Very good guest house. Conveniently, the room has a kitchen. Nice furniture. The room was cleaned. There is a safe. There is a swimming pool on site. Everything is neat and clean.

The hotel is excellent, 600m downhill from the sea, there is a beach on the rocks nearby — you can shop and take photos.

A very budget hotel for Yalta. Spacious room with a loggia and its own bathroom.

Good budget hotel. Parquet, old furniture. Good linen and clean.

Very attentive and nice owners and great apartments! 5 minutes from the embankment, everything is nearby — coffee shops, restaurants, shops. At the same time it is very quiet.

Great place to relax. We chose the third floor in Provence style. The apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable, warm despite the sudden cold snap in Yalta, water is uninterrupted.

The room was booked 2 months in advance. We were looking specifically for one with a personal kitchen, so as not to depend on any catering establishments.

Great place, we come to this hotel with children. The beach is clean, the rock is like a magnet for children, they learned to swim here.

Wonderful place and wonderful owners. Everything is nearby, convenient and at a reasonable price.

The spa was so accommodating because my family arrived nearly two hours late for our appointment (because of traffic due to an accident), and yet they still let us take the full experience of the spa.

We rested in Koktebel for 10 days, lived there. Very cozy guest house, rooms small, but comfortable. It's clean, it's neat. The room has its own toilet, washstand, shower cubicle.

We liked everything about the room, cleanliness, comfort, location of the hotel, in general everything was super.

The hotel is well maintained and cozy. Located in a quiet location, conveniently a 10-minute walk from the embankment in one direction and 10 minutes from the historical center in the other.

Thank you very much, this is not the first time we have gone! Everything is just super from the beach to the kitchen! The staff and service are at the highest level!

We were in this hotel at the end of June, at first we were not very lucky with the weather, but the children jumped on the trampoline) ) we liked everything very much, but the most important thing

Very cozy place and good, not annoying owners. All liked it! The sea, cafes, canteens are within walking distance! Prosperity to you!

A wonderful guest house. Friendly hosts. Clean room and cozy room. Very close to the beaches. For some reason, the Caramel cafe is not open. You have to have breakfast in other places.

Great place to relax with a group or family)
Welcoming hostess Evgeniya👍
Delicious breakfasts👍
Clean area and large pool.
I definitely recommend it.
About 500 meters to the sea.

If you want to have a good rest, then this is the place.
