Super hotel, excellent service, beautiful clean rooms, a variety of delicious food, buffet. Convenient location of the hotel, out of the hotel and all shops and entertainment are within walking distance. Very nice, clean and big enough pool, there are saunas. We rested as a family and from the first day of arrival we immediately realized that it was not in vain that we chose Bristol, now in Yalta, this is the most beloved hotel, we will definitely come again. Thank you Bristol for our wonderful and fabulous holiday, I want to come back to you, we already miss you! 🔥❤️🔥

Well this isnt our first visit to this hotel let me say first and normally everything was excellent. Not this time. Firstly we booked a specific room from a set of rooms we know all was confirmed four months ago for three nights over New Years Eve and 2 nights after. On arrival we we're given a different room on the wrong side from what we had confirmation for… nothing could be done we were told (eventually we were given the room on the 2nd). Reception staff on check in were not very courteous I have to say. This was also a premium period and paid double than normal for the rooms… you would think a bootle of champagne in the room on arrival would be in order as it was new years eve… alas no such thing. New years day breakfast was very poor little choice and either lukewarm or cold… but worse the street cafe veranda and room where breakfast used to be is no more. Breakfast is served inside in a room with no windows at all. The breakfast is of a very low standard compared to what it was and I really wonder why no greater effort was put in for New Year. Considering the room cost was double the breakfast choice was half what it used to be… wine was available… if you were quick at breakfast otherwise you went without. The sauna and pool was a free for all with children throwing tea on the stones in the russian sauna. No one did anything about and the poor cleaner had a mess to clear up after them.
