Great views. Very quiet. Bar and restaurant were good.

Bargain hotel! Price is right in San Jose. I've been there like 12 times and everyone is super nice and they remember you. Good bar and amenities — got pool and workout room, etc. Also, you are super close to the stadium for concerts and soccer. Also many exceptional restaurants and grocery stores within a short walk!

Stayed here twice this year so far. Awesome hotel and great location. Go to a game at the stadium. Bartenders are awesome. Pura Vida.

The views from this Hotel are fantastic. Staff is friendly and it has a good party atmosphere at night. Probably a little loud if your room is close to the lobby so make sure to request one of the upper floors.

It is a very luxurious hotel and has very comfortable balconies in which it has beautiful views and also the service of the massage is excellent and very professional I recommend 100%.

This hotel has stunning views and spacious rooms. The hotel provides every modern amenity, and includes a rooftop pool looking out over the city. It is a great place to stay if you're visiting San Jose, but if you are trying to visit non-city attractions like volcanos, waterfalls, and beaches then this hotel is going to add a lot of San Jose traffic to your travel.

After 4 months of staying here, one day the front desk informs me I cannot stay anymore because there is a concert in the Stadium next to the hotel and they are Booked. They informed me of this the same day, they wanted me out of the hotel. I spoke to the receptionists about how bad of a situation they were putting me on, but they are efficiently trained in saying much but fixing nothing. No manager ever took the time to talk to me about this issue. Thank God the Intercontinental at Ezcasu was the only hotel that had rooms open and accepted me there. I would have been homeless. I literally got kicked out of the Hilton hotel after I brought work conferences, colleagues and friends to stay here during my 4 month stay. I had to load all my bags in my car myself since there was no help rendered. My room key kept getting de-activated so I couldn’t get into my room to get my clothes. Totally disappointed! I guess the last thing a good hotel wants is for it’s clients to leave feeling they are being kicked out of the hotel.

Luxury Hotel, very well furnished, excellent restaurant and with many courses, spacious room with city view, clean and with large bed and comfortable.

Nice Hotel with very friendly staff. They are clear about what customer service is. The buffet for breakfast is decent: Gallo Pinto, Egg station, continental station, bread station. You need to serve your own tea/coffee. I found the bathroom too small, but it is okay. Location is very convenient and the best is the Juan Valdez downstairs.

I stayed for a week at this hotel, just returned 17 May, 2017. The rooms are modern and very clean. The view is spectacular from any angle, particularly the one facing the Stadium. Service is superb. Friendly, courteous and warm employees everywhere. I have to mention two of my favorite people and that is Katherine Jimenez at the reception desk and Jocelyn our room service. Katherine is just a beautiful person period. You will know this the moment you interact with her. Jocelyn is a wonderful caring person who pays attention to details and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is the greatest experience. The staff is very professional and are truly concerned with your stay being a very pleasant one. My wife and I want to again thank the entire staff and management for putting together such a great team. William & Margit Gavilan. Room.

The rooms were beautiful, the area felt very secure, and if I needed anything, I was able to ask the staff. Wonderful buffet breakfast (Gallo pinto and eggs each morning as well as rotating hot options, fresh fruit and juices, and yogurt) and even though it was too windy to swim most days, I was thankful for the view of the city from the 14th floor pool deck to soak in the sun each day.

First time in San Jose, I booked this hotel by a colleague's recommendation. The location is quite near of shopping malls and restaurants (not walking distance, you can take a cab / uber). The view from the room is amazing, you can see the mountains landscape when the weather is favorable.

Excellent hotel in San Jose, CR. Centrally located but away from the noise and crowds. A modern decor, very different than what we have in the US. Excellent and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very good with some new items every morning.

The Hilton gave us exceptional service. The rooms were big, clean and nice. The view of the stadium was a nice touch. The rooms had ceiling to floor windows with a great view of surrounding mountains. The breakfast was good and served promptly. Location was ok, didn't really have time to explore.

Great hotel in a safe neighborhood. Walking distance to the national football stadium and the adjacent park. New facilities with nice amenities. Also 150 metres from a Starbucks, grocery store, pharmacy and bank. Several transit buses also pass through here. I had a very enjoyable time at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The views from the rooftop pool are very picturesque.
