A very friendly and welcoming place for sailors. Free Wi-Fi, good food and drinks, and wonderfully helpful staff.

We loved being anchored off Banana Bay Marina. Miachol and his staff are awsome. We stayed 3 weeks in Golfito a beautiful natural bay. Banana Bay Marina has great food and drinks, we are going to miss this place. Sv Shearwater.

The place is quiet and eats well. Prices are a bit expensive just like the rest of Golfito. The park is small for the size of the place.

Well a very attractive place I frequent it a lot and a starting point for those who work in sport fishing and other excellent work.

Food is always consistent, service is good and has a pretty nice view. Wi-Fi is available and staff also speak English if your Spanish isn't up to par.

We had dinner tonight at this restaurant. The food was delicious and cheap. $35 for 2 beverages, 1 nachos supremos, 1 Fajitas de pollo, 1 spaghetti al ajillo.

Just spent 5 days here, Yessica in the marina office is amazing she speaks excellent English too and so helpful and the food and service is excellent. Highly recommend a place to stop over for yachts! Thanks to Yessica and the team at Banana Bay Marina Golfito.

The Bilge Burger (with choice of either Cheddar, Swiss, or Blue cheese) was yummy. Very surprised, however, that a restaurant such as this would not have ceviche on the menu!

We've stayed there several times. Beautiful view. Friendly staff. Rooms are nice and a good price. The restaurant is super. My favorite is the blue cheese burger. Highly recommended.

We've stayed twice, clean place, friendly staff, good food, stiff drinks — I actually think they have great facilities for boat owners.

Over priced smell terrible when the tide goes out. Golfito very dirty and dangerous.

We just stopped in here for lunch, and to look at the rooms. Looks like nothing from the road, but has a nice deck restaurant and some rooms overlooking the water and the dock ('marina' is being a little generous). Good food, reasonably priced for CR, friendly helpful restaurant staff.
