➜ Spent one week vacation in the summer of 2019. I would like to acknowledge the kindness and discretion of the host country, the clean rooms and grounds, good location of the hotel and a bunch of subtle at first glance details that make up the overall impression of the hotel. The whole service was provided at a decent level and backed by quite democratic price. Separate respect the male half, cooking at the café downstairs for a gastronomic acquaintance with tendernoj meat from the oven! For yourself definitely decided that if happens again to go to the Crimean Peninsula, then you can safely stay in a Hotel with Arthur and again to take advantage of the hospitality of the owners of this place.
➜ It was our first big trip in the Crimea. The hotels we saw different. But this hotel is the cleanest! The! The best of all that we visited in the Crimea. Not the most expensive! Kafeshechka in the hotel. The selection is small but everything is fresh and delicious. The sea is straight across the road. The hotel has service of Laundry. It really was good for us) we all did a Load of clothes and towels for the whole journey, and gave the dried, neatly folded.

For the first time in my life I write a negative review, but because of the owner and employees of this hotel was spoiled the holiday 2020 two families.
To begin with, booked a 2 room room in this hotel in early July dropped the advance on the card for reservations! Nothing foreshadowed trouble, but a week before the arrival it is July 22 I wrote on Watts that incorrectly calculated the cost of the room and its price will increase by 1500 rubles per day, and for the week 10500r it is despite the fact that the food is not included even breakfast! I offered to make a discount, because it is their fault, but I was refused and told that it was the decision of the owner. My stories that I won't find myself in a week and questions why they didn't say they weren't interested in a week!
The offer to return the advance was 22.07, and the return itself was 25.07! though I dropped the payment day in and day out.
My opinion is that this is not done in decent hotels, let this stay remain on the conscience of the owner of the hotel, but I will not advise anyone, it is not a very beautiful act on the part of the hotel! Very sorry for you (
