Perfect spot for a layover before going to Tayrona national park. Staff is very friendly and helpful, pool area on the rooftop is nice and the breakfast is also everything you would expect. Santa Marta itself isn't really a city you would want to spend too much time, as large parts of the city are quite dodgy, but if you're going to Tayrona, I'd say the hotel is a good place to spend a day do before or after your visit to the park.

Friendly staff, beautiful pool with beautiful view, excellent buffet, room and bed extremely comfortable. A 4 stars instead of 5 as there is no hot water in the shower.

Excellent to rest, the only detail I did not like was that in the skybar apparently have no knowledge of the original recipes of cocktails and the bartender did not want to be responsive to our opinions, and there is not much variety in the breakfast but very good service, the rooms are really comfortable, good room service.

Hotel is beautiful and clean. All rooms have air-conditioning and dehumidifiers. Staff is very nice, helpful and always happy. Some of the staff speak English to help accommodate translation into Spanish. The roof top pool is only a meter deep — really meant for kids or just sitting in. The sky bar is nice. The view isn't so nice (our hotel room view over looked a construction site full of garbage), however I suspect that is a problem with all of Santa Marta not just our hotel. The free Continental breakfast is delicious. The location is about a 5-10min walk from Los Novios park (depending the route you take and the time of the day). I felt safe in this neighborhood with this hotel.

The attention is cordial and the service is very professional, the hotel is cozy comfortable and modern. Excellent for work and pleasure trips.

The rooms overlook ala city, with view to the mountain and sea, is amazing. The bed is giant and the bank is very good. The attention is always very cordial. The breakfast is pretty good, change some things, like for one you don't get bored of the same thing. And finally, the pool is amazing with view to the sea, the gym, all the machines are doing well. The only thing I did not like was that in the bar of the pool I ordered a mojito and the truth that was horrible, I would not recommend ordering something there, but also have beer and soft drinks. Another disadvantage is that the block around the location of the hotel is medium descampada, but we went out every night and there was no problem.

Extremely comfortable and extended our stay. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful and have gone beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast is a 10. The pool and sky bar have fabulous views and the bar/ pool staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.
