Terrible food and food options/ variety. Beverage options were lacking Terrible pool towels. Rooms in disrepair Totally disregard for security by hotel staff/management even when we had a serious security breach in our room.

The staff at this resort made our trip the best. They were so friendly and helpful. I was very impressed with how they handled everything with covid also. I felt totally safe at this resort! The food in the buffets and restaurants were amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Only complaint I have is that it was too short! Loved the Pullman 🇨🇺❤

After two years without travelling, we are not very well received!

Pullman is AMAZING. We were booked from Dec 21st 2020 until Dec 28th 2020 but we decided to extend twice til Jan 11th 2021 because of the magnificent resort but mostly because of the staff. The food at the resort is very good. The buffets are very diverse and you can always find something tasty to eat. We tried the International and Japanese a la carte restaurant and both of them were incredible For Christmas and New Year, the buffet was AMAZING! Unlimited lobster, smoked salmon, shrimps! I have some special thank you to give to some of the staff that made our vacation very special and dear to our heart. At the beach bar and grill, Wilber, Danny and Raoul, you guys were totally amazing and we are very blessed to call you family. At the buffet, special thank you to Delmis who went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed. Osmel and Yuni were amazing as well. We were so well served that we always went back to the buffet instead of going to the a la carte Bar staff : Very special thank you to Abel, Ricardo and Yosvany!

The welcome of Cubans always as friendly and without reproach! All the staff be it customer service, maids, catering service, entertainment, Bar staff, Gardener, Pullman Cayo Coco staff simply the best!

Just got back from the best week at Pullman with our 10month old. All the staff work hard to keep the resort clean and running well. Beaches and pools were great — loved that we didn't have to rush to the pool in the morning to ensure we got a chair. Though it was our first time in Cuba and can't compare, the food was perfectly fine. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options, snack bar for lunch was our go-to, and a la cartes were more than ok — especially the French! will def be back.

The pristine beach, beautiful sparkling clean pools, fantastic cocktails, great shows and entertainment… and lovely staff.
We attended a beautiful wedding that was executed with great detail and professional fun service.

Love it full of food great people! Lots of entertainment and so on! A must go for Cuba.

My son and I had an awesome holiday here. It was recommended by my sons boss. The pool area is clean, beach is awesome! Waiters and waitresses were so friendly. The only think I disliked was leaving after 7 days! Lol
Hope to be back in a few weeks/months.

We just came back with our 3 year old and it was a good trip! it was a nice slightly more modern resort overlooking the beach, the staff was helpful and friendly, the food at the buffet had good variety but wasn't 5 star or gourmet, at least we didn't get sick. There wasn't that much for kids, the kids club was outdated and dirty with very few activities during the day, no water slides or parks or pool toys, just 1 shallow pool that was cloudy with no shade. The mini disco was at 8:30 pm which is late. The japanese restaurant was the best however the resort is very understaffed, the snack bar always had lineups and the buffet pasta line was long, I never got it! The guests from Montreal were rude and would shove their plates in front of you to the chef! The rooms were clean but not sound proof so we heard music until late n people in halls, not great if you have kids. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days, probably cuz we went back at 3pm, but they should be cleaned in the morning. The beach chairs were always 'reserved' with towels which was annoying, Watch out for sand fleas, sooo itchy! Overall it was a good vacation with the hot weather and beach but don't have really high expectations.

Customer service is not good at all. Beautiful beach and pool, beautiful rooms but the service is awful.

The only think I dirent like that the check out is at 12:00 and we where leaving at 6:00 from the hotel
And they charge 10 Pesos a hour to stay in the room the resort is beautiful clean and the food was good to and the people.

We just git back from 7 days of amazing service at the pullman… special thank you cancrejo at the theatre bar… judith with the animation staff. Everyone wad so friendly theaff food great ebtertainment with amazing beaches.

