I had with my mother a little break from the 15 — 17.3.2020. It was just perfect, the rooms are really Ostsseblick, great Breakfast, superb Service from arrival to departure… We will be back… Many Greetings.

A dream… it is something of awesome and only recommended. Food is simply super tasty the beds huge, the suite is the hammer, the view dreamy and the service unique.

We have returned for the evening. As a cafe/restaurant no recommendation. The supply of food was rather limited, which is not a problem for me. But the service was (although reserved friendly) rather unprofessional. I always had to work with my wishes for attention, orders were forgotten and the waiters went many ways "for free", empty dishes stopped. For the usual prices, I expect better service.

The rooms are well equipped and clean.
The food is very good. Only the bread leaves much to be desired. It's tough and cardboard.

Funny, but not for everyone, is the underground car park. Here the vehicle is parked in the form of the double parking system. It must not be higher than 1.5 m. If you want to get something out of the vehicle later, you have to contact the reception. Depending on the location, the car is then picked up from the sink or down by means of a key switch. There are also a few "normal" parking options.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

A high class hotel in every way, the service and food are of the highest order, the staff exceptionally capable and friendly, the building an architectural treasure whose decoration emphasizes its links to a seaside resort of years gone by. Possible improvements: tea/coffee making facilities and a fridge in the rooms, cotton bed linen.

Wow, what a great place. The staff exceeds your expectations. And right on the beach. Check out the spa area. Thanks for an awesome stay. Great classic pictures on walls. These two in our room were funny together, kids and smoking, especially in a ‘spa’ hotel. Only in Germany.

So when I think back like that, nothing comes to mind that I could complain about, well, the weather might.

A Hotel that appeals to me. Four stars mean for me, here I would want to stay. I live in a Junior Suite with views of the sea. Me my large room particularly like, where I enjoy peace within the house and also in front of the house. In contrast to the Hotel in Berlin, here I also have no disturbance from guests in the rooms of my Suite above. A quiet room, I ask in my reservation, if it is not granted, the way I'd rather stay. The various saunas like me. The theme of ancient Egypt is well chosen and well set in scene. Maybe I will Supplement the evaluation.

There is now a hand sanitizer machine in front of the restaurant and in the spa area!
That's worth mimicking for other hotels.
Otherwise, as always, everything is top notch!

We did not plan to book a room with a bathtub as we thought all the rooms were equipped with a bathtub. However, the staff at the reception quickly and efficiently found a new room for us with a bathtub and got our luggage moved to our new room. Everywhere at the hotel we experienced a friendly and competent staff, especially in the restaurant where Michael Herud constantly made us feel very welcome. As a guest said to me in the pool area "Everything about this hotel is a dream" — we totally agree.

Great charming and discreet ambience. Friendly staff. Room very good. Relaxation room in the sauna area unloved and in general there is also a pool area with light and green. Bitel feel-good factor. Therefore 1 point deduction.

Our expectations were not only met but surpassed.
From the room to the staff, from check-in to check-out, they felt safe and well kept.

Best house in the square! Nice atmosphere and excellent breakfast. Modern rooms, unfortunately without minibar and coffee maker. Good food a la card.

Your hotel meets all high demands and is worth your stars. The staff is friendly and accommodating and always has a smile. The only Kretigpunkt we had was the buffet dinner, so we expected a more upscale hotel. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. The Friday buffet with the fish was sensational.

Exceeds all expectations. Lovely, clean, perfect location, friendly staff, super breakfast, amazing fish buffet, room with a view where we could hear the ocean. Great gym. Amazing saunas. We will be back! If only the bed and pillows were more comfortable.

The house makes a solid and beautiful overall impression and corresponds by and large to the 5 star rating as regards cleanliness and service. As a Vermutstropfen in this overall composition, as a invited guest of a birthday party, I felt the guest service in the restaurant. A repair is appropriate.

The first time as a guest and immediately enthusiastic. I'll be back in four weeks and I'm looking forward to it even more. The service is right, the room, the wellness area are excellent and at the breakfast buffet you could spend the day. In the evening in the restaurant or steakhouse — an absolute must. Thank you very much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the residences with plenty of space and comfort, only drawback: the way across the courtyard to the spa.
The buffet could be a bit more varied, we have some freshly prepared fried eggs, Omletts etc. Lacking what would actually correspond to the level of the hotel.
We are happy to stay again and have booked again on departure.

Now the 5th visit: A very good hotel in an outstanding Binzer location on the pier. Pick-up service from the train station, friendly staff, large spa area with pool. The breakfast was very good. Only recommended. Value for money seems reasonable to me. You feel at home. This will not have been the last visit.

Not recommended in January, even if pool, sauna area and attentive staff is otherwise recommended. The breakfast is very good, the restaurant rather average and the hotel bar — despite piano music — at least in January rather dismal. At least the hotel rooms are very tasteful and recommendable.

Excellent hotel with a lot of charm in the very best location. Very individual and exemplary service. The friendliness of all employees is exemplary.

During our visit, the pool area was rebuilt. This we could not use, therefore. As a Small consolation there was a 10% discount on the applications. We would love to come again.

We were there a few days late may 2016 and enjoyed it. Our view from the 2nd floor to the sea are the most beautiful rooms — on the first floor, the view through the very beautiful beach promenade and their trees is interrupted. A booking error in regard to these rooms was cleaned up harmless and friendly hotel. We like to connect the other positive judgments here.
We would like to emphasize that the food is extremely well and with approximately 20-€30 for the main course priced at an average of good restaurants in the evening. By the way, also the bikes and beach chairs — are these directly in front of the House — pleasant and reasonably priced with 8-€10 per day. A kettle was provided on request in the room.
Tiny flaws: the House draws unnecessary irritation, because requires payment in advance of first-time customers which not only we but also other guests found strange. The positive impact was offset, that no indication of the master card etc. In advance of booking was required. That every room service costs €10, you can is also strange, but all drinks on's room get. Why there is no mini bar in the rooms, it is not clear also. Probably both by reducing the number of personnel related.
But these small peculiarities do not disturb the excellent overall impression.

Unfortunately not to be recommended. Formaljuristisch to the hook by Star criteria minimal attack surface. In detail but poorly.
Breakfast (English and continental) with lots of choice, but frozen finished baking buns with typical "cardboard taste". Sweetener cyclamate, etc. No variation, every day is exactly the same.
Staff most ostentatiously shuns contact with guests. For example, the front desk staff looks ostentatiously on his computer monitor when a guest enters the Hall. Extreme verbal communicating uncertainties identified (shyness; Stuttering; Especially "elected" to express themselves attempt of staff is mostly ridiculös; obvious difficulties in understanding, if the guest is not explicitly colloquially expressed). However, positive exception is the bar staff. The piano player, however, is a disaster. Every day downplays his extremely small repertoire (approximately 15 pieces of soft pop) dispassionately.
We can say little about the restoration. When we not were asked in the hotel's Steak House after 28 minutes stay about dietary requirements, we have allowed us to go back.
Equipment of the rooms very good and luxurious. Fireplace, well stocked bookcase, large bathroom. Technology is abysmal. Television is in the room with 352 x 288 pixels in underground bitrate.

For guests with stick in the ass surely one of the top addresses on Rügen, after all, hotel in prime location and landmark of BINZ.
For the Otto ordinary consumer no focal point — access to the terrace and hotel like to obstruct through in-house fences, often you feel not welcome there.
