This could be a great hotel. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is nice, and the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the front desk staff are insufferable, unapologetic, arrogant and obnoxious.

The reservation was made about two hours before we arrived at the hotel, it was night and we were greeted well they had our data in the system. It is a small hotel and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I did not like that the bed had sheets a little dusty or sandy, maybe they had a lot of time without hosting anyone in the room that I was assigned but still not an excuse, would have preferred to wait a moment to clean. The room service is not the best, you must call several times to answer the phone and at the end will probably tell you that they do not have what you want. It's more to sleep or rest than to stay in it all day.

Excellent atmosphere, service, decoration and cleanliness. Spacious rooms. Highly recommended. Despite not having a gym, it has an agreement with the Spinning Center of Villa Country.

The service was excellent I can tell you that even better than any of the hotels that I have been here in the United States I really recommend them. Thank you very much for all the details that you had with me and the personalized attention 100% recommended! I will return. The area is very safe and shopping malls everywhere.

It is a great hotel with good rooms and great staff at a perfect location. There is just one small downside that is the restaurant closes sundays and holidays, which is not a very big problem given that there are literally dozens of restaurants around the hotel.

Lovely place, in a nice area of Barranquilla about 20 minutes taxi from the beach. Staff are excellent, very friendly. Beware of Sundays when the hotel bar and restaurant are closed.
