I have stayed at this hotel twice due to its convenient location near my family. While the staff are generally friendly and caring, there are significant issues. The bathroom has a weak flush and cheap-looking mirrors. The hotel caters more to corporate clients, causing early morning noise from showers and doors Wi-Fi 5th floor weak couldn’t work from here but the worst experience was with housekeeping and the front desk. Despite paying for a late check-out, housekeeping approached me at 6:15pm at the restaurant in front a friend that was visiting me, saying we should have left at 7 PM as the room was book for a next reservation. This was surprising, as I thought the room would be unavailable the next day for disinfection since we were sick. They showed no empathy, even though my husband and I were unwell, and the room hadn’t been cleaned for the last three days during our week-long stay, the room was made up only twice because our fault we were most of the time inside sleeping Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel and won’t be returning. The lack of care and inadequate facilities overshadow the positive aspects of the staff.
Couldn't sleep well as other guests were making noise at the corridor and opened doors. Call the front desk and did nothing. Horrible experience. Do not recommend at all.

Despite the hotel personal which is very friendly, but they don’t speak English, the hotel is maximum 1 star hotel. The rooms with the view to the street are very noisy. At 5 floor the hot water barely comes if the others are using the shower at the same time. They clean the hotel every day. The double rooms to the street are specious. The rooms inside the hotel have no windows! Breakfast is very very basic.
