Big Feodosiya Hotels

Excellent hotel for family vacation. 10 min. Walk to the sea. Has its own swimming pool, playground (minus there is no shade on the playground, very hot).

We had a vacation with two families in July 2025. There were three children between the two families. We got rooms on the 3rd floor with a sea view and on the first floor with access to the pool.

Kitchen in the rooms.
Idiot on a motorcycle accelerating uphill every evening.

Great place!
Rooms with a kitchen are what you need for a relaxing family holiday.
Everything is clean and comfortable.
Close to the beach, near the market.

The hotel is wonderful, always cleaned well. The children's play area was open this year. The pool is great, and they provide towels. The toilets and showers are clean.

Freshly renovated, immaculately clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony.

Everything is great. I was especially pleased with the food, you don't have to go and look for where to eat, you can eat right at the hotel. Everything is always fresh and very tasty.

The people are wonderful. That's the main thing. They accepted us, they treated us kindly. They helped us with everything. They washed our clothes perfectly. I left late — no one said a word.

Good, comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel has a dining room (the food is generally good), everything is fresh. The elevator works. The air conditioning works well.

Many thanks to the owner and hostess of the hotel! We will return, as usual, in a year ❤️

An excellent hotel for a holiday in Crimea. Living conditions and service are at the level of a five-star hotel. We vacation here every year and plan to come here again.

A good place to stay starts with the host, and it was especially pleasant to meet a polite and helpful hostess.

I really liked everything. The center, which is also the embankment, is 800 meters away, with no steep climbs or descents. It was convenient with a stroller.

The buffet breakfast is great. Large selection, tasty and filling. The cooks are great! Administrator Olga is smart, beautiful and just a gorgeous person.

Order 523049773 Simply amazing! The room is clean! The surrounding area is clean and cozy. The pool is gorgeous for both adults and children! Transfer to the sea!

We loved everything! The room was clean and tidy, the hosts were friendly, and there was a gorgeous courtyard with a pool, barbecue, gazebos, and landscaping! It was absolutely beautiful!

Wonderful hostess! Very welcoming and friendly! We arrived a little early, the room was not ready yet. They offered us coffee while we waited. She makes very tasty breakfasts!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was wonderful and friendly, and they answered all our questions. The rooms were clean, the pool was excellent, and the location was great. We'll be back next year.

Good hotel with a swimming pool for the money, very politely greeted, everything was fine.
Far from the sea, but for us it was not critical.

Nice hotel, quiet, close to the beach and cafes.
Everything is fine.

Great location, the sea is within walking distance, huge rooms, beautiful green grounds. Parking available. The only place in Koktebel that isn't currently under construction.

Cozy courtyard. Quiet place and good location in terms of accessibility to the center. Parking for cars with direct access to the central arteries) and of course excellent hosts!

We really liked "Yasen"! The hostess is very nice! Beautiful veranda, green garden, silence. The room is wonderful — shower, refrigerator, Wi-Fi — everything is without problems!

The pool is great.
Breakfasts are delicious.
The room is wonderful.
I liked everything. Thank you.

The breakfast at the hotel is amazing, large selection, everything is fresh, very tasty.

Excellent location, a leisurely 10-minute walk to the sea, along the way you can buy fruits and snacks.

The Karadag Nature Reserve is located nearby. You can take a walking tour or by sea on a boat.
The number matches the description. Clean, tidy, air conditioning works.

Excellent small hotel with landscaped territory, with two swimming pools. Good rooms with everything you need: snow-white bed, comfortable mattress, hot water, clean and cozy.

We had a rest with a big company in Narlen on the weekend.

The location is super, price-quality, we were there at the beginning of August, we really liked everything.

The hotel is right on the seashore, with its own awesome beach. Own parking, the only negative is very small, in the yard.

Situated in a park, surrounded by trees and it's so beautiful!
Breakfasts, although a small selection, but everything is delicious! Not a buffet.
Norel was large with a private terrace.

Excellent hotel, great quiet location, amazing breakfast, clean and comfortable room, polite and friendly staff. You are awesome, thank you!

It's a leisurely 7-10 minutes from the sea. Very comfortably. Nearby are cafes and shops.

Cozy, clean, not expensive, 5 minutes or less to the sea!

Everything is great! Living on the seashore, away from the hustle and bustle, is wonderful! The beach is shell sand, the water is clean. There is a small cafe on site.

Everything is alright! The sea is two steps away. The territory is closed. There are no strangers. Your own umbrella. Your own sun lounger. Your own grill.

A very nice and cozy place in Feodosia. There are rooms, a laundry, a pizzeria, and a good, not expensive dining room.

All very much was passing, stopped 2B nomer-2 with a sea view, the room is comfortable and description all correspond. All suggest.

Overall, a good hotel for families with children. It has a playground and a pool. Although it was heated, it wasn't heated enough for the cool weather, as we were there in mid-September.

Excellent hotel. The vacation was wonderful. The staff was polite, the rooms were clean. A quiet place for the whole family. We had a great time and took home warm memories.

Cozy, comfortable, friendly hosts.
Access road on a side street, parking.

This is the perfect vacation spot for our family. The hosts are very helpful and always willing to help, even suggesting the best places to relax.

Perfect place. We have been vacationing with Rose for 5 years in a row. Cozy atmosphere, hospitable hosts. Everything is fine. We recommend it to everyone!!!!

Quiet place (no cicadas), cozy courtyards, parking, garden with mini-pond, barbecue. The owner is the kindest person!

A very cozy guest house. Quite modern, room access is by card, and everything is automated. The rooms have been nicely renovated; I'll attach a photo of the toilet and shower.

Excellent hotel, convenient location, the room has all the necessary utensils, a kitchenette, the rooms are very clean. The interior is beautiful.

Everything is just great. The family was absolutely delighted!

Everything is great. The hosts are very friendly. They cleaned the room earlier and checked us in, they upgraded the room to a superior one for free. Cozy courtyard. The room is clean.
