They simply don't know how to run this place, the beds are cheap, the bedding/pillows are cheap, no A/C, you get one towel if you are lucky. Customer Service is terrible and if you complaint they basically tell you can just leave.
I've stayed at this condo complex many times, most recently about 2 weeks ago, and am returning this coming week. This is a really nice condo alternative to getting a hotel for business travel. The condos are perfectly nice and spacious, better than a hotel room for anywhere near the price. Maid service, internet and some incidental supplies are sometimes spotty, but patience and communication with the very friendly staff can get matters resolved. The pool and views are terrific and the location great for San jose. (The problem below about cleaning kitchen spills is best resolved by getting some paper towels furnished for each unit kitchen. Ive suggested it, but just don't think it will come to pass. There is an AM/PM right next door, so I'll buy a roll there. )

Very bad experience. No internet and the reception man is not so convenient for the guest. At least for me. He could not solve the problem. Obviously it is long time without internet. But it looks it should not have internet. Really bad experience here.
