We just spent two weeks here for the second time. Friendly and welcoming staff and helpful, no issues with our stay. Very clean and tidy hotel, with a Water Park, would definitely visit again.

Kids enjoyed Waterpark very much! Rooms well furnished and clean. Not very happy with buffet and drinks were mixed with water, staff not organized. We order drinks and still waiting. Also I was not happy when they told me to pay pool towels usually theseare refunded when you return them.

We’ve just come back from a brilliant last min weekend away. We can’t praise the lifeguards enough at the splash park, watching the children and getting in the water to help them. We felt our children were extremely safe. Thank you. The food was lovely and beautiful big family room. The entertainment was fab… especially my husband being called up to join in two nights in a row lol. Thank you we will definitely be back.

Child friendly hotel, staff are friendly and helpful.
Splash park is a hit with the kids and it’s really comfortable to have it all on one ground with two bars for refreshments.
Food was really good, variety of it during each meal.
Beach is nearby and it is a lovely little beach.
The hotel is clean and tidy throughout, room was spacious and modern.
It’s a hotel I would love to come back to in the future with the family.

Brilliant hotel, the rooms were clean and modern and the staff were fantastic. The food was good and the all inclusive drinks didn’t disappoint. The location is a 15 minute walk out of the main strip and about 2 minutes from the beach. I will definitely go back!

Gorgeous hotel with great pools and lovely food. The splashworld is just enough for the children. Friendly and helpful staff.

One of the best hotel around.

We had the most amazing time and really didn’t want to come home, we had tears from the children too! Water park and pools were amazing! Close to lots of beautiful beach’s and town, the staff were lovely and so happy and helpful, also great with children! Nothing was ever a bother to them! Cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding! So clean! The food was brilliant and couldn’t fault it, room was cleaned everyday with fresh bedding and towels every 3 days, The children’s entertainment man was incredible and we have a new family friend! Only downer is we went October time so there wasn’t an awful lot of evening entertainment when there was it was great fun! but it didn’t worry us as there was lots to see and do outside the hotel and we had family games to do and a play park! We will definitely be back, thank you all so much again for making our honeymoon and first family holiday abroad one we will never forget we miss you… till next time xxx.

Not long came back from our holiday here. First impressions were amazing, photos in the brochures didn’t do it justice!
Really happy with the cleanliness of both the buildings and pool areas.
Staff were very friendly all round.
The kids entertainment was great and my two (6yrs & 4yrs) really enjoyed themselves!
A little improvement could be made for the evening entertainment after the kids disco but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed it! Booking for a return visit next year!

We leave tomorrow and we are gutted! what a fantastic hotel this is. The hotel is so clean thanks to the amazing cleaning team who are so helpful and friendly! The food has been fab with some thing new every day. There is a great selection of all-inclusive drinks and snacks! the pool area is lovely and the added water park is great for the kids (and adults! ) The rooms are modern and light with a lovely balcony area and the beds are comfy and spacious. The hotel is 10mins from the centre or a short bus ride taking the bus from the bus stops outside the hotel. The closest beach is lovely and there are plenty of water sports a available also boat rides from the harbour. The only downside is the tiles around the pool are so slippery when they are wet and my girls have slipped a couple of times luckily not hurting themselves but they could of quite easily! All in all this is a fab hotel and we would definitely book again. We have had a fab time thank you Tofinis!

Excellent family friendly hotel. The on site water park is a fantastic alternative to the swimming pool which myself and children enjoyed immensely. Food is gorgeous and lots of options to be had. The staff are always on hand with a smile and advice on any questions you may have. Our rep Holly was also fantastic and always available to help with any queries also. We enjoyed it that much we have just booked up to come back again next July. We can not wait!

Worst Family Holiday Ever! just back after a week stay here and so much went on, I dont even know where to start but for sure I will never go here again, reception staff were rude and unhelpful with bad attitudes, management were a complete joke, all my children have been injured in the children's pools due to broken and missing tiles, aswell as metal grid on pool floor of the lazy river was like a cheese grater, my youngest now has severe infection in his foot.

Third year in a row we have been to Tofinis. Gets better every year. Food is excellent. Staff very friendly and attentive. Clean rooms and lovely housekeeping staff. One small gripe was the decision to turn the lazy river into a swimming pool.

It’s our last day today. Really sad to be leaving. This hotel is fabulous. Staff are very friendly from the reception team, bar staff, cleaners and even the air con guy, all super nice. Food was fantastic. Couldn’t fault it in any way. Plenty of choice at every mealtime and endless supply. Different choices each day. Room was lovely, beds made daily and all super clean. Even the public toilets around the pool were spotless. This hotel is fabulous. Great location too, far enough away from the buzzing bars of Ayia Napa but close enough to walk or taxi ride if you want to. Lovely beaches just 5/10 minute walk away at the bottom of the hill. Great family orientated hotel. Staff very friendly and will happily go out of their way to help with anything.

