The hotel in general is beautiful and the attention of the staff incredible, however they had confusion with our reservation and lack of communication of reception with the restaurant, generated an official following us to inform us that the breakfasts were not payments, and we had to approach reception to clarify the situation. Upon entering the room clearly the minibar was incomplete, even though we are couplethethe the only robe that was in the room was clearly from about 20 years ago, and one of the towels broken. When I called the concierge the only answer was a "of course I'm already sending them to change. " One always expects a hotel that exposes very large its 5 stars in the lobby, take very good care of the details for ALL your guests.
I tried to make this comment somewhere private on the website however I also do not find there any kind of channel of opinions, or complaints and complaints.

The company where I work held an event at the hotel La Fontana, the logistics were really good on the part of the hotel, there were always people of the hotel waiting for everything to go well. The spaces were clean and organized all the time. The food at the breaks was very good. It is a very nice place with outdoor areas, with restaurants, and rooms perfect for organizing conferences. A thousand thanks to the hotel for your work.

It is a large hotel with imposing style, unfortunately inside the rooms the furniture and the facilities remained as suspended in the years 90.

For a 5 star hotel I find it unacceptable that the bathroom in the room smells like pipe and the air conditioning does not work, unpleasant experience.

Located in the north of Bogota, it is a comfortable and very nice hotel. Around you have malls. Unicenter one of the most traditional in Bogotá. Its location allows you to go easy to any place in the north of the city.

The apartments are very welcoming. Very useful if you plan to travel with family, because they can stay in the same apartment that Curnta with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. They have breakfast included. The attention is excellent. Highly recommended.

I attended a chat in one of the small halls. Good lighting. Comfortable chairs. I felt that at reception I was told the most entangled place to get to the lounge where I should be.

The complex was great, the staff very friendly. I would return tomorrow. The only downside is the housekeeping — our apartments were not clean, cups and utensils missing, crockery dirty. However once management were made aware the situation was remedied immediately. In the restaurant the meals were good except for the risotto which was terrible. It should be removed if it can’t be improved. All in all I would highly recommend this establishment.

I did not enjoy this hotel, staff are not generally welcoming other than reception. Room is small for the cost and the aircon did not work well, neither the shower only luke warm. Breakfast was ok but not special. I do mot think I would go out if my way to choose this hotel in such an amazing city.

Nice huge safe compound like a small city in a city with nice people but room's & old outdated furniture needs to be deep cleaned & maintained/replaced like the floors my clean white socks turned black & the maids left to many long hairs all over the place & the microwave was dirty inside & out but if they got paid a fair wage they would work harder so I don't blame them but all in all was very nice with lots of room.

What a affordable place to stay in Bogata. And conveneit to across the street to the mall, with other restaurants in the area as well.

Stayed there last month (February) for a week. The room was great! Bathroom was great too. Nearby Unicentro shopping mall with lots restaurants. Great location and very friendly staff. I wouldn't hesitate to book again in the future.

We stayed at the Fontana Travelers it's part of the regular Fontana. What an awful experience. Old worn out room. Awful shower. Just not what you expect from a five star hotel. Pieces of furniture broken. OLD decorations reminds me of cheap hotels in Las Vegas. Ratan bed. Lol just plain awful.

Very good place to be with kids. It has all the comforts, even playground. Some rooms are old ladies, but the service they offer compensates everything. Thankful to the hotel staff, they went out of their way to make our stay happy and enjoyable.

Bunch of liars, I was told that tourist are not charged Taxes then at check out I am charged an additional $40 in security fees and Taxes. Receptionist advised me that breakfast was included in our stay. Upon going to breakfast I received a $30 dollar check and was told I was not on the list. I was forced into a corner to talk to some random person on a phone who kept telling me I had to pay when they told me it was free. 7 calls to get the TV fixed… No one seemed to care… not a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

Super good very nice hotel.

Very disappointed with the service here. Our room was only cleaned about half the nights we were there. When someone did come, it was very late in the afternoon when we had already returned. It became very difficult to even get fresh towels. After bringing this up to management, they would not even give us the courtesy of a call back. They then tried to blame the lack of service on us. Never experienced anything like this at another hotel claiming to be "5 star. " No attempt has even been made to rectify the situation. This is very surprising considering the amount of revenue brought in that particular week.

We are staying here now. Toilet doesn't always flush. Air conditioning doesn't work and hotel staff has not left us with clean towels for the bathroom in two days.

This is one of the best hotels anivel of hospital care, that exist in bogota. Very good location-excellent quality.

It is incredible that request a glass of water to more than 4 people on the service and neither brought it and wait half an hour lack attention to small details like this.
