Nice staff. Quiet environment. Reasonable cost.

Arenal area is so beautiful, the rooms are awesome they just need more pillows on bed, we didn't expect breakfast whish was very good.

The apartment is a beauty, with all the amenities, close to downtown.

You have to visit him, there are no words.

We only had an early dinner here, but the food and service was great. The limonada with mint was excellent as was the tropical chicken!

We had a great experience all around at this family-run hotel. We stayed in the family cottage with our kids which had an outdoor kitchen for our use. The owner was wonderful and friendly. Took the time to show our kids how to make sugar cane juice and we enjoyed ice cold glasses in the lobby. Would highly recommend. We felt safe and the place was clean. Breakfast was lovely.

Reception was great, Wi-Fi was good, free breakfast, AC was a plus. The rooms were cozy and the shower was huge. Great for its price and its a 45 min walk from both the town of La Fortuna and La Fortuna Falls. Plus they were accommodating with our early start and had breakfast for us earlier than they normally serve it. I would stay here again.

Nice and quiet location. Very friendly staff. Bungallows were clean and ok for the price range but would need some refresh and upgrade.

I just stayed there and it was very nice. Stayed in the room with 3 double beds and an outside porch with kitchen. Staff friendly. I will return there. Very clean.

It was a great getaway. Friendly staff, clean rooms, located close to many activities.

There are three things I look for in a place to stay. Location, Service, and the rooms itself. The location is fine for people with a car, but if you do not rent one (like we did) you can't get around to anything unless you are prepared for a 20 minute walk or to take a taxi, which was disappointing. This hotel is close to cerro chato, but is on the other side of the hot springs and the national park. The service was excellent and they went out of their way to be hospitable and the rooms were nice lodges. The first night we were there the kitchen closed at 7 so we were not able to get any food unless we went into town, which would cost a few bucks with a taxi. This isn't bad, but it was definitely more of a pain. Also, the water in the bath got cold after around 5 minutes so prepare to take quick shower.
