My best holiday ever. Nice hotel in nice place. Lovely beaches around and I felt like in paradise. Great selection of food on the buffet and nice drinks in the area. So friendly and hardworking employees. Would visit again.

All inclusive resort with better than average food. About 20 years old now, buildings are looking a bit tired. About half the resort is still closed due to damage from Hurricane Irma.

Excellent hotel. Very good price-quality relation. Very good available on the beach. By having 2 distinct beaches have a variety that I have not seen in other hotels of cayo. Very good Buffet. Very friendly staff.

We had great time! Piece of paradise We had a fantastic holiday here! Great room in the lagoon area. Quiet. Loads of activities. Good food and good cocktails! Cuban rum at its best! The staff was very helpful. The location was very safe! The beach was maintained well. I really recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved this resort. The resort itself is beautiful, the food was great, all the staff was exceptional. Lots of fun extra activities to do, but also can have a great time just staying on the resort. Also has a beautiful beach! We will definitely be returning next time we can take a vacation.

Beautiful place, spacious rooms, nice and very clean. The attention, as in all Cuba, is not the best for Argentines. It highlights the animation team they have, they are the best. And valets like Riley, who made us feel very well taken care of.

We were still in front of the hurricane. It was beautiful. The sea (in the evening dolphins! ), the cocktails. Wonderfully quiet because only adults.
The food and service in the lobby were also top — good course when changing money.
Room service partly not so good. Animators extremely intrusive.
Thicker minus point were unbearable many mosquitoes after a rainy night. They were everywhere (lagoon) and very aggressive.
People with poison blowers (looked like converted leaf blowers ^^) ran through the hotel complex and planes sprayed the poison over the beach and lagoon.

Loved it here, but only giving 3.5*. It's not their fault the hurricane happened. I've just returned home, they are only functioning at 25% ish. Don't get me wrong, it was nice. Wish I had seen the place pre hurricane. O well. But please do visit despite my review maybe sounding negative. Staff and accommodation very good. Meals great. Help the area out and visit.

My wife and I went here on our honeymoon back in 2011 after a short stay in Havana. The hotel is great and we had a very relaxing holiday here. The Staff were just amazing (Cuban people are just so friendly and accommodating). One thing I loved about this resort is that it was adult only so was really peaceful, if that's what you're looking for. For the most part, the food was very good but could be somewhat basic at times. I'm guessing this was to do with the embargo and only being able to use home-grown ingredients, not sure. Certainly not a complaint, though. The entertainment was just as you would expect from a resort, with singers, acts, pianists etc. The rooms were spotless and cleaned regularly. I'm not sure if it's still the case, but we were also able to use the facilities of the hotel next door, which included a more lively pool, a disco at night and also some stalls selling souvenir type gifts. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat!

Great staff thank goodness. A puddle for a swimming pool. El charco Mediocre food at best. Not that much to do. Blue Diving staff were good but weather reduced the number of dives.

I've been there 3 times. I love this resort. The beach is awesome. The food is actually good as are the drinks. Generally the staff is friendly. The fact that it's adults only and that it's a small resort makes it very relaxing. The rooms are cleaned daily. My only negative is that the service at the lobby bar is iffy. Sometimes the service is great but there were numerous times I sat there over an hour without any service despite the fact that I always tip. But i'll be back!

This place has got paradise beaches nice and friendly staff but the food in the hotel is not world wide five star more like three star plus.

Beautiful older resort amazing food, small so they are attentive to your needs. Really recommend it.

I haven't actually stayed here but visited while on a dicing excursion… It is adult only and the facilities look top notch. I will be staying here on my next trip to cuba for sure.

Great spot. Very pretty. The bed are a little rough though and need to be upgraded. Overall, great food, service, and views. I would go back if considering Cuba again in the future.

Most amazing honeymoon ever! Thanks so much for providing the best service I have ever had in a hotel. I have never been to Cuba before this and definitely coming back. It was so gorgeous and yes it's def 5 star resort.

In Short But true. Cleanliness and rooms decisamentr OK. Huge resort full of Canadians who drink rum and mojitos from morning to evening. Bad food. Nice beach But the sea looks like the Lunigiana. At one hour by bus there is the magnificent Playa Pilar, closer to Cayo Guillermo… go there.

Food was fabulous, vacation was relaxing, people were friendly and helpful.

It's like my second home. Personal very welcoming, 2 beaches (when one is less beautiful, the other is beautiful and vice versa). Year after year I go back and every time I discover this place has friends, they are charmed.
