Charming hotel with the character, the staff is excellent, friendly, and professional. The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a good value for the money.

Service was unbelievable. Darwin — a waiter at the pool was absolutely amazing and accommodating.

The Sofitel Santa Clara was an amazing experience! We only stayed for one night before a wedding, but everything was impeccable.

I had a wonderfully relaxing spa experience at Sofitel, starting with the Hammam and followed by a 60-minute massage.

What a oasis in Cartagena! The pool on the ground floor and the rooftop is the highlight of this hotel. Because of the heat, we swimmer everyday after our outing.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the perfect location in Getsemani neighborhood. The hotel is beautifully designed and we very much appreciated the upgrade to a duplex room with our own private jacuzzi.

Our stay at the InterContinental Cartagena was a truly luxury experience from start to finish.

My name is Douglas Duarte, and I stayed at InterContinental Cartagena de Indias from January 2nd through January 6th, and I had an absolutely amazing experience.

I had a problem, because a guy at the beach put one digit to much for the payment of a massage.

This was a great hotel:
Pros: clean, close to airport, good beach, nice staff, good restaurant, included breakfast, great pools including an adults only pool! That was my favorite part.

Overall, this is an excellent hotel located right in the middle of old town. You can walk to most attractions.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and the perfect place for my wedding guests to stay.
It looks even better in person than in photos.

Great room and rooftop, with a lovely pool! It’s a 20 minute taxi away from the main attractions but that is sometimes 10 minutes if traffic isn’t bad and wouldn’t let it put anyone off!

We were very satisfied staying at Albarrada. The place is nice, located near the riverfront, good AC, nice breakfast, good overall price compared to similar properties.

The customer experience was 10/10 from the day that I checked in. I stayed for 3 nights over my birthday and they decorated my room and gave me a cake with the help of my fiancée.

Amazing Stay at Ermita Hotel in Cartagena!
My mom and I had the pleasure of celebrating the New Year at the Ermita Hotel, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable stays we've ever had.

I had the time of my life, the rooms were big and clean, the people were soooo friendly. I highly recommend this hotel and I definitely will be staying there again.

Check-in was slow but ultimately straightforward. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent, with plenty of great food options nearby.

We went back to Charme 64 and our experience was just as great as the last time. Luz is the best! She is very thoughtful and detail oriented, she makes us feel at home.

The hidden gem in Cartagena! Walking distance to the airport, very affordable, super clean, big size rooms, fantastic customer service and awesome food.
