Best Hotel I have visited in cy so far. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The swimming pools are clean and very nice. Snack pool bar serves excellent tasty food. Room with jacuzzi is very spacious and the jacuzzi is amazing. Hotel and room are very clean and adhere to all covid protocols. Highly recommended!

Just home from this lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly, the food is fabulous, nice comfortable beds the pools are great your right on the beach, absolutely loved it.

Beautiful hotel right on the beach, the pool was lush and they staff were friendly. The food was great so much on offer. Couldn’t have chosen a nicer place to have our first family holiday.

Great hotel, excellent location and facilities.

We spent 11 nights at Melissi Beach Hotel. We were on the third floor with a partial sea view which was actually a really good sea view. The room was nice the bed was comfortable, we slept like logs every night, the shower is a lovely rain shower.
The pools are lovely and the beach is just beautiful with white soft sand and often fun waves crashing in.
The food was good, not as much choice as we have had before but what was there was good.
The entertainment at night was just too boring and old fashioned for us. Mostly an artist singing and playing an instrument but often quite old songs. We were not impressed.
The bar staff are friendly especially Yannis and Nikos and some of the waiters at dinner.

This has very friendly staff all round. Good food cooked fresh to order at pool bar. Pools very clean. Lots of space and entertainment staff on hand.

Lovely clean hotel, very friendly & helpful staff, amazing food & great place for families and couples, quiet location but close enough to the nightlife for those that want it.

Good location. Good hotel. Too many miserable Russians, and two members of reception were rude to me on multiple occasions and attempted to belittle my partner by patronising her. Not really ideal when you're trying to enjoy a holiday.

It's cozy, the weather's good. Service, food, drinks — all pleases. I don't want to pay attention to the cons! The institution is not a luxury, so do not show off, and you just need to enjoy the rest)

We didnt stay at the hotel, just went to Melissi beach. It was alright there are muuuuch nicer beaches in Cyprus.

One of the best hotels in Cyprus (in my opinion), come to Cyprus once 20th, were in different hotels, in different cities, but aya-napa and this hotel are the best places to stay.
To the city center 10 min walk, the beach is chic, the kitchen is just divine, the staff is above all praise!
Be sure to come again!

The beach in front of the hotel is beautiful. Not sure about the hotel. Seems like it’s full of Russians. Which is not my favourite! I think even the people working at the hotel are Russians! But the beach in front of it is magical! I think this island would have done much better without any Russians (especially without ‘cheap’ Russians)

We had a very bad experience in that hotel, we got their and the said that we don’t have a room available they booked us in a different hotel. Then we came back the next day we asked for 2 keys for the room they refused they said only one key they don’t want us to leave the air condition on they just want you to come in your room and stay in 45 degrees for an hour before it gets acceptable. The service was very rude. Very bad attitude they really show you that all they want is your money. We asked for extra towels we waited one hour after 3 calls. We gave the Laundry they gave it back to us 4 days later. And the worth this is when you want to talk to the manager they refuse. Briefly horrible experience horrible service I don’t recommend don’t waste your money.

Nice hotel, new renovation rooms, free Wi-Fi, safe box, air conditioners work perfectly! All staff really friendly and helpful.

Very nicely designed hotel with all imaginable extras. These include spacious rooms, two private restaurants and evening entertainment. Children are welcome here as well as older people.

Location The location is excellent and the hotel is very close to the airport. Good food. The hotel is aimed at Russian tourists. Besides the Russians, there are many Germans.

The hotel is nice and not much. Something is not pleasant and something great. But the staff tries. 4 stars is warranted but not more.

Great hotel. Can claim and 5 ☆. The food is above all praise. Every day the chefs surprise with new dishes. The rooms are spacious with modern design. The location and beach is one of the best on the island. I want to come back here.

Very Good hotel for couples with children! The BUFFET is super! The Entrance to the water is sloping. Close to shops, restaurants.

Great Hotel. Booked by ourselves directly through the hotel website. The room was clean and the breakfast was very nice. Very suitable for families with children. The Restaurant has a lot of highchairs, there is a playground with slides, children's animation. The Sea is flat, near the coast a little pebbles, and further sandy. Good Food in the restaurant, both for children and for adults. Speaking staff.

Great hotel, very pleased with the staff, all friendly and welcoming, always say Hello and smile. Large pool, large balcony in rooms with comfortable clothes dryers.

Nice hotel. The food is tasty, buffet. There are rooms in 2 storey building with 2 rooms and 2 beds. With a stove and a terrace. Convenient for families with children. If the children are young, it is better to take on the 2nd floor, because on the first terrace of the unrestricted and the child can easily escape.

Food was all with feta and a lot of Russians. Water in the pool very cold. Would no longer go there. What a pity.

Best place on planet earth! Staff are extremely thoughtful and kind and it's right by the beach it's magical.

OK you have to pay for using the fridge (to put your own drinks in) and the safe. That irritating, but I guess these guys have cracked the tourist trade. I was not a fan of the buffet-only arrangement. The guys at breakfast looked bored, like they didn't want to be there or help you, but were never actually rude. Except for that it was literally what you'd expect a four star to be — but only just! Cocktail bar guys and reception ladies were brilliant, loved them!

