This was an interesting experience. Was my first hotel stay in Colombia. The staff was great! The hotel is located in a residential neighborhood which I found very interesting. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and felt safe. A park, restaurants, church, and commercial areas were within walking distance… about 3 or 4 blocks.
The hotel is older and feels more like an updated hostel. What I had in mind didn't match what I saw but after a couple days of being there I realized it was good for what we needed.
If they could update the living room sofa thingy it would be good. A TV in the bedroom (currently only 1 in the livingroom) would be nice as well.
The pool area/jacuzzi on the roof is cool. I think it would be better if the pool was covered to provide a little shading.
The small dining room, same floor as pool, where breakfast is prepared is quaint. With the windows open it's nice and breezy.

I was present in the reservation call between my husband and the lady who owns the place, she asked him for gifts, she is a married woman, she does not have to be asking the guests for gifts, making insinuations, my husband very clearly told her that he was engaged, I was listening, when I arrived at the facilities the sin is cowardice, because he never attended to me.
The breakfasts were cold, and the reservation was not ready, we got a totally different room than the one reserved, Our honeymoon was the worst there, from start to finish.
