Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Casa Bugo. Location in Old Town was very convenient to restaurants and things to do, and safe.

We had a short stay, of 3 nights 2 days but I must say the hotel has everything you need for such period.
— room/bed really comfortable with AC and further appliances, room it’s for couples.

My wife and I spent a week in Cartagena at Casa Claver. The hotel is beautiful and well situated in the middle of the old walled city, close to everything. Our room was very comfortable.

One of our favourite places we have stayed in Cartagena thanks to James in service.

Went to Cartagena on a girls trip. We had the best time. The hotel was fantastic. Beautiful, historic and centrally located. Leyla the concierge was amazing and took care of everything we needed.

Amazing experience! Palmas is a small boutique hotel within the walled city. Super safe and a hidden gem!

Located in the center of the old town with lots of shops and restaurants. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is nice, it includes coffee, juice, eggs, meat and cheese.

Central location and nice, clean rooms. It can be noisy at night but still a great value. Rooftop has amazing views and feels very private / doesn’t get crowded during the day.

I went with friends, and what can I say… it was a wonderful experience from our first day to last! Beyond the hotel being chic and impeccably clean, the staff truly stood out.

The Aura hotel is a lovely place to stay in Baru. Rooms are clean and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. No elevators so heavy packers beware!

Really enjoyed staying here. All the staff are super grimly and helpful. They keep it clean and well maintained and it has a good atmosphere.

I spent three wonderful nights at Casa Sattva and wish I could have stayed longer. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Great room and rooftop, with a lovely pool! It’s a 20 minute taxi away from the main attractions but that is sometimes 10 minutes if traffic isn’t bad and wouldn’t let it put anyone off!

Staying at Fénix Hotel was an incredible experience from start to finish. The food alone deserves a standing ovation — the Pasta del Mar is easily top 10 of all time.

Fénix is my go-to place to reconnect with nature, friends, and the sea.

We were very satisfied staying at Albarrada. The place is nice, located near the riverfront, good AC, nice breakfast, good overall price compared to similar properties.

The staff were lovely, the room was clean and the location in the centre of the walled city was excellent. A/C when we wanted to cool down and a little balcony when we wanted to sit outside.

Little boutique hotel. No frills but cute and everything you need for the night.

Met the owners and we are now family. This place is my second home in Cartagena. You will not regret staying here, it’s located walking distance from everything.

Our stay was short but incredibly sweet. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, who were so welcoming to us and all the guests. We also met Edgar and Claudia, who were both wonderfully attentive.

The customer experience was 10/10 from the day that I checked in. I stayed for 3 nights over my birthday and they decorated my room and gave me a cake with the help of my fiancée.

Amazing Stay at Ermita Hotel in Cartagena!
My mom and I had the pleasure of celebrating the New Year at the Ermita Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable stays we've ever had.

I had the time of my life, the rooms were big and clean, the people were soooo friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be staying there again.

Had a wonderful stay… service was excellent staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast each morning outside enjoying the atmosphere.

We went back to Charme 64 and our experience was just as great as the last time. Luz is the best! She is very thoughtful and detail oriented, she makes us feel at home.

The other reviews you may have read are correct. This is in a great location, quiet enough where you won’t hear much at night, at least for us who are on a higher floor toward the back of the hotel.
