Everything here is top notch. We started to relax the minute we arrived. The staff was amazing and the views were incredible from our beautiful casita. I highly recommend this property.
Even though we did not stay at Hacienda Atlagracia, my boyfriend and I celebrated his 31st birthday at the spa but were blown away with the service we recieved for our couples massage. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff that carted us up the pretty resort to the spa where we were both given plushy robes and sent to hang out and use the amazingly beautiful indoor pool area until our masseuses came to get us. We both receive massages often and agreed these were the best we have ever experienced. Before our massages I slipped away to ask if they were able to get us a little piece of cake or cupcake for my boyfriends birthday. They said that would not be a problem and were happy to assist. Upon completion of our massages they told him we had a little surprise for him in which they led us to a quiet room which they had a gorgeous cake and champagne waiting complete with a candle. I cannot rant enough about the experience. They truly made the day amazing and we look forward to going back one day.

Everything was perfect. The staff almost tracks you — they know your name and anticipate your needs. The premium casitas are worth the upgrade. They are heavenly.
