is so comfortable, it is not necessary to leave unless you go on a tour. This hotel is very relaxing.

Excellent small hotel very close to the beach. Friendly atmosphere. Every room has own reserved umbrella and sun bends. Sun beds are located on grass lawn among palms. The hotel's restaurant serves excellent food. The town is within walking distance away.

This hotel is its reputation, great ambience, a short way to the beach and the city centre is only 15 minutes walk
While only wish that some visitors had little mer respect of other property.
At the bar, I recommend a cozy Calvados.

Already for the second time, we are in very good hands at the Alion. It is true everything if you are not a child. For children there are children fairer hotels. The clientele is mostly 50 years old, many Germans, Swiss, Austrians and Engläder are to be found. Many guests come twice a year, very many are regulars. Rooms with sea view are preferable because they provide a fantastic view over the sea. Half-board is plentiful and varied. Prices, beosnders at the pool bar, absolute in the context.
