Very bad attention, those who attend are arrogant and tactless.
They left small towels for the shower and once we asked for them they never solved the problem.

New hotel with excellent service. The staff was very attentive to our needs. If you're wondering about the AC it's ice cold and the water is warm when taking a shower. There's a little noise, but that's mainly from the street not the hotel itself. I think if you're looking for a new, modern, quiet, and friendly hotel this is the one. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did. Gracias por Todo!

All Colombian citizens, regardless of the length of their stay, and all foreigners who stay in the country for at least 60 consecutive days, are required to pay a national sales tax (19%) on their accommodation during their stay.
