It is a very good atmosphere and very nice music. The food very delo. I recommend it.
What a fantastic Hotel. They have everything you need, and more! I've been here for two weeks, and I do not have one complaint. I am a very high maintenance guest and every request I have made the answer has been – “No Problem”.
It’s centrally located in the heart of the city; the security is airtight, and the staff is phenomenal. They have a first-class rooftop pool bar/restaurant with live entertainment. The food is great and reasonably priced, so you don’t have to leave the hotel to have a great dinner and a good time.
It may not be the Ritz Carlton, why, it even better because you will immediately feel like you’re at home. Moreover, they have great rates, and it is super clean. They pay attention to the smallest details to insure you have a comfortable and enjoyable visit.
I’ve been to many Hotels while visiting Cali over the last 14 years and I would never consider staying at another hotel.

We loved the location. Very convenient. We stayed here for one night on our way to Panama.
The hotel was nice and allowed us an early check in.
The rooms have the basic things you need for a short stay.
The best in this hotel is the service. All the staff was amazing and did everting right to keep us happy.
Unfortunately, I forgot their names. I had the opportunity to talk to the manager/supervisor to key her know that her team is amazing. I hope they recognize their employees.
I’m not giving 5 stars because, I notice some unsafe issues. For example, the windows are completed sealed. In case of an emergency, nobody can scape.
The air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms. We did not know if there was an issue with the control of the unit.
As a part of the rate they offer breakfast. It was good. Soup, fruit, cereal, coffe, eggs. We enjoyed it.
Special thanks to the male employee (African American) skinny. Amazing service. He was doing everything: cleaning, cooking etc.
