Great hotel in Bocagrande. This place have all elements that you need for leisure, holidays and business. Located in the core of Bocagrande, a tower with 14 floors offers the superb quality of Holiday Inn brand. 24 h gym and a swimming pool with 360 degrees view are some of multiple atractions and facilities inside. The hotel have meeting loungs with different capacity. A mini market in the first floor is ideal for shop goods like fried potatoes and coffee. Watch! The place is non smoking and you should receive a fee (50 usd). All bedrooms are carefuly cleaning for your comfort.

Very nice hotel will very well soundproofed rooms. Lots of places to eat within a few blocks and it's a quick taxi ride to the walled city. The pool on the roof is nice and the breakfast is pretty good. It's not right on the beach, but that's actually a bonus, since the constant barrage of vendors on the beach ruins the experience, so it's not worth paying extra for. Talk to the excursion concierge and use the money you saved staying here to book a day trip to somewhere on Isle Grande for a wonderful beach experience.

Mostly clean (humid smell on carpet), friendly and knowledgeable staff. Breakfast is great, but make sure you go super early. The location of this hotel is great because you are basically in the center of Bocagrande and is at a walking distance of nearly everything. Overall great hotel!

Very clean an nice hotel. Since is a express there is no food or a bar in it but its breakfast all you can eat colombian buffet is magic. Friendly staff and good housekeping. Close to pretty much everything. The area is full with restaurants and things to eat plus stores. The pool in the roof top its nice, clean and with music the whole time so you can relax sunbathing while listen to some good music.

Modern Hotel, with clean, spacious and equipped rooms (safe, TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathroom accessories). Security is at the top with vigilante outside the entrance 24/24, reception open 24/24 and elevators to get to the floor only activated by the electronic key of the room. The breakfast is good although it is not the top.

Excellent service! All very well arranged. Nice atmosphere and fabulous the coffee in the room. Sure will come back!

Nice hotel. Comfortable room If you are going to stay a few days in Cartagena and you will be sightseeing. It has a swimming pool. There is no restaurant in the hotel, only breakfast Buffet. Close to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. It is half an hour's walk from the walled city.

Very good hotel in the Bocagrande neighborhood of Cartagena. Many stores and restaurants are around and the beach is close by.

For business trips is the best, the rooms are super nice, modern, and comfortable, it is in a central area of Bocagrande and the service is very good.

The hotel was clean, staff was amazing. When I checked in they gave me a 15mins free massage voucher and I was super excited. Once I get there the girl was on her phone for most of the massage, very unprofessional and disappointing!

Breakfast was bad, the juice and the coffee was watery, the fruit was watery.
The rooms were nice and they had good pool.

Very good hotel, good location, easy to get there comfortableness parking spaces, good breakfast, not so good for room service, but you have what you need, very close to the beach like 3 blocks, perfect place!

Nice place, good price and good free breakfast. It has a gym but if you want weights you might need to go out to an actual gym.

Clean hotel witj a great buffet breakfast. Beds were comfortable and had a large rooftop pool.

This hotel was recently opened and looks very pleasant. It is very well located and close to the beach and to restaurants, also if you want to walk for half an hour you can reach the old city. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooftop pool is small but you we had a pleasant time there.

Nice cozy hotel. Rooms are average size while restroom is rather small in comparison. The whole hotel is quite new which is always gratifying. There's a nice swimming pool on the top floor (the 14th). It is also on this floor where breakfast is served. Great hotel for the value.
