We really enjoyed the guesthouse. We stayed with our family. The room was clean and cozy, the bed was comfortable, and there was enough furniture to ensure a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful four-day vacation! We're returning for the second year in a row. Clean rooms, fresh bedding, friendly staff, and a cozy, homey atmosphere.

Today is the first working day after vacation, and, of course, my thoughts are not about the work process, but about the past vacation.

Very attentive and nice owners and great apartments! 5 minutes from the embankment, everything is nearby — coffee shops, restaurants, shops. At the same time it is very quiet.

Great place to relax. We chose the third floor in Provence style. The apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable, warm despite the sudden cold snap in Yalta, water is uninterrupted.

Excellent hotel! Located next to the sea in 5 minutes walk, the rooms are clean, everything is there for a comfortable stay.

Luxury room with good soundproofing. Relative cleanliness. Everything worked and functioned normally, no complaints. Television worked fine, there is even motherboard, premier in hd quality.

I liked the hotel, it's in a great location, with views of the sea, Mount Ayu-Dag, and seagulls. There's a pool. I really liked everything.

Very nice hotel on Very beautiful Koktybel beach. Friendly staff, and amazing cook — best breakfast ever had in 3* hotel! Good spacious 2 bedroom room (higher catagory, good for family), free parking.

100 m to the sea, there was always water in the room, good pressure, a set of towels for everyone, normal Wi-Fi, a swimming pool. The embankment is wide, it is pleasant to walk in the evening.

Excellent location — 1st line, 20 meters to the beach. Nice and clean room. Breakfast is not a buffet, it is complex, but pleasant.

Just returned from vacation from this wonderful place! ) Vacationed with my sister for 2 weeks from May 26 — June 8! And so did not want to leave for the first time, as usually pulls home.

Great location! All shops are within walking distance. There's a delicious fast-food restaurant nearby. Wide selection of dishes. We vacationed with our family in July and rented the entire cottage.

The room has everything you need: a bed, a nightstand, a wardrobe, a table, ottomans, a TV, air conditioning, and a refrigerator. There's hot water, kitchenware, and a shared kitchen for all guests.

The staff was friendly, the kitchen was equipped with cooking utensils, and the location was convenient for exploring the city, with bus stops and shops nearby.

We stayed at the hotel in August 2022 and July 2025. We really like it. Well-kept grounds, private pool with heated water that is cleaned regularly. We stayed in a junior suite and a standard room.

We rested in September 2021 in a two-room suite. The room itself is on the first floor, dark, damp, mosquitoes and spiders (you need to take a fumigator with you).

I want to write a review and say a huge thank you to all the staff! We are currently on vacation at the hotel, and our admiration knows no bounds!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel in the first half of June 2025. Thanks to all the staff, the service is simply excellent.

A very cozy, simply charming hotel in a quiet private sector location with comfortable rooms, freshly renovated and landscaped grounds.

I really liked the mini-hotel. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Beautiful green courtyard. There is a kitchen (shared), the kitchen is in complete order.
