The staff is very friendly and is always ready to attend to your needs.
It has kayaking for water sports and others such as beach volleyball court or ping ping.
The atmosphere is very familiar, quiet and safe.
It is easy to access by road.

It had been about three times to get through the day. The first time that we slept well and the experience was excellent
in terms of comfort, service, food and beverage and facilities. I rested as ever, and the atmosphere is very quiet.

Very friendly staff and the food was good. It is a place to relax and disconnect as there is no TV or Wi-Fi in the rooms, but they lend you board games with which you can have fun in the evenings. A little high the prices of the drinks but if you bring your thing for the nights or snacks you spend super good. They could modernize a little more their structure but in itself, all very good! Return.

Worst Hotel ever!
The only possibility to get food was from their resultant which was often burned not tasty and way too expensive. We felt sick after the food several times.
They made us pay one more night although they promised that we could leave one day earlier without paying that night.
The beach was very dirty.
And everyday there very many day tourists coming, so that the beach was also very crowded.
All in all not nice there.

This hotel has no beach is a cove, and you are forced if or if you go to a beach that is 5 minutes away that can not be denied is beautiful, but when you want to realize it is only two hours from 10.30 to 12.30 all this for your comfort so that you eat again there, why if you stay you have to pay for a boat to cross but the boatmen have to ask if they can do it with which you can only enjoy two hours there, then you will be in the facilities that sadly the service is Super Slow are not very satile, so arm yourself with patience.

Lovely place, great service all the people who work at the hotel are lovely, it eats very well. I loved this place. I would be delighted.

We had arrived expecting a tranquil, private island like getaway with Crystal clear blue waters and white sandy beaches. Instead, we arrived to the sound of construction (tile saws, power tools, hammers), a huge party beach across the water pumping music loud enough that all of Colombia can hear, and the resort over booked with more people than they were supposed to accommodate. They also charge you for everything even though your paying $200+ dollars a night to stay there. Want water? They will sell you bottles. How about sunscreen? Extra. Bug spray to go into the mosquito infested bathrooms? Also going to cost you. They also allow the locals to dock that try to sell you everything. The beach is tiny and not nearly large enough to accommodate the guest capacity for the hotel much less the boatloads of people they bring for day trips. We had booked 2 nights but only stayed one and now they are refusing a refund even though the resort was heavily under construction and wasn't nearly the "relaxing beach getaway" we were promised. avoid at all costs!

I am extremely conflicted in writing a review for Aura. We had a very peaceful time once we settled in. The administrative staff speak English and Spanish, which helps with the process of getting acquainted. However, we consistently felt like we were missing important information. For instance, when we arrived, they screened all of our documents, but then left us without details of checking in or what to do with the day. They offered to take us to a beach, but neglected to tell us what to do or where to go when we got there. So, in lieu of other things, I'll say that we were very relaxed when we left. However, there are some things you should know. First, they will sell the place as relaxing. Except for mornings and evenings, it is often anything but. A place across the bay lures in boats that blare their music all afternoon. They allow boats to pull up to the dock and crank their music until the early hours of the morning. It was not peaceful most of the time. Go to Agua Azul when they offer. Get off the boat, walk to the right, and go beyond the barbed wire fence. This will protect you from most of the vendors. A guard may chase you off; it differed by the day for us. Don't sit in chairs unless you're willing to pay for them. The food is good enough, and the prices are about what you'd expect. Make sure to sign a receipt when you leave from dinner. You'll get your room around 3 or 4 after you arrive.

Excellent location, very nice facilities but the best is the first staff, make you feel very comfortable, from the first contact to make the reservation to every detail in the stay…

All very nice but very expensive, the prices are exaggerated high, the service m not like the breakfast is not varied and they serve it very tempramo you don't have lunch option x Q There are a couple of dishes Q T offer and they are very small portions, the rooms are spacious and very nice with air conditioning and refrigerator, but the bathrooms and showers covered, the dinner is served very early, di or if from 28 to 20:30, not accustomed to dinner at that time, mate can not take x Q the water is not potable and has a horrible taste, no nightlife, just see toads and lizards do not want, I do not recommend more Q for two days.

We love this place and we want to return soon, it's prettier in real life. It was my husband and I with our baby before we met his 2 years. We felt perfectly safe on the boat. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, nice, the shower is very nice. The food is fine, I think they do romantic dinners and offer different tours. I recommend: — whenever you can go to the beach that is 5 minutes away, the hotel offers free transfer.

If you are looking for tranquility, this is your place. The restaurant is not good. Look at the picture of the squid salad. I only had four rings. Pure lettuce. On two occasions we ordered dishes with mussels and they came with mussels closed at noon. Dangerous! They should have been discarded in the kitchen. Despite having communicated to him they did it again to the night.
With respect to the beaches it is the worst of the area having been to other places.
The room was fine. Except for the air that Caia water and mojo the bed. They went to check it, they said it was OK. But it kept condensing inside. So don't use the air anymore.

Although the place is cozy we suffered a robbery in the room while we made a night excursion by boat.
They stole US dollars and Colombian pesos. We had to ask for change of reservation and while the hotel authorities took charge of moving quickly from hotel The bad time we suffered to close our holiday in Colombia.
I don't recommend it.

Lots of activities to do, free Wi-Fi, good restaurant, nice beach, beach volley court, table tennis, lots of kayaks and a free tour to agua azul beach Hard to reach from land though need a motorbike, ATV or real 4 by 4 car with enough height from the ground but you can go to the hotel by boat from cartagena they can pick you up there but of course you need to pay for it.

It was good, I stayed there for a night the ppl is efficient and very friendly the place is awesome! But the food was so expensive, small portions, small meals! The prices are high.

Had a wonderful time at this hotel. Helpful and wonderful staff. Amazing view and beach. Room and food were ok (don't be stupid and order pasta etc. Keep it to local food and you will not be disappointed)

I loved this place. The staff is super helpful. And if your Spanish is not so good there is always at least 1 staff member who speaks English. They made us feel very welcome and like a part of their family. They offer a free boat trip to Playa Azul for 2 hours every day. It's a bigger beach than at the hotel, but it comes with vendors. The rooms are amazing, and they have rain showers! And the food is good.

The staff here is so wonderful! They were attentive and really helpful with everything. We had the best time.

It's a great hotel, quiet and calm. You can relax on the beach or do all sorts of water sports. The food is delicious too.

This is the BEST place I have ever been, this is my chilling spot, no doubts best service, best food, best ALL! Can't wait to be back, hands down!