This is a great hotel with good facilities. The outdoor pool is great for adults and children, the beach is a stone throw away. The all inclusive food is fantastic. The best food I have experienced in an all inclusive package. Friendly staff and a modern hotel. If you book and stay here you will not be disappointed.

A really great hotel, the rooms are nicely furnished and very clean-a room with sea views is highly recommended.  
Adapters for the sockets are available a few meters next to the hotel for 2 €/.
The pool complex is sufficiently large, its own children's pool and playground; But there is also an adult section including a pool bar-the cocktails there are top! A few meters further you are already on the sandy beach-the water here is crystal clear, at first the entrance is a bit rocky, but then you are on fine sand.
The staff throughout the hotel are very friendly, but speak mainly Greek, English and-but the German language is also sufficiently proficient (if your own English skills are a little rusted in).  
The food in the main restaurant is varied and qualitatively really good, as an All Inclusive guest you can always visit the Italian or the Greek restaurant-here, of course, the food also tastes good, but you are always in the choice of food A little more limited than at the buffet in the main restaurant.
Evening program is available daily; If you are not currently part live, you can follow the respective program at least acoustically in the room (with sea views) — of course only if you want to and leave the balcony door open.
There are within walking distance of the town, where there are both shopping and eateries galore-whether you are hungry, thirsty or in the mood for a party. Especially the Hard Rock Cafe we can highly recommend.

We spent a very nice vacation here at the Melissi Beach Hotel in Ayia Napa in July 2017! Everything is perfect! Very good food! Throughout the hotel and even room always tip top clean! A beautiful pool complex! Staff always friendly! Super beach! We would go on holiday here right away!

Location Very friendly staff. Great food. Nice room with a view from the window. The sea is 50 meters from the wooden flooring. The sea is clean and warm.

I have been in this Hotel 3 times and it's a great place to spend your vacation. The accomodations have been renovated and are now modern. The Restaurants are top Quality as is the new Poolarea. With the sandbeach just 30 meters in front of the Hotel you have acces to one of the nicest Sandbeaches of Ayia Napa.

Rested from 3 to 17 may 2016. Had problems with check in (was bought room with side sea view, we were given a room overlooking the Parking lot). The receptionist named Natalia (rare boorish) tried to prove that this is our room category. The trial lasted five hours, the question helped to solve the guide, who said that we have paid a completely different room. Was given a room with direct sea view, but next day moved to another (lateral view). Of course the mood was spoiled, especially since we were small children who were tired from the flight and spent the whole day at the reception. And the next day instead of resting I had to transfer all things from one room to another. Plus of this hotel is the beach, probably the best on this coast. Food is not bad, certainly not like in Turkey, but not stay hungry. In General, it would have been great if we were not ruffled nerves with check-in. What someone we haven't met, we all had one and the same song (not populated in the paid room). It is unclear how a hotel sells rooms. In General, this year we should go to your favorite Turkey with children. If not this could become regular visitors of this hotel.

Very clean and contemporary. Rooms large with walk in shower and large balcony. Breakfast very good, not as much choice as some nearby hotels but perfectly adequate. Pool bars very good. Evening bar service a little slow but just order yourself at the bar if you've been waiting for the waitress for a while. All staff very polite and friendly. Always plenty of loungers from mid afternoon although you need to get up and reserve one before breakfast for the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, very sredne′kij and not very clean.
Fed is acceptable but monotonous.
Staff not very friendly and didn't oversees security.

Good rooms. Took a simple inland view, but did not spare, spacious room.

Breakfast was awful, rooms were great, service is nice, cleaning was nice.

I spent already 4. My holiday in this Hotel. The resort is situated on a very nice place, not too far from the centre. To foot in about 15 minutes. The price-performance ratio is in order. The staff is friendly and extremely eager. The food is very good. However, there are in this Hotel no free Wi-Fi is now in almost every restaurant offered free of charge. The costs are not reasonable and the connection is bad. Should this be fixed, can it 5 stars. By and Large, it is a very nice Hotel with a cozy atmosphere and I will be back for sure to travel.

Stayed September 2014 with the child (2.5 years). Most like the sea. It was very warm and the gently sloping Bank. Everything else in General is also good. There is a kids club and a Playground. Vacation experience a positive one.

Very good hotel! Near the beach (sun beds and umbrella extra charge), very nice pool! Meal — excellent and varied buffet. If you are all inclusive, hotel cocktails will make you happy. The staff is very nice and accommodating (French language quite rare, as in the entire city).
The hotel is also near a diving centre and is 10 minutes from the city centre, where the day begins the night :-)

The hotel was excellent. Very clean, comfortable. Disadvantages no, unless the dinner quite simple, it is not much of a choice. To the centre on foot for about ten minutes. So on the one hand quiet enough, and on the other, if you want to go somewhere, then everything is close and cafes, and clubs, and the Park.