Great hotel for quite reasonable money. The second coastline, but to the sea close, nearby is the famous Bridge of lovers. The hotel has a shop, it has everything, and cheaper than in the center of Ayia Napa. The rooms are very spacious and clean, large balconies. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners are quite plentiful, for every taste. The only thing is the hotel is family run so all activity stops at 12 nights.

Nice hotel. Not 4* but working on it. Most annoying is the drink process in the restaurants… you have to wait for one of 2 or 3 waiters to take your order. He puts the ticket he wrote in a glass which will be collected by a more lowly waiter who will take it to the bar for the barstaff to pour. Then the drinks are bought back to you eventually. Can take a good 15mins sometimes. Good clean rooms, mostly friendly helpful staff. Bit of a walk to aiya napa but the buses run from right outside the hotel and a ticket is nice and cheap. A good holiday.

It's just heaven. The food is very tasty and varied. Clean rooms. The beach is the cleanest.

This place is absolutely brilliant for families & kids. With a beautiful swimming pool & its own water park, tennis court, & park for the kids. Live entertainment every night. Kids disco, kids club, gym, indoor swimming pool, spa, sauna, we would definitely come back here 100% thankyou tofinis hotel the staff was brilliant & very helpful.

Great 4 star hotel in 5 min walk from the sandy beach Maistralli Beach The hotel is located on a hill, thanks to which even with reception offers a chic view of the sea from the entrance, and from the side of the restaurant under the open non-bomb hotel its water park.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Two times were in autumn, everything was perfect. But here came in May… From the best of intentions apparently, we were allocated away from hyperactive Englishmen (the conclusion is made by me after revocation of having a rest with us at the same time). This room overlooks the sea. And just under our balcony the road to the Gorochku. It's like everybody's getting in the mountain! Buses stop for boarding and disembarkation of tourists from the account how many times, and in two steps the bus station. Providing service one, rest spoil others. In the room as in the car service-noise and smrad fuel. Having bypassed the hotel around, you realize that the silence to take place nowhere. It is surrounded by a swimming pool, water park, road and installed compressors. In the fall, the rest is better, more sedate than that. And the hotel experience is better.

Really good hotel. All newly refurbished excellent rooms. All mod cons. Loads ov pools, plenty ov slides. Excellent food. A proper family hotel thou. If your looking for a crazy time without kids not for u.

The location is excellent. Expensive speaking staff. I recommend for a quiet family holiday, a holiday with children.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got rooms with a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. The Food is very tasty, although the choice is not huge. The Staff is great, sociable. However, having arrived here in 2017, we were disappointed in this hotel.

Great hoilday. Great facilities for kids with the water park. Good night time entertainment. Food got boring and repeative and wasn't the best in my opinion. But others a was with thought food was ok.

A good hotel on a solid 4-th. He was in it from October 7 to October 14. The staff are polite. We cleaned every day. Towels change too every day. There is a water park and a spa. To the sea for 5 minutes without hurrying. What did not like — the absolute lack of greenery in the territory, paid beach towels and adapters for sockets. Well, the trouble of the Greeks is the lack of drinks at dinner, or rather they are, but for the dope. The money.

Staff are extremely polite and helpful. Hotel is gorgeous and clean. Perfect location too.

Nice place. The aqua park is small but perfect for the hotel guest.

It is pretty nice here. The food is good, there is a water park which love! but the only thing that wasn't too good was that the room could be cleaned better. Here are some pictures of the view and the water park.

Fantastic hotel, the food was great and certainly no problem with any slow service, the staff were very helpful and it got a phenomenal view from the back. It also got a mini waterpark which would be great to bring family and children here on this vacation. I would certainly recommend coming to this hotel.

Great hotel (we are — still! — staying in appartment at the back of amazing Splash World). Fabulous Mexican Day at restaurant, great water park. No. 1 place to stay with family, with kids.

Far exceeded expectations. Fantastic hotel with great facilities. Staff are all excellent and service is second to none. Plenty of bars, food and entertainment. There's a kids club, 2 pools (1 inside with Jacuzzi, 1 outside) a water park, spa and hair salon, shops on site and a laundry room. Rooms are clean with spectacular views over the bay of ayia Napa and most importantly of all, air conditioned.

Great hotel for holidays. Perfect waterworld. Close to beautiful beach. Good food. Clean rooms. No entertainment for kids, entertainment for adults very poor quality.

Great hotel and location and situation. The rooms are clean and well-designed everything. Breakfast and dinner excellent, the variety on the menu and very tasty, and it's not just my personal opinion. The staff is polite!

Nice hotel, right outside the gate there are buses to Protaras (but it is better to take quads, buggy or car) is AI, the 2nd line, but go far.
