Well located hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately the bathrooms in the standard rooms are very small and lack counter space. The rooms themselves are fine.

Short stay but very relaxing.

It was a very well maintained property and located near a few monuments to which we could walk down and it has a nice gym and swimming pool facilities. As well as the food was also great.

Beautiful, centrally located hotel in downtown Zagreb, complete with wellness center and gym. The staff was extremely kind and attentive. We'll be sure to come back!

It is located in a prime location! You have every attraction nearby plus restaurants. The staff was awesome and very responsible. Our room was big and spacious. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

Was actually pretty good… but giving only 4 stars as theres always "rooms for improvement". In all seriousness, got a nice upgrade to a suite during my stay here. Oh boy it was huge! good service too.

Perfect location. Short walk to main areas but far enough not to be in middle of busy spots. Kids playground not far from Hotel. Hotel rooms are spacious. Breakfast is good. The cafe restaurant has quick, quality food. The staff was really the star. Everyone is so nice and looking to make your stay enjoyable. Hotel could use a slight updating but this is a general issue with Sheraton brand not singling out this Hotel. It will be the place we stay when we come back to Zagreb. Highly recommend. Excellent value.

Exceptional service… we booked at short notice to attend the World cup finals. They upgraded us to a suite to accomodate our son who was coming from Australia that day… the front desk, the concierge the restaurant and bar staff all went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.
We have rebooked to stay there following our trip down the coast.

We stayed here for the first time in May. The staff was great. The rooms were clean. However the decore of the rooms and hotel did not feel like a five star hotel (as it is rated). There is self parking available, which is nice. The location is good. A short walk to the center. This would not be my first pick to stay in Zagreb. However if nothing else is available I would not hesitate.

Exceptional service from the front desk to the in room dining to the restaurant and lounge. We used the swimming pool and sauna and both were clean and well set up. A great meal and the suite was immaculate!

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Location is amazing. I haven’t tried the room service or the pool/gym but will definitely try on my next visit. The bathroom was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable. Just a small advice for the AC it might give a weird humid smell.

Over run with tour groups, convention parties, air crew… especially at breakfast. They should stagger the time when groups come down for brekkie as they can get short staffed with tables left uncleaned and food left unreplenished. Beds are comfy and rooms generally small & shower was a trickle rather than rain. Not impressed.

The hotel is a bit dated but rooms are comfortable and spacious. There is no club lounge or happy hour at the bar. No complementary drink coupons or free breakfast to make up for no lounge. This was a bummer as most properties I have stayed at included free breakfast for Platinum members without having to select it as a welcome gift. The hotel is about a 10-15 min walk to most sites in the city. They have the MAGC program. Overall, I would probably still stay here again. I ebjoyed the piano player at the bar.

It is a five-star chain hotel located in the centre of Zagreb, not far from the cultural and educational centers, museums and parks, and the hotel lobby is luxurious and stylish with a casino attached. The hotel is a bit old, but it's still very well maintained.

Check-in took a long time to get a suite, very nice and large, 2 toilets, bath and shower.

Great location to be able to visit every corner of the city. Big rooms cozy. Great services. Available in-house parking. Wellness Centre with sauna and swimming pool.

Renovated rooms. Wifi catastrophic. Too slow at reception. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Located in the city centre, Sheraton Zagreb Hotel is just a stroll away from the main attractions where Zagreb’s history and tradition can be witnessed in museums and galleries, architecture, numerous theatres, lively cafés, and bars. Offering easy access to the city’s main points of interest and close to public transport. Food is just good but not at Sheraton level, slow and confused service for place like this.

This is a five-star hotel in Zagreb, a very good location, located in the city center. There are parking lots in the basement. Business travel is affordable.

Specifically, this is the only negative — the old rooms, like, tolerable, but not for 5 stars — do not want to see rust and shabby furniture.
And everything else is fine! There are a lot of bars and restaurants downstairs.

Here you find what you are expecting from a Sheraton Hotel. If the utilization is not to huge, even the very small breakfast area works. As soon as spring starts the utilization grows immediately, experience from past shows that a normal breakfast then is not possible. Also, the whole logistics and how is organized amplifies that problem. Why does Sheraton not wake up? For long people want a new, modern look, getting rid of the old (or course clean) style. I would prefer modern, light, clean, style. Therefore, I only be your guest, if no other possibilities are around. Sorry guys! But very nice and friendly personal.

The New Year's Eve dinner was very good but the wine was undrinkable.
The room was clean but needed a lot of maintenance.
On the TV the only channel in Italian was Rai1.
From the window you could see a disaster-stricken condo.
There is no bidet in the bathroom.
In the hallways the carpet has holes.

Great but can be better, lack some ultilities such as usb charging, clothes drying areas. Room lack good ventilation, windows can't be opened. Wifi connection alittle effy Food is great. Place is old but we'll maintained. Can improve. Good.

Stayed for 1 night and that was enough. Nice hotel with good rooms, but dinner was grim — a very poor buffet. Breakfast was worse.

I expected more from 5 star hotel. We came at 1 pm but the room was not ready because the check in is from 2 pm so we left our luggage and return 2 hours later. When we come back we had to wait 25 minutes, at the reception because there were only 2 receptionist. When we finally enter to the room the toilet was dirty and we complained, they immediatelly come to clean it. The another day we could not enter in the room because the key card blocked, so this hotel does not deserve 5 stars.

Large venue for conferences. But seats are narrow making it a tight squeeze when listening to speakers. Food is good. Spacious place for private meetings too.

This hotel is FAR from being 5 stars, with old construction and apparent cracks. Anyhow, the service is great. If that was named as 4 star hotel, I would've rated it with 4.

To be honest didn’t use much of the services but was a bit dated. Enjoyed the lovely staff. Nice comfortable bed! Good room! That’s what matters.

The hotel was satisfactory. Check-in took longer than expected and we were given room keys to the wrong room at first. The gym was large and a variety of equipment to use. The room was average but unfortunately, the shower was covered in mold. Would likely choose another hotel for my next stay in Zagreb.

Nice hotel in a fairly central location. Meals (breakfast & dinner) were a nightmare — buffet style, not fast enough replenishing food, not enough seating. Does not deserve a 5* rating, I've had better service in a motorway service area.

Located outside the historic area but only a short walk away. Rooms are well-appointed and clean. Bar is nicely stocked and has a comfortable old-world look to it. Helpful staff.

Its centrally located and for the price, you just can't beat it! All the comfort of a regular Sheraton, but elevated! Our room was quite large, with a very comfortable bed — and the best part was they allowed us to use our Platinum breakfast benefit for room service! What a spot!

Literally best hotel ever! The moment we entered we fell in love with the place. The dinner was great, the room was nice and comfortable and even the breakfast was lovely. The staff was friendly and always there to help at any moments notice. Just impeccable.

It is a good hotel, the rooms are very decent, it is clean and the staff is helpful.
Zagreb city centre is within a 10-minute walk. Next door we find some services.
The pool of the hotel is rather nice, with relatively wide opening times.
However, it lacks charm, the little plus that makes you feel good in the lobby or bar. Here it's pretty cold.
In conclusion, a comfortable hotel with good services, but too neutral to hang you.

Where a warm welcome nice rooms but food is not so good.

I had an extremely positive experience staying athotel. From the moment I entered the hotel I was warmly greeted by the bellman, followed by a nice welcome at the Front Office where my Check-in was prompt, fast and done within several minutes. The food during my stay was extraordinary and the service as well. I would highly reccomend this hotel.
