I have been to this hotel for the 4th time and it has changed a lot in 6 years and here is what I can say:
Pros:

A beautiful and soulful hotel in the mountains of Yalta ❤ it feels like home, and what views and air! We booked a room with a terrace and enjoyed a beautiful view from the window every morning.

Everything was wonderful! Nice room with a beautiful view. Delicious breakfasts. Excellent service and hospitality. A good library. This is a place you'll want to return to.

The location is in the city center. There is private parking, although it is small.

The bed linens and towels are worn out. Updating them will dramatically improve the hotel experience. Old furniture can be perceived as retro, but not the linens. Update the linens.

It was inconvenient to lift a heavy suitcase up the porch step. There was no ramp — a slope for the suitcase.
