These guys are true experts in customer service, I had the party of fifteen of my daughter and it was completely perfect, advice total and accompaniment d beginning to end, in addition the place is very beautiful and central.

Today we had the celebration of the day of the grandparents of my preschool in one of its rooms, the attention was impeccable, very efficient and friendly, the food delicious, it was a very nice experience, we will definitely be returning, thank you very much and of course I highly recommend it.

Excellent place for any type of events!

We liked it so much! The room and bathroom were clean, the smell was pleasant, it is quite wide to be standard. The service was good but if you lack as the plus of care, or offer additional services such as a restaurant. After that everything else excellent.

I am staying here, very nice rooms, spacious and very clean, green area and pool very nice, I loved PEEERO COULD NOT sleep as we got a room q next door did not turn off the TV all night or in the morning and the scandal was too much we could not sleep all night, NOTHING rested.
I wish I could rest.

I would not recommend it to anyone who knows the attention was very bad as if we had paid them with stones or leaves, it was actually more disgust than the taste of going… a lot of noise and our baby couldn't sleep easy. What if… the facilities are nice and all you want. We lasted 1 hour to be able to use the bathroom because only cold water had and when we were treated we were told that the heater had it turned off after they turned it back on I touched to leave my room until the reception (because inside the premises the signal is muuuuuuuy bad) and when we returned there was no water… I went out to reception and now that the water key was closed… I returned to the room and bathed in almost cold water… When my husband left, he remarked our dissatisfaction but apparently no one cares and not an apology we received.

We did our wedding last June 30, a breakfast very well served, with enough staff, room ready on time and as agreed, very attentive to details, excellent customer service. Price according to service and amount. Absolutely recommended.

Rooms are big and comfortable but I had a bad experience with the noise caused a water compressor right outside my room.

We do our wedding there and we were absolutely satisfied, 100% recommended, unmatched customer service, quality in everything they do, delicious food, in short! The best! It needs a bit more but it is rly comfy.

Great hotel for an inexpensive accommodation. Rooms not big but comfortable. Here is TV, bathroom, fan, heater. Is available breakfast buffet. And tea from coca) There is good wiew to the city from some windows.

I stayed at this hotel recently with my ill brother. The hotel staff made us feel welcome and they were very attentive to our needs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit this part of Costa Rica.

I will give the hotel 1 star only though the staffs are so kind and helpful but the hotel room is really bad and won’t recommend it at all. First no phone in the room no ac but a lousy electric fan. Insects on the floor, no hot water in the shower. The water not draining, while showering feet are soaked on it not sure if the floor is well cleaned. Microwave not working No closet but just a hanging rack. Breakfast you ordered it and a taxi will pick it up for you.

Total disregard to the neighbors. Sonic pollution is terrible in the wee hours of the night. The complaint constantly to the municipal police and not get a reply. Equally, repeatedly denounced to the Ministry of Health with the same results.

Nice place but is not a 5 star hotel.

It has a few special rooms for activities with large groups of people and a good environment surrounded by nature near the city, easy access.
