Central location. Medium but comfortable room. Small bathroom but excellent and nice shower. Breakfast was very good. Nice décor.

3 star hotel. Breakfast selection is large and adequate but tiny dining room. Staff attentive. Comfortable beds, nice but small bathroom.

We have stayed here before. Conveniently located middle class clean hotel. Easy walking access to the Square and most museums.

Good value for money. Structure close to the center, rooms and bathrooms quite small but in line with expectations. Free indoor parking. Clean.

Great location a short walk from the centre, clean and cute hotel. Friendly staff, however breakfast at a cost of 6 euros per person per night disappointed us. For those like me who eat sweet the choice was chocolate croissants or bread and jam… Not everyone eats sausage, eggs or sausages as a first meal. For the rest recommended.

This is an OK hotel. My room faced a very busy and noisy street with streetcars and a heavy traffic at times. Although, some rooms face the court yard. Decent complementary breakfast, beds, showers, and convenient parking.

Wonderful stay for one night. Front desk was helpful and courteous, beds were clean and comfortable, great location. The shower didn't drain very well, but would be my only complaint if any. Would stay here again.

Nicely situated with own parking area. The room floor covering requires renewal, but everything is very clean and the staff is friendly.

Nice staff. Very helpful. The hotel is very centrally located. If you stay there for 4 nights, it is not enough that only the towels are changed in the bathroom and the beds are made. The room cleaning would have been nice too.

The problem of somewhat small rooms, not so great maintenance, and the looks of 1990's is overshadowed by friendliness and hospitality of the staff and employees.

It is too hot in the rooms and the temperature cannot be regulated. Fortunately the windows are not locked.

It is a three star bed and breakfast hotel, in the centre of upper town. The magnificent Cathedral is only a few minutes walk away. The staff are all very friendly and I would recommend this Hotel.

The hotel is unreliable when it comes to bookings without a credit card. It is noted on the booking confirmation that you should report by phone or e-mail the day before and the same day that the room can still be guaranteed. I did both and still I was called 2 hours before arrival and told they had no room free. The replacement hotel was quite ok and the staff very friendly, but nevertheless it is unpleasant to drive through Zagreb at 9 p. M. To find the replacement hotel. Apart from when I got there, the reception didn't know about it. They had only received a room booking on my name by email. Maybe the hotel with a credit card is more reliable but still the behavior is not okay. Nor was another email from me responded to. It is a great pity! I don't necessarily want to recommend it to others.

Very nice 3 star central hotel. Fair. Clean. Good option.

We were called in the afternoon before arrival, that our room, which was booked months before, is not available. Instead we had to go to another hotel which was old fashioned and outside the city center. We can't recommend the hotel, due to the strange way they are treating their guests.

Central location, minutes from the cathedral. Very friendly staff. Sober room. Modern bathroom. Good breakfast. Very good price. Very good 3 star. The elevator goes up to the 5th floor. … at 6 you go walking and the Wi-Fi does not take.

Rooms are great, tv, power outlets, Wi-Fi. Bathroom is nice and everything is clean. A mini fridge would greatly help. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast could use some more variety but there is no real complaint.

The hotel is near downtown Zagreb. And that's the primary plus. Near the city market. A lot of places that work late.
With regard to residence, a small double local number for 74 euros with unworked air-conditioning and a toilet extract is expensive.
Parking in the courtyard of the hotel. We were lucky to have an empty space. When ordering a number, I indicated that I would be in the car, but I did not receive confirmation from the hotel. There are many tenants. Breakfast from 7 10 in the morning. Not to push, but to be late-Kurasanov no longer: (It's going to be one night, anyway. )

The lady staff serving at the restaurant for breakfast is very rude.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Too bad there were misguides with the breakfast and the elevator which didn't work.

The great situation of the hotel is the best quality of this modest hotel.
