Good breakfast, clean rooms, nice staff. Location might be dangerous at night, it's advised to take a taxi to go out after 9pm.

The Place is very good, the impeccable attention, it is a hotel to be and rest not for entertainment. The area is very strategic is close to the Gold Museum and more places of interest. Serious personal Advice that do not walk in the area past 6, Bogota is a very insecure city at night.

The place is nice and inexpensive compared to others places in that neighbourhood. It’s in a great location just outside of the main streets but still walking distance everywhere. The rooms were standard nothing special and the breakfast wasn’t really continental. 1 egg, bread, juice, coffee. The front desk spoke enough English and the place was always secure and locked.

They're swindlers! They charged me twice and wanted to make them a third time and as I refused the owner of the hotel started screaming at me and threatening to report me to migration! When the only illegals are them. The photos look nothing like the inside of the rooms, the lousy kitchen service! There are better places to stay, do not make the mistake of staying in a place Q rob you and threaten.

The best thing about the hotel is the shower and the breakfast. The half-haired bed. Very insecure location to arrive at night as our case. It is close to the historic centre and the ascent to Monsterrate. It fulfills its objective to spend one night. Not much more.

We stayed for three night while we were visiting Bogota. The rooms were very small, no wardrobe or lockers. There are two wall windows which face the corridors of the hotel, these windows have no curtains and we had to sleep with the glare of the lights from the corridor. All nights. Breakfast was very bad, too. In the first day, my finance asked for more bread (we got a slice each) and they said they couldn't give extra of anything. The next day, there was no bread at all. They said they only had eggs. When I talked to the receptionist about it, she got mad and started giving me a bad attitude, not looking at me or answering when asked for the key. The hotel is a workable distance from the main museums but the address itself is very dirty. I wouldn't go back to this hotel even for free.

The hotel is of a colonial architecture that stays pretty well, the room that we touched was pretty good, with good cleanliness and the bed very comfortable, able something just but not bad, the bathroom well, good water pressure in the shower, the only counter we saw are those see Ntanas to the hallway that let all the light go all night… we had to put the cushions to cover a little.
Breakfast is good and can take a little if you get together people, the staff of the most friendly and always attentive.
They offer some rides at a good price.
The location is a theme, close to the main square and museums that this very well, but the environment in front of the hotel does not favor much.

The architecture of the place is beautiful, colonial style very well maintained. However, we have been four days of which only for a few hours we had hot water. They said it would be solved immediately, then it was indefinite. Not having hot water is a great inconvenience as it also has no heating anywhere in the hotel and no blankets to supply the fact of lack of heating and water. On the other hand the area is not beautiful, is close to La Candelaria, Plaza Bolivar and museums, however is a central area in which there are many homeless and is quite insecure, especially at night, where they recommend not walking the streets.

Fatal, I didn't have hot water, the rooms are very cold and sometimes do not have extra blankets, the area is ugly, although it is close to the center and museums, the manager or owner of the hotel is super rude and despotism, at least the workers there are good or Nda. But breakfast is bad and takes a long time to attend.

Nice outstanding view but no facilities and inconfortable place with slow people services. No warm water.

We started with the good, the breakfast good but little, has no heating anywhere, on arrival we were told that it had no hot water and they did not know when the repair it seems to me something primordial hot water and heating as Bogota is a cold city, the hotel does not have good blankets to compensate for the lack of heating. The room only has one plug in the bathroom. The room this lack of maintenance.

It is a nice hotel of architecture that stands out in the sector, well located to know the historical center and Candelaria, although after 8pm it is already complicated to arrive walking by safety issues.

Crackheads alk around building, breakfast if you want eggs costs! Raised rates and changed our rooms several times, internet sucked.

The Hotel is in general good and comfortable, they should improve the toilet of the bathrooms. The location is not the best, um sector unsafe in Bogota.

Excellent location, showers with heating, comfortable beds and very safe. The breakfasts I liked although they are only from 7 to 9 am. The Wifi does not reach the rooms.

The hotel screwed me! The given room looked way different than on the pictures shown at the booking process! Staff was very unhelpful. I was not given an other room, nor a discount. As the payment was done before seeing the room, I could not claim the money back — the receptionist told me. Not recommendable!

Location is great and the manager is really nice and helpful. But overall we were disappointed, "continental" breakfast was terrible coffee and a small portion of bread. The Wi-Fi was awful, so hard to check details for getting to airport. It was noisy was really loud both early in the morning and late at night.

The surroundings of the hotel are very depressed, there are many inhabitants of the street, which makes the site very unsafe.
The doors remain closed, which increases the danger for someone that comes in the night.
The breakfast is very bad, not is justified that charge them eggs by apart.
Do not share the idea that photocopy to your identity document.
The bed I used very uncomfortable.
The signal of Wi Fi is very bad
The TV does not have channel international.

The qualification that deserves this hotel consider is very low, the service of the breakfast not is appropriate and not offer what by internet offer, not respect the recerva and not there is a response clear before such lack. The rooms have no closet and administration n or I care to fix the TV signal. I have a list of grievances but not reach to describe them.

The hotel is 3 points more it gives is deplorable attention never we had touched something similar in our travels. I do not recommend it to anyone.

Lousy service! The such Luis de reception is the worst face of the place.

It is a hotel with a great location friendly people who care for you, the problem is at night; There is too much noise and the rooms have small windows where enters the Hall light, have a very bad night.

Beautiful hall, the center of the city, close to the gold Museum and kolonialny part of the city. Clean linen, towels given and only soap. Of the minuses very cold in the room on request at time 3, given a second blanket, no room safe and Hairdryer, and empunya gel which was stated when booking on the booking.
