I have the adventure to stay in hotels in various parts of the world and honestly it took me an excellent reference of the hotel, its staff and the service in general. The facilities are amazing. Do not let you meet him. See you next time!

It is in a useful place to assist from various sites in the city and bon on the North Highway. It features an underground parking lot.

I was only at the reception and in the auditorium but everything looked very clean and nice, the only downside I saw was that the bathroom door knob was broken.

The hotel is very good with the service the customer are very friendly, wish you enter once something classic you feel in a hotel of the 90s, I do not know if this being precise, I am fascinated the food is very delicious, but I think the only thing that affects it is the location of this, since it is on the north highway, and it seems that it was in rush hour at all hours, has in its meeting rooms some with a breathtaking view, you can appreciate the works that surround it, the rooms in comfort are good, but I prefer them to be something else Large. I recommend it.

I used to stay there without any problem. Now it was bad experience the breakfast of regular quality and without anyone who attends you and the internet is lousy! Since they put their portal is terrible and being an international traveler in these circumstances I definitely do not recommend it.

In general not with many drawbacks; Response a little slow the two opportunities that use the Bar, the other that is playing an event as important as the World Cup and as a guest I have to pay to see a game?. I still have two days left.

A great stay, the room is very comfortable, although it gives the freeway, it is warm and quiet. You can be sure and the hotel provides sauna service, gym, restaurant, bar, event and business halls.

A very cozy family atmosphere and a good organization for business events. And the gastronomic variety is what will make me come back.

Excellent place and attention of the employees, they have a great variety of food for breakfast, the only bad thing is that if they ask for an extra single bed, it is a bit hard.

Room was not completely clean when I got it. The hotel as a whole was clean and they have decent service. It has a great restaurant.

It is an old place, but in excellent condition, it shows the care, they are friendly, the food is rich, the stay was very pleasant, it is easy the access, besides it is quiet, you can rest without problem, the cleanliness is optimal, of great comfort.

Got the Master Suite and can easily fit six people. Has two bathrooms (1 with a tub! ) And a nice kitchen.

An art nouveau hotel, nice Miami style… they had problem with Wi-Fi at the hotel but they fixed it.

Nice Art Nouveau style hotel, serious traffic noise at the rooms at the street side. They had a Wi-Fi problem, but solved it.

Classic style Hotel, serious, and something vintage, serves breakfast in the morning until 10 am and there is good quality in the options of it, the rooms are comfortable, own a good place without becoming anything stunning. The gym is too small and the machines do not work well. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Horrible. The suites are model 1945, poor quality kitchen, poorly equipped with crockery. Contrary to what they advertise, the Mini apartments are not designed so that they can be shared by two or more people, because the bathroom is available only for those who occupy the room and whoever is in the lounge, in sofa bed, only has access to the exit, because not even the TV. Bad cleanliness in room and dining, nothing to rescue.

This is the main restaurant at the hotel, where you can find an exquisite colloquial experience that merges both, the old along with the contemporary, within an excellent service. The staff is friendly and dedicated to provide the clients a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet includes original Colombian foods along with fresh seasonal fruits and juices. Truly an unforgettable time…

Regular toilet, the furniture in the old and dirty room. Clean bedding. The basements of the parking lot never stop smelling of garbage.

I liked much the attention and the service, the staff very professional in their approaches and ready to each requirement. The room Nice and comfortable. The food is delicious. Would come back to stay without hesitation in this same place, that's why I Recommend the Lancaster House suites.

Located in a very quiet part of North Bogotá, Lancaster House is a very nice place to stay. It's located nearby several shopping malls and restaurants, the suites are very nice. The menu could use a few additional options like sandwiches. Service is very good, everyone is quite kind and willing to help make your stay a great one. Suites have a small kitchen and a living room with tables, good enough for working from the hotel, and the living room's sofa turns into a second bed. Bathroom with tub, hot water, closet for clothing. There is a restaurant and a billiard good enough to burn some time or wait until rain stops if it happens to be a rainy day. I would definitely stay here again.

I wish to post this very positive review on your fine hotel. This was my second time staying at The Lancaster. Not speaking Spanish very well and visiting Bogota alone the wonderful staff made me feel very welcome, safe and comfortable. My room was beautiful, clean, spacious and very comfortable. The food was excellent including the complimentary breakfasts I had with my plan. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful in making sure my stay was pleasant. All the staff performed their roles excellent and with a smile. I compliment them all. I encourage anyone visiting Bogota to stay at The Lancaster. I give it my highest recommendation and look forward to my next visit.

The very excellent care the location pleasing to the eye and comfortable thanks to Leonardo cortes by the good service and without leaving the menu, the food is very delicious and good wine selection, super recommended.

I am glad to see these comments, I plan to get to the hotel on May 26 to 29 hope to have the best experience since it is my first visit to bogota.

Live in their apartment, 1 rooms, with a Queen bed and separate bathroom; outside the living room has a double bed, separated by a small room, with 2 single beds. Can accommodate 5 people. Breakfast, nice recommend, the key is from the company.

A Great Base Touring Bogotá Checked in late at night, they had a bellboy brought our luggage up and showed us the room. Our room had a nice kitchen, living room, and a separated bed room and a bathroom. It was nice, clean, and spacious. Wi-Fi Internet was free and fast but only the living room area had strong enough signal for tablet. Wonderful breakfast every morning with fresh fruits and seemed to be fresh squeezed juices every morning with some local touches and very nice Colombian coffee. Breakfast staffs were friendly and wonderful. There was an egg station and the chef will make it any way you like. We had omelets which were always delicious. BTW, they did change the food, fruits, bread, juices every single day with many choices which was really nice during our 7 day stay. We liked our room 308 even sometimes it can be noisy. The walls were thin, you can hear your neighbors most of the time and we can hear main road 55 noise all the time (even the room is not facing nor next to it) but after one night we were used to it and had good night sleep during our stay most of the time. For light sleepers better ask rooms far away from main road 55. Two things we had little questions about-although they all resolved but still was somewhat a hassle to us.

Very pleasant and we loved staying in a suite :)
