I have been staying in this hotel for 3 days, I ask for my address and they upload it to me and today they already tell me that due to biosecurity protocols they can no longer but it is time to go down… Amazing service so poor from the hotel at a time when one can't get off until late because one came to work and is in a thousand meetings. I won't be back.

Everything was really wonderful, friendliness of staff 100% security and peace of mind, special breakfast and the best hostess Jennifer wow, for most people, so congratulations to all of the staff made our stay the best.

Stayed here on a work trip. Very clean modern hotel. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Morning breakfast buffet is plentiful and selections for everyone. Rooms are nicely decorated with comfy beds, that’s what’s most important! Lots of restaurants within walking distance.

For the 1 of June we had a reservation in the night with you, by means of take-off, but for problems with that company, we were not going to be able to make use of the service, we called the hotel and we were attended by a girl, Maria, who was very diligent and helped us to solve by giving us several options. We want to thank you for your attention, to congratulate you on your willingness and excellent service. People so need to have all of the companies. Please let him extend our appreciation, we wanted to do it personally, but in our stay she was resting.

Great location and attention. It has good Cooks restaurant, an attractive bar and rooms with a very good view. It is close to Palmas Mall and restaurants.

Nice place, the attention is great. The staff is very attentive and willing to advise you when ordering. Super rich food. I recommend the Crab Wontons, a sushi they serve with a ceviche on top (I forgot the name) and the Miami Heat and Candela sushis are THE MAXIMUM.

It's very clean and comfortable, as it shall be in SPG. Staff is very helpful upon request, and considerate. Food in restaurant is also recommended. In general I enjoy my stay here.

This hotel is excellent. It needs a bit of polishing in terms of acknowledging SPG status members. We arrived very early and the hotel told us no rooms were available at the moment. So unless something drastic changed as we had checked the day prior and there was plenty of availability… So we think they had a certain type of room to match the rate we had and they only reviewed if any of those were available. Point is there was no extra effort to check us in early. In their defense very few checked out prior to 11am. Other than that the service from all staff was excellent, Maids were superb! Pool area was good and IMO the best is staff from restaurant and from bar. BTW the bar is awesome with really cold draft beer. Rooms are regular 4 points Sheraton room which are good and I feel we got really good value rate for the hotel. The location is also great with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance and located in a safe neighborhood. All and all it is a great four points hotel, a bit of training for staff to go the extra mile in smiles and effort and it will be a 5 star.

Great place for the price. Rooms are impeccable.

Good service. The attention to the detail was great. Lobby gets a bit noisy sometimes but is because the hotel is always busy. Many restaurants and shops nearby.

Exceeded our expectations. Carlos the manager really went out of his way to smooth a small issue. Great service.

This hotel and staff is great. Everyone starting from the guy that helps us with our luggage, front desk receptionist, IT person, waiters, and even the cleaning person, they were very friendly and helpful, and whatever issue we had to find a taxi or about getting extra towels, water, they helped. They even expressed concerned and offered me helped when my son fell in a nearby mall, and offered me if I need a doctor to check on my son. I am so happy to be able to be back to my own city and able to have a great experience. Love Barranquilla! Thanks for everything, will be back, Four Points. Alexandra.

I had very bad experience, it more serious is that was with my son of 5 years and not had any attention when the request several times.
I charged up a mule for a glass of milk for breakfast which was included in the price paid.

Central location with several different restaurants within walking distance. Rooftop pool was fun, staff was very kind.

The restaurant looks low level cafeteria. A restaurant worthy of the category which your name suggests is missing. For nothing is a five star hotel. My rating: 3.5 star. The staff insists, but it is not enough. Far can be considered a hotel five star.

Excellent service… Just need to bun clean, cob and arepae'egg for breakfast take we are in Barranquilla.
