Reviews of Mano Verde Minca
The best hostel with the best sunsets I‘ve stayed in so far in Colombia. Everything is clean and well maintained, comfy beds, hot shower, good drinking water from a spring, the staff and the food are just amazing. It is also very social as everybody is eating at the same time on a big table. The bird tour was great too! Highly recommended, even though it is expensive to get there and back.
Great stay in this lovely and quiet hostel. The owner and the staff are very welcoming and attentive. Building is only few years old and comfy. Food is great and very affordable. Great choice for a stay in minca area. Also make sure to ready carefully the recommendations of transportation before heading there.

Mano Verde is beautiful; the place is so welcoming and charming. The sunsets are great. However, I have two things to mention: first, the road is in terrible condition, and second, they charged me 60, 000 COP for eggs when they had previously said they were around 12, 000 COP. I found that really dishonest, especially since I’m from Colombia and I know exactly how much eggs cost. That being said, the administrators were very kind and helped us with the road situation and our departure from the hostel.
