Been only in spa, will say only about it, maybe its 5* for somebody who never been in same "stars" somewhere. Dont know who gave them stars. Im sure its only name. Hotel calling "Aqua… " shoud be high quality water things, as spa, for example. I been today, winter time — hair dry only 2 (1 work VERY bad, 2d A BIT better…! ), just we come on main entrance, I feel smell that remember me childhood old swiming pools… (chlor), HOW possible to wash with soooo old crazy smell liquid in 5*!?! ) ) ) Funny! And in changing room dont wash… hair everywhere… VERY wet floor… nobody care. Saunas very good, but its simple, if they can spoled even this it will be impossible. But, its only 1 big complex in the city. Better to go in Yalta. Usually I write only if I have to say something good… but cant leaved it… I was need to leave place with half wet hair. Its good what they provided stuff for spa, as towel, slippers… and have soup in shower… but warm water! Everybody spoke about today. But they continue to come. Cause no another spa. Pitty.
