The lobby is on the 15th floor — how cool is that? And the food — dejame en pas por favor! The place to be in Cartegena!

Very hospitable, knowledgeable and beautiful room setting with a great bar tender.

Hotel and Ocean view from my room was beautiful. However, I wasn't satisfied of front desk and other staff. How is it possible they do not speak in English? This is international hotel. SO weird. Thank God, I was visiting there with my friend who does speak in Spanish. Otherwise I would be disappointed. It's weird such a big hotel doesn't have anyone who speaks in English. About breakfast buffet — even tho we are paying $150 per night food is the same every day for breakfast. They never change. Plus if you wanna order omelet you need to pay extra for it — it's not included. Which is weird, most of hotels already included. I'm paying $150 per night and they can't offer $5 omelet. I had dinner at the hotel — it was good. Main dish wasn't amazing but appetizer octopus was delicious. Overall I like the hotel. My good tip is maybe management needs to hire someone who speaks in English. When I was there for breakfast (first day) waitress said something in Spanish after I sat to the table. I said I don;'t speak Spanish and then she took my plates and putted on another table and looked at me like it was my fault. She was very unprofessional and rude. After the first day of breakfast I hated this hotel but tried to understand that girl doesn't speak in English maybe that's why. My advise for hotel manager is you should hire someone who does speak or at least understands English. Plus keep updating your breakfast food for fresh ones.

The best hotel where I have stayed so far. Not only because of its impeccable facilities, but also for the people who provide their services there. Highly recommended!

I can only say that the experience was more than gratifying, all the people who are part of stellar have the best disposition, a fabulous gastronomy and most importantly a smile and warmth in all the staff… The best Hotel in Cartagena!

Excellent hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good service. The swimming pool is unmissable and its sunsets. Breakfast is very varied and delicious.

It's very good. The hotel staff is always on the lookout for one, the pool is always clean and tidy, the breakfast is very varied (there is always something to try), its modern facilities and the vanguard. It lives up to the best in the international arena.

The hotel is great it's excellently located the views are very very good no matter where your room is located the pool is nice the breakfast is very good and very generous and there's lots of variety to what you have available. I've stayed several places the parking is a bit tight but all in all the hotel is very good I would highly recommend it.

It's a beautiful place near the beach. The on-site service is very good.

The rooms I've been are very spacious, they say It is for two people, but could be four. Besides that, it's location, next to a shopping and supermarket, makes it very convenient. At last, It also makes a very good impression with a luxuous ambient and decoration.

The majority of staff do not speak English. Those who do speak English are rude, offensive and unprofessional. They accused me of having an unregistered guest staying in my room overnight which was not the case. Security personnel is hateful. They treated my friend as a criminal just because he shortly visited me in the hotel. There was constant noise from the construction works inside the hotel. The quality of the rooms is below any critics. You can hear everything in the corridor including people taking, elevator sounds signals etc. The door into the bathroom is so badly installed that you can not get it firmly closed. The glass door in the shower is also not adjusted accordingly. There are stains of rust on the walls. The water pressure in the shower is too low for the chosen equipment. Room service people knock at the door early in the morning, disturb in the evening with some rediculous deserts and also enter the room while you are inside.

A very nice place with excellent view, excellent rooms, but the staff is very rude and not attentive. Need to teach customer service to their employees is not the culture of the people in Cartagena but a greeting and thank is not much to ask and more to a person of the pool to a waiter or who cooks not if they only like to attend foreigners but I E Very badly cared for the reception to the pool the silver of the Colombians Tambn Vale and I think we have more than many foreigners who only

Good accommodations. However other than a good cefeteria I would have expected a good dinning room. The elevator facilities leave much to be desired and a bit complex. I. E. If you are on the 40th floor, want to pick up someone on the 20th and go down to the 1st floor, you must take the elevator down to the lobby floor, then from there take another elevator to the 20th, pick up your friend then take the elevator back down to the lobby floor (14th) then walk across the lobby to get yet another elevator down to the 1st.

Excellent service, the rooms are spacious, fresh, sober and with a beautiful view of the sea. The staff has an excellent performance.

The hotel is spectacular the view very good but still lacks to finish some amenities. Today for example I was going to go swimming in the pool and I couldn't because they are doing repairs in a hotel that is only two months old inaugurated.