Hotel is nice, staff amazing, guest very rude & obnoxious, never been to a hotel in my life with worse guest, we stayed here for 2 weeks over christmas & new year, first there was no bread on the island not a problem as far as I was concerned, till the flour arrived & the bread was back on, my god it was like something from Ethiopia people grabbing whole loaves & taking them back to there table would use a small piece of it then walk out & leave it, the Christmas Eve gala was like Black Friday rush, we walked out after our starters as the queueing was ridiculous & people taking enough food to feed a family of 4 for a week then not even eating it just leaving it on the table then walking out, the New Year's Eve gala, we opted for 8-30 by the snack bar, we queued up waiting to be seated got to our table, there was a knife & fork each on the table & nothing else, no glasses napkins or spoons, we left it awhile got our starter & asked for wine, after we had our starter the waiter came over with the wine (no glasses) & took our plates I asked for some cutlery he took the used knife & fork off the plates & gave us them back I asked for clean cutlery by which time the restaurant manger came over with wine glasses & asked me what was wrong, I said can we have some clean cutlery to which she just laughed, I said the table wasn't set, she said the last guest left late, I said yes I understand that, alls I want is clean cutlery please, think it will be a few years before I think about

The best of Cayo Coco… the guys from The marine point are very friendly and ready to entertain you. Ask Aisel.

The staff is amazingly friendly. If you want a show by the beach go see Wilbur, he's a better bartender then Tom Cruise in Cocktail ;). And at the Cabaret the crew there have hearts of gold. Miss them all so much.

Hello we just got back from Pullman Cayo Coco we were there July 21st to July 28th we absolutely loved the place it's a beautiful resort on a stunning beach, the restaurants are better than the buffet the people are great especially the towel guy at the pool Richard very helpful very polite very very nice, the only thing that needs improvement quickly is the pool maintenance meaning the cleaning of the pools especially the infinity pool with the bar I found to be very dirty, the water and the walls as well as the coffee machine and coffee area in the room was full of tiny little ants coffee machines never cleaned, overall we loved it enough that we would for sure go back and hope that the improvements are made!

We've had the chance to stay in this hotel in 2017 just before the hurricane. We spent a week of dreams to this place. Everything was perfect and we ate like kings each day to experience Cuban. I highly recommend it!

Ive just got back from a 2 week stay and must say its a great hotel with really good caring and friendly staff. The food in the buffet is good with plenty of choice, in fact possibly too much choice. This makes selecting a meal a little difficult. This said there is also a variety of restaurants to book into which are all very good. Food and drinks are also served at the 24hr bar.

We went from June 16-23rd this was our first time staying at the adults only side. However, we have stayed other times at the all ages side and loved it also. We would recommend both places just depends on whether you want quiet adults only or more up beat all ages side. We loved everything about the adults only side, great service, gourmet food, 24 hr food drink service even in your room (we didn't use it) food ranged from fresh grilled fish, beef, chicken and pork, salads, rice burgers fries hot dogs, pasta cooked fresh pizza. We had the option to visit both sides depending on what we felt like eating that day.
The adults only was Quiet, amazing pool-clean and gorgeous ocean and the beach is wide and very long for walking. Clean and quick to respond if you needed something. The live shows were great with variations of live bands, aquatic entertainers, dancers very entertaining.
FYI no issues with voltage I charged my cell and ipad daily.
FYI: on VIP adults side Internet is provided daily 1 hour card per person.
Don't forget long dress pants for the men they won't let you in without them … It's the dress code policy Spa is very nice on a lagoon, had a 50 min massage for a fee of course but was great
The Eco aspect is beautiful butterflies in abundance, colourful lizards, gekos, sea life we saw a star fish, huge conch, needle nose fish, angel fish etc
Beautifil flowers and white sand with crystal clear water.

The good: variety of food and drinks, the beach
The bad: hotel not very clean, plates in the restaurant kind of dirty, pool dirty and slimy, shade was an extremely big problem, the tiles around the pool very very slippery when wet (which is always), the service is very inconsistent: sometimes you get good service, sometimes not. If you don’t tip the bartenders they just ignore you grossly. I went to the pool bar and I didn’t have any cash with me. I ordered 2 drinks and I didn’t tip them. Next they just ignored me. People came after me and they were asking them what they want to drink even if I was standing right there. I didn’t go back to that bar anymore. That’s purely rude. I do tip, but I don’t think I should always have cash with me in the pool. The service should not be conditioned by tipping. This is an all inclusive resort. The price for food and drinks was already paid with the ticket. Tipping is optional and occasional. I shouldn’t be expected to tip for every drink or piece of bread that I have. I tip for good service or for extra work: a fancy drink or for bringing the drinks to my chair or for drinks that require more work to be prepared or if I order many drinks. I don’t tip for having water or juice from tap or a glass of rum. This bad service was an exception. Another bad service was from the pizza guy at the 24h restaurant. We had our 3 yr old son who was hungry.
